Nirvana Indian Restaurant Altamont Reviews
Avi did a wonderful job taking care of the 14th of you! The food was great!!!
Garlic Naan just melted in mouth. Food was a cut above rest of the buffet I had in past.
Their Buffett is good. But the buffet quality is like Buffett not carefully or delightfully cooked that take care of all little specifics to add taste For Indians who are picky about taste and vegetarian like me, I will say the food is OK in case want to introduce food to non Indian
Avi was or waiter and did an excellent job! I’ll be back because of him!
The food is good a weirdo would say it's horrid.
Table service was attentive and generous due to a delay in kitchen. 1st time to experience a delay there.
Pleasantly surprised by our stop at Nirvana! The food was a lot better than I expected for buffet, there were lots of choices, and everything we tried was delicious. But beyond that, the service was attentive and “on top of it”, and the table settings with nice tablecloths, goblets, and folded napkins really made the experience feel Expensive and fancy! Highly recommend.
Not the best Indian food, but it was less spicier than usual restaurants. So, it is recommended for people who less spicy food.
Went there for iftari, great atmosphere, hosts are very friendly and last but not the least food is top notch. 10 on 10 experience
Amazing service and the food is ALWAYS good never had a bad meal here The staff is super friendly
We had the Flag of India which includes butter chicken, saag paneer, and a new-to-me dish that I can’t remember right now. Presentation was lovely and all of the food was delicious. Our server, Sherwyn, was so helpful and attentive. The decor is stunning as well!
These guys have been serving delicious Indian food for so many years, I've lost count. The parking is a bit challenging now that theyve moved next door and climate control indoors can be finicky but always comfortable. But again the food is spectacular and can satisfy almost any dietary requirement. Yes I am a regular, and will continue to be!
Best buffet that I ever had , food is very tasty and customers service was top notch .
Everything was absolutely delicious w 1st class service today for my mothers 94th birthday. The renovation Is beautiful. The kindness of Abi and whole staff was amazing. I recommend this restaurant to Houston wholeheartedly. Hurry and dine in or takeout. The Quality of all ingredients was the best. You Will not be dissappointed.
The food and vibe here is absolutely incredible. Me and my wife catered here for our wedding and we keep coming back here for date nights. When you come here ask for the honey chicken it’s absolutely delectable. And after your meal order coffee or chai. It’s delicious they’ll bring it out in these beautiful floral cups. My wife isn’t a coffee drinker but she loves the coffee here too. Overall it’s a nice place for family dinners, date nights or just to order food solo. 10/10 experience and very professional customer service.
Yummy food…awesome staff and amazing service. Highly recommend…we will come back again.
Amazing food. The freshest and highest quality ingredients I've had at any desi restaurant. They make everything as good as traditional but with small enhancements that make it better. Great crew - helpful, friendly, and competent. Fun, classy, relaxed atmosphere. Samosas, briyani, chicken tikka, chicken 65, and so much more - everything we've tried has been purely incredible. Best sit down indo-pak restaurant around don't pass it up. Halal food too.
First time at this restaurant, and I am so glad I decided to have lunch here! The food is delicious and the service is wonderful. The young lady, Sumi, had a warm welcoming smile and she walked me through how the buffet style service works. The atmosphere is nice and the food is fantastic!
I had a an amazing experience at Nirvana Houston. Their buffet has many options and my favorite was the Chicken Tika Masala, Lamb Chops, Chicken 65 & Palak Paneer. If you're looking for a new buffet spot to throw in the mix you have to check out Nirvana Houston you won't be dissapointed
First time visiting Nirvana for a Friday Buffet lunch. Absolutely amazing experience with high quality food and great service. The goat was fantastic, and demanded a second trip. Took home extra meals to fully satisfy my other family members. Excellent!!
Incredible food! Such wonderful service and the best recommendations from our server. Avi is wonderful!
Nirvana is probably the best Indopak buffet I have ever been to. Service is good because they’re constantly refilling your water and taking away your dirty dishes. Food there is always fresh and they’re aware of items when it’s low so it’s always being replenished. My two favorite things to eat here are garlic naan and chicken tikka masala.
Always great food. And also that's why a bit expensive. A lot better than any place in the area.
Always great! Been going since 2013 and I’ve been disappointed. Really really good quality food.
