This location is inside the which Which ( same company). Ice cream is good just like any other Paciugo they so have a limited menue thus my 4 stars. Still awsome I always get s Pistachio Shake!

I wanted some good gelato and ended up stabbing the roof of my mouth instead. Got through a few bites of the chocolate gelato then felt something stabbing me. I thought it was a frozen piece of chocolate so i went to bite it and it stabbed my gums at this point. Won't be eating here anymore.

It was good in looks but the taste was so pathetic, didn’t like it at all , it’s like freezer burn or maybe it was old month or two ..!

I was a little disappointed with the lack of variety in flavors. If you want a sweet treat it’ll satisfy the taste buds but they should definitely expand the number of flavors.

They are inside Which Which. I went there at 8:15 and they already had there ice cream put away. Unprofessional.

This is in a sub place. They are not open the opens shown online. Drove 30 mins to find that out.

Complete waste of money, time, and health. I was surprised upon arrival that the gelataria is inside of a Which Wich. The time was 8pm, however I was still surprised to see how poor and sad the products appeared which was as if they were about to be thrown out after an entire day of being on display much like food at a cheep Chinese buffet which had been under lights for hours. When the attendant finally came to take my order, in reading the menu on the wall, I ordered gelato cup sizes of "Regolare" however after being asked to repeat myself 3 times over, I was still not understood. Anyway, after sampling the 3 samples, and determining all were indeed not gelato, but low quality ice-cream, I settled with Chocolate Chip Mint for myself and Mango for my date. Our gelato was so disgusting that I think there had to have been cleaning product sprayed into it. The hardness of it was more like chunks of frost scraped from a automobile's windshield as it was stacked into my regolare sized cup like clumps of muddy dirt. At one point, my date suggested that we return the ice-cream order to the attendant and request to try again with another serving. However, due to the unimpressive service we received from the server combined with the repeated heckling we endured from a young man who was either a visiting off duty employee or an intoxicated friend of any employee who attempted to engage me into a physical fight, we decided simply to trash out imitation gelato, and walk to a brewery.

It's not the kids fault. It's most likely his training. Stop making coffee, sandwich shop. Know your role.

I’ve had gelato many times at different Paciugo locations, as well as other gelato shops in the U.S. and Italy, and I know that’s not how it’s supposed to taste.

I’ve been to the Paciugo at other locations so decided to give this a try. First I want to mention the service is perfectly fine. The person who served us was very nice too. But the gelato was disgusting. The pistachio tasted like the nuts had gone stale. The mango tasted off. My kids usually like the raspberry but they couldn’t even eat half of it. I would not eat the gelatos here again.
