This Tuesday, October 26th, my girlfriend and I went and ordered takeout. The service was friendly, the place has a nice aesthetic, but its location makes it hard to notice. I found it on Google Maps. When I got home and opened the bag, everything was perfect. The bag included dressing and ketchup, and best of all, they were delicious, rivaling Carl's Jr. and other prestigious burger restaurants in the city.

No saben sobre atención al cliente la verdad , si están molestos no es culpa de el cliente en mi humilde opinión deben de contratar gente que le guste trabajar. ,

pesimo servicio por parte del negocio, aparte acomodan su moto aun lado de los autos de los clientes obstruyendo, y todavia se enojan porque les dices.

If you're going to order through Rappi or Uber Eats, keep in mind that they'll leave you in limbo, and if you're unlucky, they'll cancel your order and give you credits. Ah, but not before making you wait an hour. They confirmed my order three times, and twice they changed the delivery person because, curiously, my order was returned "the restaurant is confirming your order" when it was already "preparing." In the end, I was still hungry, and they gave me 19 credits. A mockery. I'll make sure everyone knows about the rudeness they did to me.

Edit: It would be very difficult to make my email address public. If there's an email address where I can initiate contact with you, please let me know. I recently placed an order with instructions on Uber Eats, and they ignored them. If it had been a simple, cheap burger, I probably would have overlooked it. But since it was a double Spicy burger, the price was very high for food I basically couldn't eat. I filed a report and tried to contact the restaurant directly, but they never responded. Uber Eats' lack of support is a separate issue, as all they gave me was a "We'll keep this in mind so it doesn't happen again."