I loved this restaurant! Beautifully decorated and beautiful food! I have not eaten lots of Indian food but I thoroughly enjoyed all the options and selections here. The servers were very sweet and accommodating, the restaurant was clean, well organized, and beautiful as well. Definitely would love to come back here in the future!
Well worth the wait I only waited about 25 minutes for a table of 3 and the food was fantastic! The service was top year and was extremely welcoming!
My family and I had the buffett which featured many vegetarian and meat options. I tried most of the dishes and enjoyed them all. The mango lassi was yum yum yum. The service was helpful and friendly. The atmosphere was relaxed and the place colorfully decorated. We took lots of pictures at the table and in the entrance.
I’ve never been disappointed. Always great. Great place to bring a date or vip
Great food, great service. Customer for over 16 years. Friendly, kind, and delicious.
Everything tasted wonderful! Avi was super helpful with knowing what to order and making great suggestions!
One of the Best indian food to eat in the Houston área súper super extra clean and the price is ok not leve tip the Owen keep all the tip no the workers
All you can eat Indian food? Yes please! The staff are friendly and hospitable. The atmosphere was clean and relaxing. The food is the main highlight here. Every dish was fresh, delicious, and tasty. If you haven’t tried Nirvana before do yourself a favor and go try it. Your tastebuds will thank me later.
I recently visited this restaurant for their dinner buffet on a Monday, and I must say, it was a delightful experience! The highlight of the buffet was the lamb chops, which are only available on Mondays and Tuesdays. They were incredibly tender, juicy, and flavorful. The Vegetable Pakora, Navarattan Korma, Baigan Bhuna, Chicken Biriyani, and all the desserts, especially the mango mousse, were also exceptional. The restaurant even had a salad and fruit station. If you're a lamb chop lover, I highly recommend visiting on Mondays and Tuesdays. Overall, a fantastic dining experience with perfectly cooked food.
Came here this evening as an early mothers day dinner for my wife. I never really had indian food until this evening, I'm glad I chose nirvana. I ordered the rack of lamb with garlic Naan. My wife ordered butterchicken. Everything was delicious, the lamb was well worth the 38 dollars. This is a great date spot, the soft lightning and music, it really did set the mood. Men's bathroom is small, my only real complaint.
Hands down one of the best Indian restaurant in the town. If you believe Indian cuisine is not all about curry with oily texture then this is the place. Their buffet is amazing, food has nice balance with different spices. Service and ambiance is top notch. Post covid while many restaurants are struggling this place shows positive change. this is Byob which is a plus as well.
This restaurant has been in West Houston for years and has been our go-to for Indian food. The dishes have well balanced spicing and aren't soaked in oil. I love that's its a byob with no corking fee. Our recent meal included samosas, mushroom biryani, potatoes and spinach, eggplant, and garlic naan. All were well prepared .
Wonderful experience!!! I came here between lunch and dinner because they had outdoor seating options during the pandemic. I went inside and asked to be seated outside, and they explained to me that they didn't have the patio area ready, but if I would wait 10min they could get it ready for me. Even though the area was not open, the staff personally cleaned off a table, set up an outdoor table with the *full* tablesetting, including a cloth tablecloth, the cloth napkins, and full diningware, and even sweeped the deck, just so my party of 3 could eat outside. Saying the staff here is excellent would be an understatement: they go above and beyond for great service to their customers. The food we ate was delicious as well. We had a few appetizers (pictured) and main course dishes that were large enough to take leftovers home to eat later. Our glasses were always promptly refilled, and our waiter was extremely friendly and kind. I wish I lived closer by so I could come back more often, because I truly enjoyed my experience at Nirvana. [Regarding safety, all staff members wore a mask at all times, even when serving us outside]
I enjoyed my lunch. Staff is very nice and helpful. They keep an eye on everything. Very clean and decent place for family. The buffet food was so delicious and had everything. Yummy main dish with yummy dessert. We enjoyed our lunch with kids. Thank you to all the staff. This is the best buffet in Houston.
