Love my local Starbucks. The staff is always polite and friendly. I ordered the wrong drink, didnt realize it till she handed it to me an was confused told her what i thought i ordered. She was very kind to ask me if i wanted the coffee i meant to get but i refused because i liked the one ordered. She was so nice and understanding and the majority of the time anyone working the window is friendly and happy while talking to you which is a #1 for me. Never had an issue with drinks being made wrong. Always enjoy my service and whatever i order!

Great coffees and teas. Love the egg bites. Beware the lemon cake is addictive. Always clean and inviting. Thanks team!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Alice Oasis I'm gonna be honest. I don't always stop at Starbucks. The consistency across the chain can be hit-or-miss, and I usually prefer local spots. But when you are driving from San Antonio to the RGV with a crying baby in the backseat, you need a sure thing. This location in Alice wasn't just a pit stop, it was a revelation. The Coffee Test: I ordered a Peppermint Mocha, a drink that is often ruined by being a sugar bomb. Here? It was perfect. Not too sweet, with the exact right ratio of espresso, mocha, steamed milk, and whip. It restored my faith in what this drink is supposed to be. The Environment: The store was immaculate. The vibe was open and inviting, and they have a wonderful outdoor seating area with great furniture if you need fresh air. Most importantly for a traveler? The bathrooms were spotless. The Verdict: We took a 10-minute detour to get here, and it was worth every second to soothe the baby and get a quality caffeine fix. If you are making the trek south, this is the place to recharge.

The thing about this starbucks is, They are very considerate about your drinks. They acknowledge how you like it especially if you become a regular customer, me and my mother go in there on some days and study and they are welcoming even if we don’t buy anything. (but we do anyway because it’s starbucks) I’d recommend this place to anyone.

I don't know which Starbucks this was but as usual, got my order done well. But I do have to say that the Kingsville Starbucks makes my Caramel Frappuccino the best. I don't know what they do differently but for some reason, it's better than the others.

Staff is great and service was fast. To be honest only reason atmosphere got 4 stars instead of 5 was the outside tables and chairs were to dusty to sit at on such a beautiful day. Oh and dust doesn't bother me but to this degree was a bit too much to continue your day with out leaving feeling dirty.

This is a great Starbucks. So much parking, quick drive-through, and the inside is very clean and spacious. There's plenty of room for large groups or if you want to sit and study.

Real nice atmosphere, as you'd expect from a Starbucks. The employee taking my order seemed pretty new, which is to be expected, considering this is a new location, but she had great help from those around her.

Went there this morning for breakfast, and everything was great. The staff was kind and very courteous, the food was hot and fresh, and came out in a reasonable time. Can't ask for a better experience! Not a bad way to start the morning. 👍

Terrible response time for walk-in service. They took orders, but were worked exclusively on drive through tickets (about 12 cars), many of which placed orders after ours at the counter, before processing those of us who were waiting for 20+ minutes from the time we paid. Total time was a ridiculous 30 minutes. Definitely the worst Starbucks experience in 20+ years and don’t plan to ever visit this location again.

Recently visited the Starbucks in Alice at 830 pm and they said that they were out of frappes. How does starbucks run out of coffee and ice with milk.

September 24, 2024 7:42 AM I had a horrible experience , the cashier was RUDE. she constantly kept asking “if i was done ordering” while she disappeared from the screen WHILE i was ordering? so how would i be done ordering if the person kept disappearing from the screen ?? really unprofessional. my drinks were sooo good . but threw my mood AND my husbands mood off .

I have been going to Starbucks for many years ,I stopped today to get 2 med iced mocas and 2 cressants.26 bucks!!! Done,will never return..ripping people off!!

Lack of executive functioning with staff. I ordered a plain brewed coffee not a specialized coffee. I waited 20 minutes because they were “busy”. Never coming back.

There was only two workers not paying attention to the front counter I sat there for 15 minutes thinking that they were busy but I don't know what they were doing but by the time they served me I was already there for 30 minutes I won't do that again
