One of the best burgers in town. I love the flavor and the fact that it isn't as greasy as the other steak burger place. Their fries are also better and go great with the cheese sauce and fry sauce. Definitely pricier than other fast food but well worth it. The staff always goes out of their way to describe menu items.

Good fast food and the best frozen custard around!

The staff were all very nice. There was one in particular and he made sure my order was corrected. I think it was the MOD his name was Milo and he has great customer service was super nice and very professional. I was beyond satisfied with the service.

One of the best fast food burgers in my opinion. Food is always fresh and hot and never have to wait to long either. They almost always have some kind of limited burger and\or shake so it's always nice to try something new!

I have eaten here several times and always found the staff to be friendly and the service good. I like the food, the French fries are the thin shoe string fries like Steak N' Shake but they have an optional fry seasoning you can add yourself. The fry seasoning makes their fries all that much better and I've even tried putting a little on my hamburger before which wasn't bad.

Freddy’s is great wherever you eat it. The food is great, but don’t eat the fries without the fry seasoning. Not the dip, the seasoning, the stuff in little packets like salt. It is soooo good. And free refills too. I would recommend Freddy’s

Been here several times since they opened and always a great experience. Fast on the food and always good. During Covid it was a slight inconvenience as the lobby was closed but they'd let you order outside then sit under the covered outdoor area. About $25 for two people to eat which isnt too bad these days. A recommended plus if your wanting a good old fashioned burger.

We stopped for a break while traveling and thoroughly enjoyed the frozen custard. Our group had a cone with sprinkles, a few had cups of vanilla and chocolate, and some had sundaes with strawberries. Everyone enjoyed their treat, and we were ready to continue our trip. Our orders were ready quickly, and employees were friendly and helpful with our ordering. The facility was very clean and easy to locate. We always enjoy our trips to Freddy's!

This is a family favorite for fast food. They have true shoestring fries, traditional smash burgers, and a bunch of other traditional sandwiches to go with their frozen custard. This restaurant is always clean and quick! The women’s restroom had a working changing station too. The parking is wonderful and wish other restaurants had a lot like theirs.

I gave atmosphere a three star because this place needs to be cleaned. The windows are filthy. It’s always filthy in there. The food is great, but it is so dirty in there. Management needs to pay attention to some cleaning duties and give these kids some more duties or something because it’s really filthy. I’ll still go there and eat, but it could be a lot cleaner.

What a nice Freddys! We decided to eat inside and I like how they have pictures with facts about Freddy’s in all of the booths. So cool. The guys working here are the nicest guys too! I’m not the biggest fan of their fries. They are too thin I think lol. But the spicy chicken sandwich was great and all their different sauces are awesome!!!

They don't have Freddy's on the west coast where I live at. So soon as I see the sign for Freddy's I'm stopping to get some. I don't know if they are the original smashburger but their hamburger double with hamburger with mustard is the best. The food came out fast. The only thing I don't like about Freddy's. I'm just not a big fan of skinny fries so I ate the burger and I did not eat most of the fries but that's just a personal preference. The only thing I noticed is that there were a lot of people working at Freddy's and a lot of the tables were dirty so they need to send more folks out more often to clean off all the tables. So I deducted one star for atmosphere.

Incredible Customer service. So hard to find anybody that really cares about you , the customer. Even though I went through the drive-up window, my experience was awesome. The guy helping me name was Ben N. He was polite, you could tell that he cared and he was all around very helpful. I ask the mgmt. at Freddie's on S. Campbell, why is this guy not a manager? By the way I ordered two California burgers, fries and don't forget the Freddie's Fry sauce. Stop by this place, you won't regret it.

This is definitely a top tier burger chain. My burger was perfectly cooked with crispy edges and my fries were fresh out of the fryer. The fry sauce was nice too. I hadn’t had fry sauce since my days in Idaho and Utah.

Boy this place is so popular that there's hardly ever anywhere to sit. The food rocks my socks. The custard is unbelievable! But dang man it's always packed! I know this is no fault of the business for being so good that they stay so full of customers, but I will say that if you've got a big family (in our case 5) sometimes it's hard to find a place for everyone.