If you’re looking for a great place for Iftar, this spot is honestly a hidden gem in Houston. 🌙✨ We came for their Iftar buffet, and the selection was impressive. There were so many options that everyone at the table could find something they liked. The buffet included a great mix of vegetarian dishes as well as chicken and beef options, all full of authentic Indian flavors. The variety was amazing — from rich curries and freshly cooked dishes to flavorful sides and rice. Everything tasted fresh, well-seasoned, and comforting, which is exactly what you want after a long day of fasting. They also had a nice dessert section, which was the perfect way to end the meal. Sweet treats, traditional desserts, and plenty to choose from made the experience even better. 🍮 The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and attentive, making the whole dining experience very enjoyable. ⭐ Highly recommend for Iftar or anyone who loves Indian food and buffet dining. Plenty of vegetarian, chicken, and beef options, delicious desserts, and great value for the variety offered. If you’re in Houston and want a satisfying Iftar buffet with lots of choices, this place is definitely worth visiting. 🍽️🌙
Lovely spot, good food and friendly staff.. check them out..
Have not eaten here in some time. Their old building had a fire. Their buffet has always been stellar and the menu is diverse. Today I ordered take out and it was exceptional not that expected anything less. I do have a few suggestions or requests. Allow us to ask for Mint Chutney and Tamarind sauce as an order in larger container with our orders. I would also like to see Tandoori dishes on the menu again. Other than that it was a wonderful take out order. Kerp up the good work.
This is a great place to go to if you love Indian food, or if you have never had Indian food. They have a vegetarian side and a non-vegetarian side and several dishes to choose from. it's perfect if you don't know what you like yet. Even my 5yo was able to find something she enjoyed.
We have been going here for the last 20 years or so . The food is always delicious and very authentic . Love the place and also the attention to detail by the owners and managers. A must visit for lunch or dinner.
Dropped by for their lunch buffet. Food is placed on a counter with vegetarian options (in chafing dishes) facing in one directions and non-vegetarian facing the other way. Well labeled. Bread service at the table. Food was tasty and frequently replenished. Spice level was reasonable for non-Indians. A couple of options for dessert to close the meal. Definitely recommended
Went there for the first time this past Tuesday evening, and asked to be seated outside. Asked for the menu, and did not know that they also had a buffet option! However, I still wanted to order from the menu. They first brought me a side of very thin, crunchy and rolled up tortillas, along with a green tangy sauce, and a red sweet sauce. I then received my meal. The smell and the amount! It all looked so good! I think I ordered the fish dish, which came with 6 small naans, a large side of salad, and the main dish had a very tender, juicy full of flavor flavor chunks of fish grilled to perfection, along with some grilled cauliflower. I truuuuuuly enjoyed that meal, and since it was so big, I took the rest home. I went inside and asked about the buffet options (I needed to buy a meal for my son), and so I packed one of the many mixed rice options they had, two chicken options, and also packed a vegetarian dish). I took a mango lassi, and a mango mousse for my son as well. Got home, and this kid devoured the ENTIRE box! 😵💫 he said, “mom that chicken was sooo good! But the fried (referring to the vegetarian portion I packed in his dish as well 🤣) one was the best one of all! We both tried the mousse, and it was so delicious! The staff were courteous and very attentive! I will definitely be coming back!
The food was exceptional, and every penny was worth it. I am really amazed at how they can offer 20+ items for $21.99. And fresh Naan was the cherry on top. Service was amazing, food was exceptional, and unmatchable vibes. Definitely going back again.
Really good variety of meat and vegetarian options on the buffet. I enjoyed everything I tried. Great nan, great service. One of my top 3 restaurants in Houston.
A Memorial Gem--Outstanding Food, Service & Value We had a fantastic dinner at Nirvana (Memorial, Houston) last night, and it's an easy 5 stars. The food was dialed in across the board: the Butter Chicken was silky and balanced--rich tomato-butter sauce with tender pieces that melt in your mouth. The Bhindi Masala was a standout (and not easy to get right): okra cooked perfectly with onions and spices--no slime, just flavor. From the tandoor, both the Fish and Tandoori Chicken arrived sizzling, lightly charred on the outside and juicy inside, with a bright hit of lemon and fresh herbs. The service was warm and attentive without being intrusive; the plates were paced well, and the team checked on us just enough. Portions are generous, and prices are very reasonable for the quality. We left happy, full, and already planning our next visit. We're planning to use Nirvana for our next party and catering order--these flavors will be a hit. Highly recommend!
