Starbucks Álvaro Obregón Reviews
It had been a while since I'd been to a VIPS, and I have no desire to go back. I understand that we can have a bad day, but as customers, we should at least have received a greeting or some good attitude from the server. The breaded cutlet was salty, and the beans had a strange flavor. The drinks arrived whenever they felt like it, and we had to order them again just to remember them. To top it all off, the food was lukewarm.
A horrible experience. The amount of food and oil is directly proportional to the kitchen intern. Change your cook and supervisor! The rice was shiny and the sauces on the chicken breasts were disgusting. The service is mediocre, but today they lost a customer for good.
I ordered through Uber Eats and they didn't send the complete meal. Plus, you can't leave messages for this restaurant on the Uber Eats app, so it's really a gamble whether your food will arrive or not. And the phone number they have listed here, which is even the one on the Vip's website, is actually fake; that number doesn't exist. It really bothers me.
Terrible place to go. The food was cold and tasteless, the coffee tasted more like water than anything, the juice was artificial, and the service was awful. I had to get up to get the silverware because they didn't even provide that. It's gone downhill so much; I absolutely do not recommend it. We couldn't even finish the pancakes. Everything was horrible.
The staff who serve you have a very bad attitude; it seems like everyone is in a bad mood.
They take forever to serve you, I absolutely do not recommend this place. They forget to give you the menu and you have to chase them down to get their attention and pay the bill.
I don't recommend it. The wait for food is very long and it arrives cold. You have to catch the server when she goes to another table to order anything else. It's a shame it's gone downhill so much; it used to be my favorite, but now I DO NOT recommend it.
This is awful, I'm eating a cold molcajete right now, the service is forgotten
