Was able to come when I got off work early. Brooke really made my experience so much better than I expected! She went above and beyond and she didn't even know that it made my day! The chips and salsa were definitely fresh and my togo order for my family turned out wonderful!

Chili's Grill & Bar is a great place to pick up lunch if you're on a time crunch. The bacon guacamole chicken sandwich with the "3 for me" was delicious! The meal included the sandwich, french fries, a drink, chips and salsa. I highly recommend this Chili's Grill & Bar for your next meal!!

He came here for lunch and it was almost nostalgic. It’s been years since I have been to a Chilis and it’s just like I remembered. Affordability is still present and the skillet queso/ triple dipper are my go to choices. The drinks and food were good during happy hour. Nothing to come out of your way for but if you want an affordable restaurant, not fine dining. It’s a solid stop.

Great Chili’s! I’ve been here many time and it is always great. I always get their “2 for $25” if I am eating there with someone else. This will get you an appetizer, two entrees, and a dessert to share. I’ve always liked this deal because they have some good options to choose from and it’s a great deal! The staff is always nice and there is hardly ever a wait. This is a great place to go out with some friends and enjoy a meal. They have TVs around the restaurant that are normally playing the different sports games. There is also a bar area that you can sit at it is more your style. They have various handicap parking spaces, as well as, dedicated “To-Go” parking for those that order ahead and need to pick up their food.

The food is always fresh and the drinks are great. We always sit at the bar and not a table. The bartenders are always attentive and great.

I am unsure how in a restaurant with only about 10 other customers and at least 10 or more visible employees, it would take 20+ minutes to get 2 triple dippers brought out. The food was good. The server was ok. I will come back to try again.

The food was disappointing this time. The classic fajita platter fell short. The fajita was undercooked and the chicken was overcooked and dry. The salmon had too much ancho sauce, unlike the picture which showed a light drizzle. The mashed potatoes and mac n cheese were lacking in flavor, which was disappointing. The chocolate dessert had a different taste, unlike what we are used to. The waitress was polite but appeared rushed and ready to conclude her shift. The strawberry lemonade was enjoyable.

I’ve normally always been a fan of chilis but today that changed. I ordered A soup and a salad for lunch, which I’ve done on several other occasions. I Stood at the front for almost 10 minutes with a baby carrier while several employees made direct eye contact with me and did not even acknowledge my existence. I understand that it's the hostesses job to seat people but this is ridiculous the place was MAYBE a quarter way full and it costs nothing to say "someone will be right with you" or put up a please seat yourself sign.

we used to live closer to the LC chilis so we are used to the great food there. today we ordered from Alvin and the food was horrible!! the grilled chicken sandwich was hard and tasted freezer burned . the enchiladas soup tasted like warmed up enchiladas sauce out of a can, none of the creamy corn tomato it is supposed to have!! will never go back to this location

Absolutely, hands down worst Chili's experience I've ever had. We should've walked out immediately, but we waited at an empty host station for 7 minutes before someone appeared from the back. There maybe a total of 10 people seated and we were 3 of them. One booth was clearly 2 off duty workers as we watched them go to the back for whatever might have been happening back there. There was a point when every single employee was standing in the back. So again, no host, and now no bartender or wait staff. Food tasted freshly microwaved, and one dish was sent back. My table got attitude from the food runner after she was asked to bring additional items to the table. That was a task never completed by the way. Again, employees just disappeared into the back. This dinner makes me want to forgo Chili's altogether. There are plenty of places to eat in Alvin. Support your local mom and pop shop, and save yourself the disappointment from this "dining" establishment. Alvin is like no place else, but this Chili's is a bad joke. Update: Since I can't respond back to Chili's. I looked up your FAQ's and couldn't find a section labeled, "Where's the staff?" How is frequently asked questions the answer to this experience? Further proof of what a lackluster experience this was, unfortunate.

We were served old food, probably leftovers from last night. You could tell it was not freshly made. Nothing like spending $100 on leftovers 🤢 Mac and cheese was dry and shaped like a bowl. Pizza was like rubber, the sides were dry and tough.

Usually place is great but last visit 05/2025 was horrible. I told waiter my burger was under cooked, as I asked for well done. He brought me a plate to put my burger on so they can recook it or maybe reheat in microwave who knows. Burger was hard, cheese hard, and bread dry and flaky cause it was re heated. He did not offer to get more fries since I’m sure he knew the ones he brought on the plate would be cold. Also he walked around to 2 table with my burger on the plate before going to the kitchen. Taking orders for other customers!