The staff were pretty great on a Sunday evening. Spicy burger wasn't really spicy but wasn't bad either. Tried the cheese curds and onion rings, and liked them. Fry sauce is fairly good as well

I can't say the food is always consistent. Sometimes I order the cheese curds and I get a huge serving, other times not so much. The food is a always fresh as promised. The service is good. It's so expensive though. It costs $20 for four mini Sundays. We get the "worms in dirt". They are good, but $20!

The food was delishious. Very clean facility and upbeat environment. Makes it convenient being right next to academy. Fast service and they honor military discount which is awesome. Only reason I rated four stars is because the fries are so tiny. Don't get me wrong they taste amazing but they are all so tiny they are hard to eat.

Food was cold and not much worse than cold fries. We also ordered onion rings but didn't realize we didn't get them til almost done. There were 7 of us so already had a table of food.

Had a late dinner at Freddy's, it was good. We both had the #2, classic double with bacon and fries. It was the first time I had their burger with bacon. It was good, but I think maybe it's better without it. Their thin smash-burger-style sandwich has such a great flavor, the bacon changes it... I think the simple classic double is a bit better. The fries are good, we both like the fry seasoning and their fry sauce. The service was great, so friendly. The place was clean. One thing, there was a ton of mustard on my burger... way too much. I had to get a knife and scrape it off. I would order it with easy on the mustard unless you really love mustard. I do recommend and will certainly return.

Gave this place a second try after a terrible first experience a few years ago. I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was this time. Steak burger was delicious and the large cheese fries that I ordered probably could have fed 3 people. Much better showing this time. Will consider eating here again in the near future.

The food was really good and we received it very quickly. I didn't understand why the tables still had all the sticky tape residue all over them. It was pretty gross.

I usually don't review fast food, it's supposed to be consistent and unsurprising., but I have to recommend the ribeye sandwich here. It's 1000 calories of delicious.

The food at Freddy's is amazing. My wife and I both ordered the jalapeño steak burger. It was amazing! The fries are super thin and flavored better than any fries I have ever had. (No, seriously, best fries I have ever encountered in my life). All the food was prepared without error as we always customize our burgers. The price is a little higher than Culver's, but I would definitely say the two are identical in service and the amount of food per dollar. They don't ever seem busy, so if you're in the mood for some fantastic fries, a delicious steak burger, and maybe some yummy deserts, head over and try this place out.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ Late-night run and the food actually showed up fresh, which already puts this place ahead of the pack. Everything was hot, well-made, and hit the spot when most kitchens are on autopilot. Service was solid and the wait was reasonable for the hour. Not perfect, but definitely dependable when you need real food after hours. I’ll be back.

I enjoyed the 1950's vibe. The food was good. There wasn't much of a wait. I thought the kids working were helpful and respectful. I loved the shoe string fries and frozen custard. They could give Andy's a run for their money.

The Food is excellent, we love the burgers. However I don't recommend going to the drive-through. The last 2 times I have given them relatively simple orders, and both times they have been completely mixed up . the 1st time I asked for ketchup 3 times and got home without any, and my wife's Diet Coke was actually Coca-Cola , and she is a diabetic. This last time, I ordered a Burger with no pickle. I got a Burger with pickle only. I recommend the restaurant, but only if you go inside.

This was my first time going and I really don't understand how they are in business. I mean, the food tasted good and the service was as normal as any other fast food restaurant but the prices were really high for what you got. You basically got a $4 steak n shake meal for $11+. I didn't know the burgers didn't come with condiments on them but I guess that's okay since they offer them free. And the burgers are really really thin... They tasted alright but it was pretty greasy and salty in my opinion. Honestly, both parties combined are smaller than the cheapest party at other places. Honestly, if the price was maybe $6-7 for the meal then it would be a lot better. I'm guessing I got a medium drink with my meal but it would be comparable to a small at other places. Even the large was small and it just seems like they offer you less for more. I feel like I have to give it 3 stars because of that. If you are comfortable paying their prices for what you get then you might really enjoy it.