Indian Food always made from scratch. It's a hard job to satisfy everyone. I am Indian n cook everyday. Still can't make same taste. Food has to be healthy and well cooked. Taste may go here n there. Buffet food on this level... its blessings for us. One good burger cost 10 dollars. Here you can eat all. I really appreciate all the restaurant owners and chefs to take this challenge every day. Indian food is super healthy. Nirvana food is great.. I love north indian food. Kadhi Panir Butter chicken Biryani Naan Daal That's wat I want . They have great taste. It's authentic taste not too much oily and spicy. I recommended to all my friends and specially Americans who is new to indian food. Must try the Buffet. Lots of choice and to know more about other varieties. Good luck to All
I am not an Indian food expert by any means, but I have been to a few good Indian restaurants in my time. What I can tell you is this is the best of the bunch. I ate there on a Sunday for their lunch buffet and I found a warm atmosphere with attentive service. Every single dish was top notch. Naan is baked warm and brought to the table with your meal by the wait staff. And it is some of the best naan I have ever had. My favorite dish was the honey chicken which was not sweet with a hint of spice. An amazing balance of flavors that I will remember. Chicken tikka masala was really good and perfectly tender. Desserts were a great finish with my favorite being the suji halva which had a subtle sweetness with a hint of cardamon. I was able to get the buffet to go, so my wife could enjoy all of these dishes too. The only downside is I live in the Austin area and I have to travel 2 hours to enjoy the best Indian food this side of New Delhi! I will definitely be back and I may just make a special trip in order to enjoy this again.
The buffet was sooo nice. I love suji Halwa and the lamb the most. Nirvana Indian Restaurant is an excellent dining experience for those who love Indian cuisine. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by warm and friendly staff who are eager to help. The restaurant has a cozy and welcoming atmosphere with beautiful decor, soft lighting, and comfortable seating. The food filled fast and all of them were fresh and warm. There are buffet on Monday and Tuesday nights, and Saturday and Sunday noon.
It’s our first time experience to visit Nirvana, food was fine in the buffet but I couldn’t enjoy well because I was expecting the beef Kabab but those were not available for the day we visited. I was expecting to enjoy like I was enjoying at their old restaurant Kings Chicken at Beechnut but may be some other time. Location was good and the decoration was also impressive.

Great Indian food. The night I visited it was a little slow but I did see there lunch buffet was a great option and seems worth checking out. The service was good. The food came out hot and fresh. I enjoyed both my appetizer and the mushroom vindaloo for my entree. Would come back again but during a busier time as lacked atmosphere
Went for lunch buffet, it was 15+ dollar plus tax. They have more items in veg and non beg compare to what other restaurant I have visited till now. The lamb curry, and Lady Finger AamChurn was very tasty. They can have few more items in sweet section. The dining area was very cleaned and staffs are very quick. The another good point you can get naan of your own choice.
First time really eating Indian food. I was a little nervous but it was definitely better than I expected. It was worth the try. Though it won’t be in my top 5 I would certainly eat here again.
Went here to try the lunch weekend buffet and got seated relatively quickly. Place was not super crowded around 12 ish. There are quite a few options to pick from and they have veg and non-veg separated and on the opposite ends of the aisle. The food in general tasted pretty good albeit a few dishes were a bit hit or miss. Overall, definitely worth trying !
Tried the lunch buffet at Nirvana Indian Restaurant, which had a nice variety of veg and non-veg options. The food was fresh with mild flavors, making it a good choice for those who don’t like too much spice. The Hyderabadi mutton biryani stood out as especially flavorful and satisfying. The ambiance is welcoming, though seating for larger groups can feel a bit congested. Service was very attentive, and the buffet stayed well-stocked. Overall, a good spot to enjoy an Indian meal with plenty of options, from comforting mild dishes to a rich biryani highlight.
I stumbled upon this place when I was staying in the Energy Corridor area, and I was quite impressed. I have enjoyed many Indian style buffets, but this had so much variety. I even found some dishes that I had never tried before. There was a good mix of veg and non-veg items. The meats were good quality, and all food seemed fresh and made with care. My favorite dish was the lamb curry. The meat was tender well seasoned, and felt like it was cooked with expertise. The atmosphere was open, classy, and clean. The owner was kind, made a point to connect with diners, and seemed to really care. I spoke to him briefly and he was kind and enthusiastic about his his business. This place is a bit far on the other side of town for me, but I keep thinking about when I can return. This might be my new favorite Indian buffet in town. I highly recommend.
