I wanted to give this review more about the customer service the young man that handed my family our food was very nice and he listened to us asking for another bag and he was right in top of it and had a very warm smile and Avery Pleasant attitude. Which in my book goes a long way and makes the food taste better because of that TLC, which was given. I really appreciate the good old-fashioned customer service I experienced that day.

Iced caramel macchiato rivaled only by “the Bucks of Star lol. Exactly like I requested. Excellent customer service. Only four stars because I didn’t try the food.

Always a long line in the drive through. Staff aren't always friendly. The food is standard.

Kids were hungry and I was hungry. I ordered the Quarter Pounder meal. Is was great. They use fresh beef patties now for it. Couldn't believe I was at McDonald's. It was juicy and very tasty. It will be my go to from here on out. Try it. You will be amazed.

Cashier went above and beyond in her customer service. We felt like she treated us better than we've been treated at fine dining establishments. Food was mediocre, but can't complain too much about fast food.

It's a McDonald's people! I don't understand when people complain about it. You came to a fast food joint, so thats what you are going to get. I come to this location every couple of months. The service is always good and the food is what I expect to get.

when using the kiosk,why does the app not automatically pay for the order they way it does when you go through the drive through?. Frustrating to have to get the app on your phone, then get directed to a cadhier to pay. what us the purpose of the Kiosk than? Cutting staff? Quicker in store time? Really?

Food tastes good. Fries usually made fresh. A few times the burgers came out prepared wrong. They need to be more careful. It's not busy and they get it wrong.

Sometimes the fries are hot and salty,other times they're soggy and stale. The burger is exactly what you expect - not great, not terrible. It's McDonald's.

Was waiting at window for a good minute. Saw people leaving with their food who came after me. When food was ready lady was nice and apologized for the wait. She also noticed I didn't get a straw for my drink so bonus points for that.

My granddaughter loved it! It's our favorite neighborhood place. Only negative is, give the teens looking for summer jobs grace! My granddaughter applied for a job, went fir tge interview, arrived with exactly 8 min before interview, stood in the line to let personnel know she was there for interview & was told that while she was in line waiting to let them know she was there for an interview the manager left because she consider it being late! Really??

Only good thing here is the coffee. Food taste has changed. Nothing here taste like it di 40 years ago. Fries that are not what Ray Crock recommended. The shakes, well, whatever you want to call whatever passes for a milkshake here try letting it sit overnight and see for yourself. Junk food, YES!😎

I went inside to avoid the drive-thru line only to wait 10 minutes and it was only one person in line. I left right in time to see the drive-thru line empty. Great job to the young lady in the Drive-Thru. Shame on the manager for not having enough staff or allowing them to be lazy.

The reason why I gave a three is because the Cheese Burger is the best, but that cheese burger I got that night was so bad - cheese was dryed, like it was sitting for awhile. I know what fresh look like and that was not. You know I came later in the night, but should not be the case - dryed out cheese burger 😐

I'm not happy they got rid of the Big Breakfast meal (the one w/out pancakes), especially since many are going for less bread-laden breakfasts. Shame. Other than that, everything else is great.

Had significant issues finding this location on both Google maps and on my Garmin GPS as this appears to be primarily a drive thru location. Then when ordering on the internal screens couldn't add app code as McDonald's app didn't recognize this location. This site doesn't have a fountain machine to choose your drink, so must choose during ordering ( which was an issue as my wife is picky and in washroom at the time). Quality of the food is per all locations, but surprised by how small and thin the spicy chicken has become.

It's good and all, but it's a rip off since they don't give refills, and you have to buy another cup.

This location is a small one. The drive thru speed is decent. Dining in is slow normally. The management and staff seem to focus on the drive thru orders and diners inside seem to be an after-thought when I've been there. It is a clean location though. Quality of food is consistent with other McDonald's locations as far as taste and quality; no better and no worse. This would be a 3 and 1/2 star if the ratings system allowed for half stars.

Was given an old apple pie (the filling gets rubbery when old). I was told I'd have to wait 15 for a new batch. IDK. Glad I was offered a replacement, though.

The food is fine and the atmosphere is fine. The parking situation can be challenging. If you are thinking of eating inside, just keep in mind that there are no refills.

there’s never anyone at the cash registers, and their trash bins were over flowing even though there was barely anyone in the lobby.

