I enjoyed a healthy salad 🥗 with chicken and a nice glass of Rose wine 🍷 My son had beer 🍺 and a burger 🍔 We also enjoyed some appetizers at Eureka! Everything was good, the food, drinks, service and atmosphere!! *They are dog friendly on the lovely patio.

Came in after a High School Football game with a party of 8 at around 9pm. Their late night Happy Hour was very tempting so we decided to try it out. There was no wait. They accommodated us with a beautiful large table. The lighting and vibe was awesome. Great location for date night. Luke took care of us for the night. He was very efficient and awesome about explaining the drinks and food items they offered. The onsite Manager checked in on us on numerous occasions. We ordered a few of the Burgers, the Mac and Cheese balls were delicious. The beer selection and mixed drinks were bomb too. It was a great choice coming here, even though we were hours away from home. I will definitely re-visit this location. Thank you Eureka.

They had some festive holiday options. All the appetizers were delicious - fried pickles, fried Macaroni and Cheese, nachos, fries. Would recommend!

The food is amazing here! The happy hour is probably the best that I’ve personally had. I usually get the Eureka Burger or the Mac and cheese bites. But have had the wings, pork belly bites, ahi tuna salad, and the ahi tuna stacker, truffle fries, and a few other stuff I can’t remember. When I tell you I am NEVER disappointed, I mean it! Service is great as well!

I’m giving Eureka a solid four-star review. The quality of the food and the warmth of the hospitality were truly excellent. Everything from the ingredients to the preparation of the dishes was top-notch, and I really have to commend them on that. The only reason I’m taking off one star is because of the air conditioning setup. The vents are arranged in a way that blows air directly onto guests, which can be a bit uncomfortable. I’d kindly ask the management to adjust the airflow so that it’s not blowing right onto people and making them feel uneasy. Overall, though, a fantastic experience with just that one tweak needed.

Each component tasted fresh and contributed to a well-balanced and vibrant salad. To accompany my meal, I chose an Athletic Light non-alcoholic beer. I was pleasantly surprised by its impressive foamy head and genuinely light beer-style flavor. It was a refreshing and guilt-free choice that complemented the lightness of the salad perfectly. The ambiance of the restaurant was relaxed and airy. The low background music allowed for easy conversation, while the presence of televisions displaying sports channels offered a subtle buzz without being intrusive. The option of both indoor and outdoor seating is a definite plus, catering to different preferences and weather. Finally, I must commend the cleanliness of the facilities and the attentiveness of the wait staff. Eureka! in Aliso Viejo is one of those local spots that always seems to have good energy. It sits right in the Town Center, so it’s an easy place to stop after work, meet friends for dinner, or grab a drink and watch a game. The vibe is casual but still polished, with a modern gastropub feel that works well for both lunch and dinner. The menu focuses on elevated American comfort food, and the burgers are definitely the highlight. They’re thick, flavorful, and cooked right. The classic Eureka burger is always a safe bet, but they also rotate seasonal options that keep things interesting. The crispy fries are solid, and the starters like wings, nachos, and mac and cheese make it a good place to share plates with a group. One thing Eureka! does really well is the bar. They have a strong selection of craft beers, small-batch whiskeys, and creative cocktails. If you like trying different beers or bourbons, this place gives you plenty of options. The happy hour here is also one of the better ones in the Aliso Viejo area. The atmosphere is lively without being over the top. You’ll see a mix of locals, families, and people coming in after work. Service is usually friendly and the food comes out quickly. It’s not trying to be fine dining, and that’s part of the appeal. It’s simply a dependable neighborhood spot for a good burger, a cold drink, and a relaxed night out in Aliso Viejo.

Street corn was canned corn with a tasty crema but lacked the char flavor from the roasted corn on the cob. Sweet potato fries were dusted with cinnamon and swirled with honey but weren't very crispy. Minor complaints that shouldn't exist at this price point, CA market or not. Bright spot was the drink flight they offered. That saved the meal for us.

On the food the other hand a lot of it was hit or miss anything that was deep fried tasted burnt and nasty my mother's fish and sister-in-law's fish was horrible my onion rings had a weird aftertaste and burnt. Also my Philly cheesesteak meat was very overcooked and dry and fiance soup came out cold. Maybe we got it there on a off night for the cooks. Totally was a let down for a family outing that came from out of state 😔.

I entered entire restaurant and had to ask for table. Manager that came to table forgot to introduce himself. Nice music. Nice illumination. Nice environment. Ordered ahi tuna salad. Very fresh and tasty! Old fashioned. Braised short rib. Very nice. i suggest decrease spicy level. And server to inform is hot. But very tasty! Bourbon barrel cake. Nothing special. Ice cream was too hard. For the check, just a palm with a value was offered. Present the check properly. With details. Better Need some improvements but a nice place to be. Keep improving!

It took a couple of bites before I realized something was seriously wrong. The burger was literally raw. What I don’t understand is how two burgers, ordered at the same temperature, could be cooked so differently. The difference was extremely noticeable. I was really hungry and ended up throwing my meal away out of disgust. By the time I realized what had happened, it was too late to order anything else besides fast food since most places had closed. Even then, I wasn’t planning to write a review but what pushed me to do it was that I got sick. I threw up all night and felt horrible the next day. It took me two full days to recover. Please make sure your food is being cooked properly. Undercooked meat can make people seriously ill. This should never happen.
