My to go place weekly, play time with grandson after park his favorate pizza. Order on phone has become issue when pick up order not correct. Thye will fix order with no question.

I came here July 29th 30mins before close the man in the orange hat was excellent I came in expecting to just order my food and go but he was incredibly nice and out going he made me feel welcome which is an absolute wonder in times like these we definitely need more people like him I will be returning

You can’t expect too much from this place. It’s cheap pizza fast. It’s really hard to mess up pizza. Order ahead to the wait time is insane

2nd time employees don't cut the pizza or cut it properly (1st time they didnt cut it AT ALL), toppings are uneven and sloppy, one side stacked with 3 or 4 pepperonis, one side barely had any cheese, not enough tomato sauce in different parts, just a mess, seriously, how do people like this even get hired?

The pizza itself is good but the wait time is soooo long. There’s absolutely no point of ordering online because they won’t even have it ready by then. Smh 🤦🏽‍♀️ they need to step it up.

Cashier was extremely rude after I was already patiently waiting for him and a order that was already late

I’m only giving 2 stars because the lady who helped me was so nice. But look at this pizza I WILL NOT be going there again. Next time no matter how nice someone is I will be checking all orders from everywhere. Unacceptable!!!

It was supposed to be a three meats pizza and it wasn't 😕 the meat was burnt and the crust was hard. It was salty 🧂

I walked in there and asked if I can order $5.99 LUNCH COMBO but the guy there told me that it is only available for Pepperoni, I asked to replace the pepperoni by Veggie , he told me that it is not possible because the veggies ingredients do not fit the small size!!! I agreed and ordered the DETROIT-STYLE DEEP DISH VEGGIE and he told me that it needs around 10 mins to be ready. * The order took more than 20 min and when I finally asked about it, they remembered me and handled to me. ** Here is the point .. When I opened the box , it was surprisingly TWO small dishes , so if u are able to make TWO separate small veggie dishes, then how can't you make just one?? Why did you force me to pay for TWO while I could simply get one??! Is it a new way to force people to pay more??! *** The cashier told me that the total is 9.99$ and after I paid it was $14 with no receipt bcz their machine was broken!

Extremely long wait times at this location, so you'd think they're at least taking the time to get your order right. WRONG! We ordered two Supreme pizzas. The "workers" obviously got two pepperoni pizzas that were already cooked; threw in (I'd say a handfull) of supreme toppings in the middle of those pizzas, tossed them in the oven a second time around and called it a day. We will NEVER be ordering from this location again even though it's the closest one to where we live, less than 5 minutes away. We've given them too many chances and this isn't the first disappointing order from them. How hard can it be to get pizza toppings done right?

Terrible service, the delay is incredible, you listen to the discussion of the employees all the time and they say that the order is ready and you arrive and you still have to wait 🤦🏽‍♂️

ordered from here on doordash and I ordered a slices n stix and pepperoni crazy puffs. the slices n stix were fine because i ordered them well done but they didn't give me the crazy puffs but instead cheesy bread that looks like they microwaved it instead of putting it in the oven. the dough is completely raw and the cheese is barely melted. this is completely inedible

By far the worst little Caesars I've ever been to in terms of customer service. There are 6 employees in the back, 3 making pizzas and 3 lounging around, while there is approximately 7 guests waiting. No one has came out to take our order, no one has even acknowledged us. This is the last time I will shop here. They are in the back talking loud about getting off work and things they plan to do, with a lobby full of customers. Horrible leadership. Horrible service. Find another little Caesars or pizza place

What is this? I will tell you. Unacceptable! Burned, dried up, and cold pizza. I want a complete refund and workers to learn how to prepare their pizzas correctly. Even if this pizza was $2 it could be done correctly.

I had a horrible experience one before, but this location is on my way home from work, so I thought I’d give them another chance. Bad idea. They should know better than to put this burnt pizza out. You know what? They do know better, but clearly the employees at this location do not care. They don’t greet people as they come in. Not even a “be with you in a moment.” I wish I would have opened it up and looked at it before I left. Waste of my money.

Always the "hot and ready" Pizzas aren't hot and ready. This location is one of the slooowwwwwwest i ever been. Not recommended at all, they need to close this location

I order by phone they said 15-20 minutes to pick up , whent there pizza was not ready, plus they gave me my pizza all burn.. very bad service!

Do not order from this place. I placed at order while staying at the hotel and had my pizzas delivered 4 pizzas for a family of 7 when it was delivered there was only 2 pizzas. I called the store multiple times and was hung up on each time. An employee texted me to help but as soon as he found out I was calling about a missing order blocked me (text messages went from blue to green) I spoke to someone at corporate and they told me they couldn’t get the store to answer them either. Now that I’ve already paid for pizza I still have to go buy more food because this isn’t enough food.

Didn't have my pizza ready when I got there and gave me the wrong one even though I order on line, the place is very dirty full of dust. Customer service was not good when I ask to talk to the manager they question why did I wanted to yalk to the manager and that I could talk to the shift manager that it was the dame thing.

I have ordered multiple times from this location. Today was the worse ever! I been waiting on hold for 2 hr. to complain. They delivered pizza that has been sitting for hours! 1 Pizza is dry and hard and the other pizza is missing half cheese bread sticks and my bread stick combo look like they have bit off half of each bread stick! No one ever answered the phone. Waist of money! Absolutely Ridiculous!!! Straight up Garbage!!! Where they do dat at!!!

The black lady working the counter around 353 pm on Sunday had an ugly attitude and then on top of that the gave me an half order of crazy puffs. If I wouldn’t have opened the box and checked I would’ve went home with two in the box.then I tried to exchange sauces and she was like no you can’t do that and just left bc if you don’t like your job then don’t show up .

But even worth one star Went to order pizza last night and the employees where rude and my pizza was burnt.. Terrible!! Never going back and I'm also letting friends know so they won't waste their money there either