Drive thru is good but inside is a different story. They have a kiosk that almost never has paper to print receipt. They almost never have numbers locators at the kiosk. They are pointless anyway because they never bring the food to you. But ultimately it's McDonald's and not a quality restaurant. So complaining is pointless.

I had a pretty bad experience here recently. I ordered through the kiosk system as the lines were long and too my number and sat down. I then waited over 15 minutes only to find out my meal was sitting at the front for over 10 minutes. If you allow the kiosk and provide numbers for table service you need to serve people at their table. This has been advertised heavily by McDonald's so this is unacceptable.

Dine in closes at 11pm arrived at 10:24 all doors closed and a very long drice thru line. Fries are always cold and something is wrong or missing in the order. Coming the next day or coming back isnt a fix... how about make it right at the time the order is made. So irritating.

If you order a dip with your nuggets be prepared to ALWAYS get BBQ. No matter how many times you tell them you want something else. When you AGAIN ask for the correct dip, be prepared for 2 or 3 even if you ordered 40 nuggets.

Strange smell when I walked in and when they delivered my food I had special ordered a sandwich and they got it wrong they replaced it. My new one had the special tag so I thought it was correct. When I finally got a chance to eat it I found it was still wrong. I have been there many times before and never had this kind of problem. My how things have gone down in the last few months.

When I was here they are not I repeat are not nice to the homeless! I payed a dollar so some homeless guy that you can see was exhausted from the sun. Even if I payed I was not allowed to charge my cell phone. So this place is awfule in my eyes.

Just left from there order a 10 PCs meal with the Tropic Berry sprite... I received a cup of Soda water no flavor.... I’m sure they would have fixed it, but i really dnt feel like sitting in the line again.

Drive thru at night is a nightmare. Prepare to wait 20-45 minutes. Ice cream machine is hit or miss. I must say, they've never messed up my order. Poor rating is due to drive thru. keep in mind restaurant is open late, you're better off getting out your car and going inside.

So it seems that although McDonald's is a franchise and I'm used to purchasing a drink along with the free refill this is the one McDonald's that has stopped providing a free refill but charged the same price as if I would get a free refill from a different location. Therefore, the price should have been lower or at least post the there is no free refill, so that I can make my choice whether to go ahead and make a purchase or not purchase in advance. Rather than to tell me no refill when I ask for one. I also ordered deluxe quarter pounder cheese burger, and I received small ends of the tomato skins about the diameter of quarter, a sprinkle of chopped lettuce, and the quarter pounder meat was cold and thinner than a cardboard box container. As for ambiance, not a welcoming environment. It's come to a point where fast food is no longer affordable and the cost of food and drinks are not worth the quality and quantity that they provide.

This is why this location gets a 2 star rating. Bought Large fries, got this. Last time, I did not receive my 10 piece chicken mcnuggets and although they did eventually let me come in to get what I paid for... the 2 employees I spoke to seemed very annoyed with me. Even though the inconvenience was due to a mistake on their end, not mine.

The drinks were flavorless and the cashier took forever to take our order and still got it wrong!!

No free refill and they don't fill the cup fully.

Too much trash greeted me. I did manage to move some and sat down. Before I order anything, then "No refill" sign posted above the counter hit me. I turn around and left. If that's the attitude, thanks for the heads up.

Worst fast food restaurant I've EVER been to. Wait in a line 6 cars long for over 30 mins! They've gotten my order wrong or forgot to put something in my bag EVERY time. Never offer ketchup and consistently forget to give out straws.

This place makes In-n-out look like it has lightning fast service. That's if they remember what you ordered and not make you defeat the purpose of a drive thru, park, walk in, and look like im crazy for needing a straw like im asking for chopsticks for my soup.

This is the second time that I have had issues with this McDonald’s. My first post can no longer be found. But this one takes the cake. This morning my wife went to McDonald’s on Lincoln and Woodberry in Altadena this morning before work and ordered a mango smoothie on her way to work. She took a few sips in the car. When she got to work, she noticed that something dark was in her cup. Upon closer observation, She realized that it was some kind of animal bone! She was horrified! She’s been feeling sick all day today. McDonald’s doesn’t sell anything with bones. How could something like that and up in my wife’s drink? I am wondering if it was intentional… whatever the case may be, there was a bone in my wife’s drink!