Went thru drive in and once home discovered no fries. I did pay for them as my ticket shows but did not get them. Suggest you check your bag before leaving….I will if I go back.

The food is always pretty good, we stopped in for dinner on our way to Sam's. My biggest complaint was the cleanliness of the store. Needs some detailed attention, every table was dirty, nobody visited the lobby the entire time we were there:( Sad!! Some other areas I noticed was dirt buildup on the booths and chairs, I expect a place I am eating at to be clean, I just wonder what is skipped over in the kitchen if there is this much buildup on the chairs???? We will probably give them another shot but if the results are the same... We will not go back. Will update when we go back:)

I went through the drive thru. I ordered a single cheeseburger and a very small soda. $10. That's ridiculous.

Check your order before you leave the drive-thru. Due to an allergy I ordered a hamburger, no cheese, no bun, no ketchup. I get home and I have a cheeseburger on a bun with ketchup it wasn't worth going back to get the order replaced, but it's also not worth going back again ever

The floor was slick from grease. We had to ask for a wet rag to clean off a table and when the girl came out to wipe the table she ask which one we wanted to her just to clean one we didn't care our food was getting cold and all the tables were dirty. They were cleaning the tables when we left but the floor was terrible

Cashier was friendly, did a great job explaining custard options. Food was great. That's all of the good. The music was SO LOUD our order was wrong, even mentioned it to an employee and nothing changed. Flies all over the screens. Homeless people outside everywhere, couldn't get out the door because their dogs were in the way. Won't be coming back to this location anytime soon.

We ordered 2 meals with ice cream,1 sandwich, and 6 more ice creams. It was 90$! These concretes were so tiny for the price. The regular is definitely not two generous scoops, more like 1 for about 7$ with just two toppings. They were melted pretty significantly when we got them and four of them weren't made right. One of them was supposed to be Reese's and brownie but instead had about two solid inches of m and M's at the bottom. Also these are mini m and M's so they're bittersweet not regular m and M's. The burger had just mustard, they forgot the ketchup. The chicken sandwich, no sauce at all just a dry sandwich with the smallest piece of chicken I've ever seen. My pretzel burger was already cold and the fries were cold and waaay over seasoned. This was an online order I made sitting in their parking lot and I went in before they even sent the email. Seriously the worst 100$ I've ever spent. We thought it would be less pricey than Andy's but it's not and Andy's doesn't screw up so bad. Gave a 4 for atmosphere because when I went in for sauce the manager was very nice and apologetic for the mistake but I didn't tell him basically the whole thing was bad.

Lately service and food have worsened significantly. Food is always soggy and almost cold. Never any condiments, or napkins that I've requested and sometimes paid for. Just frustrating.

Ordered delivery from here tonight. While the food was delivered fairly quickly that was about the end of the good experience with our order. We ordered 3 burgers of which two were missing ingredients that we ordered on them. We ordered fries with one burger and tater tots with one. The fries were ok but overcooked and the tater tots were literally dripping in grease and under cooked. Seemed like they were cooked in cold grease that needs to be changed out. We also ordered sauces with the meals and only received fry sauce and ketchup. So overall I wouldn’t recommend this location.

The late night service is very lacking. Cold dead fries, and apathetic uncaring staff. Also, menu cuts for may of the make this place less unique and special. I recommend zaxbys across the street rather than this subpar eatery.

Go to a different location. Ordered via mobile app that states to pick up at mobile order rack cool, get there nothing on the rack and no one ever brought anything there the entire time there, instead they sit it at the counter that clearly says delivery pickup, sweet cold food. Luckily I caught mine as they were bagging it up so this wasn't a problem for me. Turns out the food was cold anyways even though i got it as they sat it out. Hardly any tables were clean and not a single employee cleaned any the entire time while eating, also they were out of lids the entire time which they were well aware of as I had to ask employee behind the counter for a lid. Bottom line just go to a different location 10 minutes away.

