Día 3 de enero, para cenar pedi una serie de cosas sencillas y fueron capaces de no acertar en ninguna de las comandas. Pedimos una Burger sin pepinillos y tenía pepinillos, pedimos un helado de oreo y nos lo pusieron de otra cosa, además de darnos los helados casi vacíos y sin el sirope. Bastante mal servicio a pesar de no estar concurrido

Harta de que pidas a domicilio o vayas hasta allí y te gastes mínimo 40€ y no te echen ni un sobre de ketchup , siempre siempre falta algo en cada pedido por no decir q siempre está frío. Al final acabaremos por no ir más

La primera vez que me ocurre esto en esta cadena de comida rápida y llevo siendo usuario de la misma bastantes años,pido la hamburguesa para llevar y cuando llego a casa compruebo que el pan de la hamburguesa esta súper quemado. Me parece que es un fallo bastante evitable.No creo que necesiten endosar al cliente el pan así en ningún negocio pero menos en uno como este.

De los peores burger King de Granada , siempre siempre les falta algo , si no es la salsas , son alitas o patatas , pero siempre les falta algo , y encima de las hamburguesas más malas que se pueden comer en un burger King ….. dejan mucho que desear .

Son varias las veces que hemos parado y jamás tienen el juguete que corresponde con el King junior. NO LO AVISAN EN NINGÚN MOMENTO JUEGAN CON LAS ILUSIONES DE LOS MAS PEQUEÑOS. Son varias las veces que mis nietos se han ido llorando esperando un muñeco de marvel se van sin él con la correspondiente desilusión y enfado. Deberían avisarlo si no tienen existencias porque un juego de cartas no es lo que esperaban los niños.

Decidí dar una segunda oportunidad, fue peor q la primera. Tardan más de 30 minutos es servir 2 menús, solo habia 2 clientes y nosotros .

This is the second time they've messed up my order. I've ordered double or triple patty burgers and they only give me one, or if I order a giant burger they charge me for a giant one but give me a small one. The service is terrible. I'm seriously considering not ordering from here again. I'd rather go to another burger place... because I'm really annoyed and disappointed with their service.

The new Egg Stacker burger was disappointing... I wanted to try the new Egg Stacker burger. I ordered and paid in advance through the app and on the screen. The order took quite a while for a restaurant that was practically empty, but there seemed to be plenty of time to gossip among the grills... When I went to eat the burger, the egg was literally frozen. I told the staff so they could replace it. I had ordered it with extra cheese and bacon. The next time they brought me the egg, it was warm, but also overcooked, as hard as a bone... And they forgot to add the extras I had ordered. In my opinion, it's better to stick to what you do well, like the Whopper or Steak House, and stop experimenting with things that are a disaster.

We placed an order that arrived an hour and ten minutes late. The food arrived cold, the drink warm, and the ice cream melted so much it looked like soup. When we called the phone number they gave us, it was revealed that it didn't exist. After more than 30 euros in our order, we were only able to eat the cold burger because the fries and ice cream were inedible.