Every time we go there on a hot day the ice cream machine is supposedly broken. On more than one occasion I have been told they can't make an ice cream sundae because the machine is down. I don't want inside and proceeded to order one. The machine wasn't down I guess they just don't like selling them in the Drive-Thru for whatever reason. Some people are just too lazy to even be breathing air, let alone working at a restaurant with the public.

This McDonald's is the worst ever. I always have to complain it's ridiculous. If it's not the ice cream machine that's broken, it's the credit card machines are down, or they dont have soda. And what's up with the staff wearing torn jeans at nights. They're so badly torn, it only covers the back legs. Very unprofessional.

The drive thru very long time to assist you. A lot of workers just talking inside. Help the customer first get the line moving bad service

Ordered crispy chicken deluxe spicy. Got soggy fall apart sandwich no lettuce tomato like the pic. Fries cold and old although line long at resteraunt, missing my nuggets i paid for. Waste of time and money. On drive thru for 25min!

There no one at the register bad attitude and there is no refill what kind of service is this?

McDonald's does not even deserve a star. I can't even put A1 on any of the Stars their customer service is so bad their bathroom is so nasty I went to pick up that food and I waited over 30 minutes for that food I watch other customers come in and pick up their food with Uber Eats and I complained at the register about their customer service they had one customer service rep she had an attitude because I tried to tell her that they needed to get some things on point with their customer service it is terrible I watched a customer come in ordered a shake and he waited over 15 minutes for his steak and he even complained about their customer service

The worst service ever I did table side service manager said they don't donthat any more yet not even 5 mins later not one but 2 employees took food to other table trash was over flowing and bathrooms where trashed and then I asked for a refill and they told me they don't do free refills any more only McDonald's I've gone to that said they don't do refills lol horrible experience all the way around never will I ever come here again

I don't know what changes were made but, the service at this location has become absurdly slow since some time in the fall (of 2017). Fast food is supposed to be fast, but they can't get a simple order (a hash brown and a coffee) either right or quickly.

Twice in the last week, your door dash and Uber eats customers have been allowed to cut into drive thru line in front of me. I normally spend $50 at your restaurant. I'll be taking my business elswhere.

Been here twice, offer got completely botched both times. Ordered sweet tea both times, got something that tastes life toilet water instead. Ordered oatmeal, they completely flooded it with milk / cream, which is obviously disgusting. Ordered a sausage and egg McMuffin, got a biscuit with just egg. Don't bother with this place.

This store is very consistent, consistent at getting every single order,that I or my family has ever ordered WRONG. Changing something like add extra pickle to my daughters happy meal burger throws them into chaos. The order took long and still only got 1 pickle. I mean,I believe you get more than 1 pickle to begin with,so how did I order extra and get less. They ask,would you like any cheese on that,umm no thank you and guess what!? It comes with cheese and my wife is allergic to dairy. The people are always nice,which is why,they got a 2star. If it wasn't for traveling or quick meals,we'd never come here. They make such a simple order a mess. They make so much money on quick sales that it's obvious,they don't care about getting orders right at this location. I STRONGLY suggest checking your order especially if you went through the drive thru. RE-EDIT** I had to come back and take a star away because I just went to this location and stood in line for over 5min and a line formed behind me with over 7 people and the lazy sloth finally came to the register scratching her head near food and touching kid meal toys,even after all those other lazy bums saw us standing there and didn't say or do anything. BUT!!! They were VERY attentive when a younger Black kid started talking to an older Black male about meeting up at one of their houses(not speaking loudly). I got a picture of the manager and worker standing and staring at the 2 Black males instead of working. Now I see why this location gets every single order wrong!

it seems like this place always messes up my order or cant get it right. also dont put food back on the racks that fell on the floor. i went in the morning and seen a older lady that was making sandwiches drop the big block of cheese on the floor. the manager seen her do that and a few seconds later told her not to do that because customers seen her drop it. the lady took it off her rack and laid it to the side. i assume after i left, the cheese went back on the rack.

Waited 20 m in line they forgot the free had to pull over go in the manager acted mad they had forgotten fries then proceeded to hold them hostage because I asked for a refund for the fries because I had to come in and they had messed up. She did not grant a refund was rude and I had to snatch them out of her claws even tho I had paid for them and they were cold and had to put them i. The air fryer at home lol

Ordered at the machine inside for two simple desserts waited over five minutes and probably would have wait longer if I didn't show up to the front counter. The focus was mainly for the drive thru. The manager was there and had no sense of coordination. She looked confused as to why we were there until I said those are mine. The order was already erased from there board she even went back to see if it was there and it was just ridiculous to wait for two drinks that were already melted. The mocha orea frappe was straight water and the ice cream is as more than half way melted.

