The food was exactly what you’d expect from PF Chang’s, consistently tasty. However, I was a bit disappointed with the fried rice, as it turned out to be dry.

Everything was delicious, the staff was very friendly, and the waiters provided excellent service. However, the hostess was incredibly apathetic. We had a reservation, and she abruptly said, "No, it's not registered here." She looked annoyed, and then as we walked past, she said, "I can only offer you the terrace." Be aware of that; nothing justifies such deplorable service, especially coming from the hostess, who is the first point of contact with the customer. Aside from that, everything was wonderful.

Very large portions and according to price. We were a large group and the waitress, as well as the rest of the staff, was very kind to us. I ordered the Korean Bibimbap and the Ginger Lemonade and payed around $250.

The hostess provided terrible service. We requested a private room, and although the place was empty, she told us it wasn't possible because they didn't have enough servers for that area. Another family arrived behind us and were seated there. The waitress, however, was very friendly and helpful.

The food was perfect; however, during our stay (11 person) a tube was broken just below our table and apparently it was a tube from the restroom (which was near our table), so during our entire stay the smell was horrible and the only thing that the manager offered us was a "sorry" and "do you want me to change you another table?". But this offer was presented when we were ready to leave.