My fries AND my burger were cold. Also asked for extra onions and I didn't get them. People who eat after the rush hour should get the same fresh and hot quality of food as the rush hour folks. Very disappointed in the S Campbell/El Camino Ave location. Next time, I'll opt for Steak-n-Shake which is much closer to my office and that does a better job.

I drive up from Nixa often to get my grandkids the frozen chocolate Oreo ice cream sandwiches. I've now drove up a total of 10 different trips and have only twice successfully been able to make the purchase. I've been given every excuse you can imagine why they don't have them. "The guy that makes them didn't come in today" (of which they asked me to come back the following day, which I did, and they were still out?!). I've been told they didn't "have the bags for them"..... bottom line, it's on their menu but actually rare to be made available. It's Dairy Queen Buster Bars for my grandkids from now on. I feel foolish for making as many attempts as I did!

Pretty sure I got food poisoning from prime rib sandwiches last night. Only ate part of sandwich and started having stomach pain N/V, diarrhea fevers Stomach still painful. I have always liked Freddies but no more.

The last two times I have been to this Freddys I have been severely disappointed. The first out of the last two experiences I have had, The order was completely messed up. Both burgers that were ordered had Items that were not supposed to be on there. That order cost $30+.. The second time I was severely disappointed was on 9-28-24. Around 10:29pm through the drive through. My order I.D # was AAA69MHLAGF8 the total cost of this meal was $27.25. When we got our food, my wife checked everything in the bag by pulling everything out and confirming there wasn’t any cheese curds. I drove back through the drive through to receive what I had paid for.. When I told the young lady the situation she immediately became frustrated, asked for me to hand my bag of food back through the window… took the bag of food out of our sight for 10-15 seconds… came back to the window with the bag and said I missed them and they were in there.. gave me the bag and closed the window.. This goes to show they have very poor training on handling food. Not just as a paying Customer, but someone who has worked in the food industry for several years, I would never in my right mind A.) take back food through a drive through window.. B.) taking someone else’s food out of their sight and than coming back and saying they were wrong. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO ANOTHER FREDDYS! I will make sure to tell everyone and their mother to stay away from such a poorly trained food handling company. I don’t spend almost $60 to have terrible service. PS: Cheese curds that magically turned up in the bag of food were soggy and Cold, As well as giving two people a whole Two napkins… what a joke

Absolutely the worst experience ever! My burger had plastic in it so I called and asked for a Manager, as the employee said What for. Seriously what for? Then the Manager got on and said the meat is packaged in plastic! Told me to watch my tone! Well you didn't just spend 36.00 on food with plastic in it! I will be seeking cooperation office with this one Milo is the Manager name! Freddy's needs some new employees! Please don't make the same mistake I did! Eat somewhere else!

I doordashed and spent a pretty amount on a oreo double trouble concrete from here. I'm postpartum with my first kid and I want a treat sometimes without having to haul my infant out for my cravings in freezing temps. So what do I do? I pay someone to get it for me. My dasher was great but whoever made my oreo double trouble failed me. It had a spoonful of crushed oreo on top of this cup of vanilla custard. There were no oreos mixed in at all. I felt disgusted with myself eating this cup of plain vanilla custard so to make myself feel better, I've come to Google reviews to make my distress known. Yes, I know the people working here probably don't care. It was like 20 minutes before closing. P.S. please add more oreo next time.

What happened to the fries? We eat here all the time, at least once a month. The fries Saturday at 12:18 were so hard and crunchy and tasteless that I took mine back and asked why they were so hard? I was told that they were probably just overcooked and they gave me another basket. They were also no good. My grandkids love the fries but they didn’t eat them either. Our two families spent over $75 and we all left our fries. I told the cashier to let the manager know that it was the first time that we had been disappointed with the food here. There was no response from the manager and no-one ever came out to talk to us. Try to do better.

Ordered Two Burgers, and a Hot Dog. Burgers appeared to be cooked only on one side, very red still and mushy grey. Hot Dog was Ice Cold; I honestly doubt it even touched the grill. It looked like their Chef was 15 years old. Awful.