We went to get something real quick after work and I asked for fries with no salt after waiting in line I checked my fries and they where cold and had salt and the kid helping out said “ what do you want me to do brush the salt off” I told him no and he said to speak to a manager I told the manager this is for someone with high blood pressure and he helped me out no we paying high prices for food with this kind of service No do better !!

So apparently the new "sparse" interior design is coupled with the new idea that they're too good to do refills? First they get my order wrong, then they cheap out on me. Won't be eating here again.

The food was standard from what you can expect from mcdonalds. This inside area was dirty and neglected. The bathroom was traumatizing. This Mcdonalds is canceled, do not come here unless you want to lose your appetite.

When I ordered a large fry, I asked him to give me fresh ones so they're really really hot. I was willing to wait. Then they gave me large fries that have been sitting there for two or three minutes. And proceeded to argue with me about it. Not only that, but the container wasn't even full.

1 of the only McDonald's that I have opened the door to walk in heard a group of people & walked inside & that group of people stopped talking looking my direction & talking amongst themselves "Is this Guy Lost" & that didn't stop until I walked out with my order that I paid $1.64 for & that was a Small Drink... Never again....

Lines always unnecessarily Long, overall wait times deplorable, food quality is edible 50% of the times I've been there- other 50 it's not even dog food. They struggle with the most basic functions of providing any form of customer experience. By far the poorest run business, of any kind, I've ever encountered, food or otherwise. Zero improvement over past 5 years- I check in- it's only gotten worse. If you were on the verge of starving to death, you'd have to ask yourself what was the better experience before choosing to dine at this "restaurant" for survival.

$14 combo and I can't even get a soda refill. Definitely will not be coming back to this location again.

One of the worst locations I've been through... tables were not cleaned, we have to wipe it down ourselves. Barely any crew in the counter. No refill on sodas which they don't fill up the cup fully.

I bought a caramel frappe and paid 30 cents for extra caramel and this is what I got! Ridiculous!!!

They forgot one of our hash browns and the sauces for the breakfast burritos. When I went up to tell them about the missing items, they just ignored me. Not happy with this location.

One of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Foothill, Lake, anywhere is better than here. The staff are very nice but they can’t cook at all. ALSO - check the pricing! Everything is $1 more at this location than what it costs just up the road in La Cañada!

Food was fine. Our order was ready for multiple minutes before it was called and the drink I was given was not what I ordered. They’ve recently made a policy change to stop offering refills indoors which is in my opinion terrible service.Id recommended taking the extra 2 minutes to go to a different location that isnt as stingy with their customers.

My morning coffee is never made right and the bathroom is always filthy. Everyday for almost 3 weeks, there's been a dirty sink and poop on the toilet seat

Paid for, but never received any food or drink. Ordered a meal at 3:04. By 3:20, no food yet and I had to leave to pick up my children from school. 15 minutes seems adequate for "fast food," but not here apparently. Had to park on the street, as the lot spots are blocked by the drive thru, or are pickup spots. Music inside is annoyingly LOUD. The place is well worn. AVOID unless you have all day to wait for junk food, and like to add some steps.

Went here about a week ago around 8:30pm. They weren’t very busy, but as I went through the drive through, I noticed how filthy the inside of the restaurant and drive thru area was. I mentioned it to the staff person and she just laughed. I told her they should wipe down because it looked disgusting and little germy. Needless to say, I got my food and fries were cold, like they had been sitting. My nuggets tasted stale like old grease etc. I threw my food out, and won’t be going back to this one. They need better management and quality control. It is not being monitored for cleanness etc. see photo.

This place stinks and they don't clean the tables .I order a sausage biscuit and the biscuit was probably 2 or 3 days old. I also got a coke and it was flat and I told them and didn't do anything about it... im surprise to see this mcdonald's so unorganized...