Visiting from Frisco Texas tried Nirvana Indian Restaurant in Houston. Nice looking restaurant with really great food. All the dishes we ordered were delicious, well prepared and flavorful. Tasted very homestyle and not oily. Ordered paneer makhani, punj rattani dal, aloo gobhi, sindi style chole. Accompanied with breads from the tandoor: roti, aloo naan, and lacchedar paratha. Also, for the very first time in the United States, have I seen an Indian Restaurant serve complimentary Papad (lentil wafers) with Chutney. Have seen in India and Canada. Definitely will be back when in the area.
Totally Depends on what you are looking for, food isn’t gonna be spicy, don’t expect dozens of buffet entries. Ideal place for team lunches, tad bit pricey than competitors but is balanced with its cool decor, ambiance and quality. Great service, they do have BYOB with no corkage fee, patio is really cool for dinner with lights. Deserts are way too sweet.

My sister and I met at Nirvana today for lunch buffet. I know they have been busy with building the new restaurant next door, but they need to pay attention to the food they serving now. Everything was mediocre and lacked bright flavor. The green chutney was sour, the cabbage bahji was bland, everything was blah. Since the fire, the food lacks the flavor that made it neighborhood favorite. I hope they find it.
I hate giving less than 5 stars to anyone TBH, but I feel the price and quality of the food you get here is not the best value you could get. …
I went during the buffet and it was mediocre. Would not recommend even if somebody else is paying for it. Fantastic service though. Perhaps the main dining menu options are better?
Food is very good, even from the buffet, and the service is excellent, very attentive and friendly servers. Unfortunately, on the Sunday lunch time, they accepted a large group having a birthday celebration, and the attendees kept blocking the buffet area doing group pictures and socializing, which made the atmosphere a terrible experience. I may return, but if the owners are accepting this situation again, I will definitely run away and will consider not returning again.
Went for Sunday buffet. Service and atmosphere was great. Food taste was mediocre for $20 plus buffet. I had been to Naga's earlier, it's couple of $ more per person but the food taste and options are lot better there (sorry for direct comparison, but that's just my view). I wished Naga's had this ambience and cleanliness.
I visited Nirvana looking at the reviews it had.. So I would say its an overall good ambience and average food. The non-veg starters Chicken Tandoori was well done. The marination was deeply infused in the chicken and was spicy enough The chicken and fish curries were not upto the mark at all. I didn’t like them at all. I would give like 1/5 for it. The veg curries were average enough. The chickpeas curry was okayish. So the ambience is good food okayish. On the desert side, the rice pudding was awesome!
Great bargain for the lunch buffet. Food was good but not spectacular. I would go back.

Good food but definitely more American indian food. This is just average indian food! Service is good but nothing spectacular. I do like how the restaurant is setup! Enough seating.

Probably the best Indian buffet in the city. You cant beat the varieties coupled with excellent service.
Probably the best indian buffet in the city. You cant beat the varieties coupled with excellent service.
Food taste and quality needs a lot of attention. Price is not worth the experience. Service is good.
The food taste was just okay, nothing impressive. The price for the buffet felt way too high, especially for a weekday. The service was good and the staff were attentive, but unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. To make it worse, I even noticed a pest crawling on the buffet, which was very concerning and unacceptable. Definitely not worth the price or visit.
I’m leaving this review based on an unhygienic practice I witnessed at the restaurant. The food was kept in a tray with a lid, and each time customer had to lift the lid and serve themselves. This setup creates a high risk of contamination—especially from body hair falling into the food while people lean over it. Unfortunately, I did find a hair in the food and informed the staff, who promptly removed the tray. While I appreciate their quick response, this could have been easily avoided. Using open trays with minimal handling or a more hygienic serving method would go a long way in improving food safety. Also the place is congested and noisy.
We went there to discuss for a dinner event and the manager was drunk at work. It is so unprofessional. He kept on blabbering and smelling alcohol everywhere. Not sure about the food how it tastes.
I visited with my wife and kid for the Monday dinner buffert. I was shocked with the wait times. I am waiting since 20 -25 minutes for the Naan bread. I requested multiple times, just to hear them say its coming, its coming... Poor service, for the premium they are charging. Edit: The waiter apologized saying the tandoor wasn't working, so offered us the poori. But anyways, it was a long wait time. I might change my review next time, if the experience gets any better.
