Soy cliente frecuente del VIPS smart del cc carrefour pinar de las rozas y quiero destacar la amabilidad y profesionalidad del equipo. El ambiente siempre es tranquilo, ideal para desayunar, leer o trabajar con calma. Las camareras Dary , Nasty y Andrea son educadas, atentas y respetuosas, saben mantener ese equilibrio entre cercanía y discreción que hace que uno se sienta cómodo sin sentirse observado. En tiempos donde escasea el buen trato, este local destaca por su constancia y su saber estar. Gracias por mantener el nivel.
Quiero poner un 10 al VIPS DE ELCHE principalmente por el trato. Hay una chica trabajando con mechas rubias que es increíble. Super simpática, atenta y con una sonrisa en la cara. Nos ha recomendado que pedir, ha estado atenta por si faltaba algo y su simpatía ha sido increíble. Mis dieces al restaurante pero sobretodo por esta increíble chica (no se como se llama, solo se que tus estado trabajando el miércoles a las 14:00h) ❤️💫💫
Solo una palabra: WOW Fui con una amiga a trabajar en proyectos pesados (llevamos muchas cartulinas y material de trabajo) y el ambiente era ideal. Noemí nos trató de lujo y fue simpática (cosa que rara vez se ve hoy en día). Un servicio de 10, repetiremos. Lo único que le falta para ser perfecto es bajar un pelín los precios. Pero se paga a gusto por la calidad de la comida y el servicio. 😊
Hoy hemos cenado en VIPS y la experiencia ha sido excelente. La comida ha llegado rápida, bien presentada y con el sabor de siempre, pero lo que realmente ha marcado la diferencia ha sido la atención del equipo. Quiero hacer una mención especial a Azahara, que nos atendió con una amabilidad y una profesionalidad impecables. Estuvo pendiente en todo momento, recomendó platos con acierto y consiguió que nos sintiéramos como en casa. Da gusto encontrar personal así. Volveremos sin duda.
Fui con un amigo a comer y me pedí la Smash burguer. La comida super buena y la hamburguesa en su punto. Me atendió Noemí y la chica super atenta le dije que me la marchará sin pepinillos y super servicial y rápida. Servicio rápido y eficiente y un ambiente muy agradable y tranquilo. Repetiré sin dudarlo

Hemos ido a cenar y de primeras la atención del personal a sido de 10, nos ha ayudado y aconsejado en todo. La comida buenísima, de sabor y la carne al punto. Y por no hablar de la tarta de galletas. Espectacular
Hemos probado por primera vez los desayunos y menuda sorpresa. La comida buenísima , variedad entre salado y dulce y relación calidad precio muy buena. Agradecerle a Estela, la camarera que nos atendió, su simpatía y amabilidad, nos ha atendido en todo momento con una gran sonrisa y así da gusto. Repetiremos sin dudarlo, muchas gracias!
Gracias a la camarera su profesionalidad y su simpatía hemos merendado y pasado un rato muy agradable Si pongo un pero son los precios , llevo comiendo en vips toda la vida y se están pasando, en Algunos platos en lugar de mejorar han bajado la calidad muchísimo pero el precio ufffff... eso sí las tortitas buenísimas la nata también es peor ahora de bote antes era muy diferente

El finde pasado fuy después de un largo día de trabajo a comer con los del curro, y la verdad que súper súper bien. La comida nos gustó mucho (nada nuevo de un sitio de cadena rapida) y el servicio de merece 6 estrellas, tanto de la chica que nos ayudo a coger sitio, que se llamaba yanira, como de la que nos atendió en caja. Súper majas !!
Ayer celebramos el Cumpleaños de mi hija con sus amiguitas , la atención de 10! El servicio super rápido! Y una amabilidad que hacía mucho tiempo que en sitios de comida rápida no encontraba, volveremos sin duda!

Si tienes dudas a la hora de elegir restaurante el vips del Aljub no te va a defraudar. La calidad de la comida, el servicio excelente, el trato tan amable, la limpieza. Nos sentimos como en casa cada vez que vamos.

This is by far our favorite breakfast stop in Elche. My husband and me love the various breakfast options. We are eager to try the salads, menu del dia and other food options offered. It is a nice place with kind staff. Coffee is good and the employees are very helpful.

Delicious Food, Quick Service, and Great Prices The food was amazing! The burger was cooked to perfection, and the fries were fantastic. The restaurant wasn’t too busy, which made for a relaxed atmosphere. The employees were quick to assist and efficiently cleaned up tables so you could sit down right away. The prices were also great for the quality of food and service. Definitely a place I’d recommend!

Only had a club Sandwich with fries and a coffee, very fresh and tasty, however considering you can get a 3 course meal fairly close by. I thought 9 euro was expensive.....

Fast food nothing more not bad
Louisiana salad was tasty, but the wifes cheeseburger was very bland with limp lettuce and tasteless cheese. The pancake covered in caramel sauce was very nice.
My latest experience at VIPS was a mixed one. The different salads that they specialise in are excellent As are the sandwiches. But my wifes toasted sandwich was slightly burnt and the chips and onion rings were over cooked. However the restaurant is clean with all the covid protocols in place and the staff are friendly and helpful.
Rather expensive for pizza,although could be shared and cola €2:75 but could do refill so maybe share one!!

The quality of the food has dropped significantly the last couple of months, but the most annoying thing is that they never open on time. Constantly says 10 am and they will not open until 11 most days They will Let you sit outside and wait, and then they will open whenever they want. Disgraceful customer service
Worse experience. Ribs were cold and greasy. Very little fries. All was serviced on a wet plastic plateu. Walked away!!! Personnel incompetent and have no clue how to prepare meals. Never again going there!!
Most overrated and overpriced food in Spain. Poor quality, everything from the freezer to the frier.
Friendly helpful staff. Burger was ok but toasted sandwich was soggy and tasteless. Over priced fast food and canteen style service. Chips stone cold and like cardboard. Takeaway menu which was ordered same time there was only half of it in just chips and burger no drink or dessert. Went back they gave drink and half the dessert. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK.