Do NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION! They spit mucus or some sort of body fluid in my food. . They took no accountability, I called them immediately after I ingested the food with the mucus and a guy named William answered the phone. William had me on hold then I can hear Walking back towards the Phone because he was talking in Spanish and the sound Of his voice got louder come near the phone. Next thing I heard was a phone pick up and hang up. William Hung up on me for asking to speak to a manager. I immediately called back and no answer. I called the sheriff. I went back to the Location and the Sheriff met me there and we went inside. William still wouldn’t bring the manager for me to speak to and had us wait for “10” minutes or longer after the sheriff spoke to him and told him why we were there. I’m always polite and nice and I was just coming from work to grab my autistic son some food before his therapy session. Laura, the manager finally came and went immediate defense for William stating “the phone hung up on its own”. I said “please don’t do this right now! You know good and well that didn’t happen “ “ She didn’t replied I just had to tell you because sometimes it does happen “ “ I told her in this case, it did not happen because I heard his voice get closer to the phone and it hung up “ She Never apologized only on defense mod.. She then claimed she has to check the cameras to see what happened.. Very rude and cold hearted she took no accountability. Laura then says with the food it could have been “bad sauce or bad cheese”. . The burger was fine until I was finishing and bit into the part where they spit in and mucus was all in my mouth and on my tongue stringy using a tissue to scrape it off then i vomited. Lady,, I had to wait like 10 min or longer to speak to you and this is what I get? No resolution, No accountability! I will NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN! I have photos of the body fluid/stringy Mucus no sauce. Do No Eat here! Laura also tried to change my receipt after giving me my refund. It made it seem like I had sauce on my burger because the original receipt had no sauce and she failed to put the correct information on the second receipt to make it seem like that’s what I had.

This is the WORST McDonalds! Literally COLD FOOD every time, I ask for specifications on my food they print the ticket and it NEVER happens! They provide the wrong happy meal toy! I’m pissed enough to write a review on it! I’m disputing the charge on my card too, why pay for something I did even receive good service on!

Dirty every time I go in. The website says they close at 11pm but 8:58pm the doors are already locked. It looks nice but they has been one of thr worse McDonald's I have ever experienced. Never coming back.

As a dle8very driver our lunches are crucial. Usually Mcd is the right choice, but twice in one week. I've gotten spit in my burger and when I returned it, they brave me the exact same thing back and told me I was wrong. Just today I was in the bathroom and I hear my name, I go up and they just let my food sit for 5 mins while I just watched people walk past it in the kitchen. Terrible service

Probably the worst McDonald's I've ever been to in my 36 years of life. 25 minute wait for a simple, small order, "we don't have any coffee". Okay. McDonald's. No coffee. Not at all. Ended up giving out food that had cooled down three times, and a bonus of 4 nuggets instead of 6. Disgusting service.

Ordered a vanilla latte through the app and when I went to pick it up I was handed an iced coffee. I let them know of the error and was simply told, it said iced and grabbed it and took it back without apologizing. After waiting a while for the fix I asked how much longer to then be told the machine was down so that’s why I received an iced coffee. At that point I asked for a refund and now the machine suddenly was working. Was finally given my coffee and an apology. The sticker on my coffee I received and my receipt did not state I ordered an iced coffee.

Extremely slow employees to attend lobby customers. I went to the restroom after paying and felt dirtier leaving it than when I walked into it. See attachment photos. Also, when I returned to the cashiers counter, I noticed my food was put on the exterior counter with the bag open for anyone to take or snatch some fries. I'd think twice about eating from here.

If I could give this place zero star or negative I would this place is a joke they take forever for the food. The food is not right and when you go, tell him something they get really really defensive. The trash was up and falling off. It was disgusting and no refills at all. They really need to come down and see all this disgusting things on this and this location.

It took 20 minutes for a single McChicken with no sides, but only after asking them the status of the order. It was a pathetic sandwich and it's exactly the reason I only eat at McDonald's as a last resort. A worker apologized, but this is in a disaster area so it's a terrible time to make others' lives harder.

Terrible order accuracy and poor customer service. I work in fastfood, I would be fired if I acted like the majority of employees here. Out of the 8+ times I've used the drive thru my order has been accurate twice. Getting what you paid for here is the exception, not the rule. Some of their younger workers provide typical customer service but not the majority. They are difficult to communicate with, especially an older gentleman who works mostly on handoff, and react to requests like a personal inconvenience. EDIT: The food quality is often poor as well, today my hamburger patty was dangerously undercooked.