Pathetic food. Won’t call this place a restaurant. The waiter was rude and arrogant called it a ‘premium’ place and said food portions will be smaller. The reshmi paneer appetizer was served in a small side plate along with a spoon. Both the appetizers we ordered were horrible. Main course was unappetizing and uneatable. Won’t call this Indian food. Both the entrees we ordered were too bad. Attached pic for reference. Avoid this place at all costs. Go visit other Indian restaurants in Sugarland for a good experience.
What an absolute disappointment of an Indian restaurant. This place has a target demographic, and that is white dudes working in the energy corridor. If that’s you, congrats! You might just have you new favorite Indian lunch buffet. For any Indian people looking for authentic flavors, avoid this place like the plague. Everything tastes the exact same. No real spices or seasoning used. Everything has copious amount of whipping cream to give it a rich, creamy taste, but there is no depth to the flavor. The only real good part was the dessert. Overall, disappointed I paid almost $20 for an extremely mediocre buffet.
I tried out Nirvana this past week and was mortified to see 4 roaches/bugs while dining there. I wasn't planning on leaving a review as I had notified wait staff/management and figured that would suffice. However, after reading reviews online upon leaving, it's clear that they have had this roach issue for years and are simply doing nothing to eradicate them. I even saw in a local news article from a few years back that they were called out by health inspectors for this issue! It was a bummber because I was actually enjoying the food until the roaches started appearing one by one. I was sitting down and enjoying my meal when I noticed a small insect type bug crawling across the table. My mom killed it and while I was grossed out, I dismissed it since this could truly happen anywhere, even in our own kitchens. However, I look down a little bit later and see a medium sized german roach crawling around and going right under the table next to us! At that point, I was completely turned off. Then, shortly after, I notice a small dead roach immediately under my table, and another dead one against the wall. I get things happen and anyone can find a bug/roach anywhere. However, when it's FOUR in a small time span, that is indicative of a problem. One they've clearly known about for years given previous reviews/health inspection reports I've seen, yet they are refusing to address this infestation. And even if they are addressing it, whatever they are doing isn't working and they need to take more extreme measures. Prior to paying and leaving, I notified a waiter about the living one under the table next to us, and the waiter acted like he was shocked but didn't even come over to try to kill it. I was trying to stay subtle since the restaraunt was busy but he didn't even come over to try to find it and to my horror he instead sat a new party at the table! We notified management as well, however, again, given that this is clearly an ongoing issue, people need to be warned because this is just so gross, especially because it's a buffet!
Was totally shocked and disgusted to see the chef in the dining area laying on a cot like this on his phone??? With other paying customers in the area. We left immediately and when we asked about it the staff answered like it happens all the time. We were left speechless
I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at Nirvana Indian Restaurant. I went there for lunch on Saturday 17th and invited a friend. While we were about to get food from the buffet, I saw two small cockroaches near the food containers. I immediately informed one of the staff members, but he completely ignored the issue and walked away without taking it seriously or doing anything about it. This is extremely unhygienic and unacceptable, especially in a buffet where food safety and cleanliness are critical. I only wanted to report this so management is aware and takes proper action, but the staff reaction was careless and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place unless they seriously improve their hygiene standards.
They used to make fresh Nan bread before their restaurant was moved. Now for the last 5 visits at the new location they NO longer make their Nan fresh. All the food are warmed up for buffet. Not as good anymore. My wife and I used to go since they first opened for business. That was decades ago. Times have changed! Don’t waste your money.
We tried the buffet, but unfortunately it was quite underwhelming. Most of the dishes lacked flavor and freshness, and nothing really stood out as appetizing. Veggie dishes were very oily. Chole and yellow dal were bland. Puri were made out of plain flour and looked unappetizing. The presentation was decent, but overall the food didn’t live up to expectations. Will not go back.
Our friends wanted to treat us to dinner; so we raved about this upscale restaurant that we’ve been to a few times in the past. Today, it was subpar (at best). The rice (3 different dishes) was hard and still needed a good 10 minutes on the stove. The GOAT Jalfrezi was sweet and tomato-y with a stench of the meat. The yogurt raita was sour and gone bad. The only good items were grill & Naan, and their appetizers: chicken pakora & veggie pakora. Needles to say; I lost my appetite after 3 bites of the uncooked biryani’s rice & sweet goat meat! I had to come home and eat leftovers; the boring and sweet food (that should have been savory) left the palette wanting salvation! Not a good night, the company was good but the ambience left a sour taste on my tongue!! Never going back!
