Food was good really can’t go wrong with wings at a wing joint. Sauce was thick and covered most of the wings and could have had more ranch dressing but the Chilton was good so it evened out. Bought the chips and queso as well and got very lil chips and actually had to pay for more. (booooo) but oh well!!! Only come here if you want to waste your money on nothing. Spend $12 on cheese curds with caramel sauce and there’s 10 tiny curds. Spend 9 on fried pickles and get 10 pickles, they are seriously overpriced for the quality and amount of food. This place has gone to crap. Only gave 3 stars cause the waitress was very nice. The beer sandwhich was so salty we couldn’t eat it. Won’t be back to put money in these greedy owners pockets.

The worse management & some of the staff. I feel bad for the staff that actually do care about there job. BWW has really suffered lately. The manager Ashley is absolutely unfit for that position. We go there often as a family and always tip the wait staff 20% or more. The service can be hit or miss but our last experience was absurd. Our waitress apparently got overwhelmed and had a seizure in the back. Ashley, I was told was taking over her tables and helping get everyone caught up. NOT the case. She stood talk to a couple at the table next to us for over an hour. Never took her eyes off of them other than to RUN to get something for them. I truly felt bad for the couple as their food was getting cool as Ashley leaned on there table and flapped her gums. I only found out about our waitresses medical issue when I got up and went to the fountain drink machine myself to refill my family's drinks. Thats when another employee told me what happened and who Ashley was as he refilled my drinks. I then had to hold up my glass to get another drink which she was oblivious too as she never look up. Im 6ft away from her. Nothing. the bartender finally sees me and gives me the thumbs up from across the restaurant. 5 minutes later a waitress came over to get my drink order. Someone from.the kitchen brought us our order and literally was serving so much and was very confused looking Im almost certain she was under the influence of drugs. I don't say that lightly as I work individuals to get them into rehab and have worked at a local rehab. I'm appalled at the fact that no manager attempted to do any damage control or help the wait staff that were struggling. I even spoke with corporate who said they would investigate the matter and apparently sent a manager from Lubbock to help retrain or something. I don't really know. They never really followed up with me to offer any resolution to retain my family's business. We will find another restaurant to have family night at as there are plenty more options here that serve wings and provide excellent service. I would add a photo of Ashley but don't feel that it would be appropriate to show her face on a public forum.

Went here bc my daughter wanted to go out to eat for her birthday and chose this place. Haven't been here for a while since new restaurants started popping up and we've been trying those out. She chose this place bc Dad used to bring them here to watch the game's so those are her special memories connected to Buffalo Wild Wings. I ordered buffalo loaded tots which we're amazing and fresh. I recommend dipping the tots in the ranch dip. I ordered the buffalo ranch chicken sandwich... I have had better at other restaurants. Potatoe wedges were delicious. Was a bit disappointed with my sandwich which my husband also ordered the same sandwich and agreed something was off. Also, please fix your drink machine bc our drinks we're flat. I was expecting a crisp drink. There wasn't really an apology when I brought it to the waitresses attention only a 'Pepsi guy needs to fix it'. I bet it needs a good deep clean on the nozzle and the soda would have tasted a lot better. Speaking from experience. Daughter had a great time and that's what matters. Was surprised bc usually their food is delicious and everything is on point but they we're off their game this time.

This place was absolutely trashed. Tables were dirty, trash and food all over the floors, and a full dining room with zero staff. We didn't stay long enough to eat. Won't be back.

I had an online order for wings, fries, wedges and a wrap. My fries were old, cold and crunchy. I received mostly flats out of a 20 piece. My order had to be rebagged because there was sauce everywhere. I hardly ever come here and this is why. Their quality of food is poor.

We ordered the 2 burgers, fries and ice teas a few weeks ago. Order was placed at 11. My husband picked up our order and they had obviously used the day old fries as they were oily tasting and hard. So gross!! TODAY- 3/7/26: Ordered at 11:30. We ordered the same order as stated above, except got potato wedges and tots this time. When we picked up the order there was only 1 burger. They took 30 mins to get the other burger so everything else was cold!! They did not redo order. Either the people that cook are high, lazy or not able to read an order. Ridiculous that the 2 times we have EVER ordered from here has not been correct!!! Never again!!

Ordered $77+ of food for the Superbowl. Order is mostly WRONG!! Ordered the 20/20 wing bundle. DON’T BOTHER!! Boneless wings are smaller than chicken nuggets at McDonald’s. Only got half of those. Ordered naked wings. Every damn one is slathered in sauce. Supposed to have large fries with the order. None in the order. Ripped off! The chips and guacamole they got right! Ordered the Ultimate Sampler and it’s not right either. To add more insult to injury, I tried calling the restaurant 7 times!!! One time a man answered and asked me to hold and I said yes. He then hung up on me. If this is the way Buffalo Wild Wings does business then shame on you!

Don't ever order delivery there. Driver Took 2 hours to pick the food up from them and you would think they would at least remake the food so it wasn't cold but no, they let the driver pick up the food that's been sitting there for 2 hours instead of giving fresh food. Manager was no help and blamed door dash, yes I get door dash took that long to go but why not just make new food? Plus some of the order was wrong but I didn't even care about that anymore being the food was freezing cold. I've already called y'all, called corrupt, filed out the dumb forms and I've emailed y'all. I'm really over it at this point, y'all all keep pointing fingers at each other. I'm not even asking for a refund or anything, y'all Could've just remade the food to where it's not cold to the touch and plus some of the order was wrong and still nothing… it's exhausting. Y'all don't care about y'all customers at all!

My family sat down to eat lunch. The restaurant was not busy at all. The food was terrible. It was cold and my child was the last one to get his food. Tried talking to the mangager about it and wasn’t impressed with him either. 10/10 don’t recommend. As a server that was unacceptable. As a customer I guarantee you I won’t be back. $130 tab for terrible food. Ridiculous.

what a absolute disgrace of a place to eat.. we ordered the sampler and a side of fries, the food was cold and the portions were small and the seasoning was terrible. there was maybe 4 tables full & the rest of the place was empty and now we know why. Also the waitress was very forgetful and had forgotten several of our items . She was also kinda of a little snooty. dont waist your time u will be very disappointed. PATHETIC!!

This was such a poor visit. Haven't been in many years and wont ever be back. Food was terrible. The boneless wings had such a small amount of chicken, it was nearly all breading. The lemon pepper seasoning had all fallen off, nothing stuck. The fried pickles were gross. Soggy, flavorless, and just.. weird? Mozzarella sticks were good. Fries ok. But our service? TERRIBLE. I actually got up and served myself water I had been without for so long. Everyone around us had the same experience, I can tell you that. Garbage.

I am currently sitting inside this place eating my reheated wings that at first came out cold after 35 minutes of waited hoping it would be worth it only to be let down and somewhat irritated. My food was clearly put in the microwave and brought back with ruined texture. My brothers wings were unsatisfying also i had to try some of his cause mine sucked so bad but nothing helped it literally felt like horror not having my hunger satisfied here and then looking for a way out by trying other food and there was no escape.

If I could give it zero, I would. We arrived at 6:56 and left at 8:37. No, that time wasn't spent enjoying each other's company. It was of waiting. Waiting for service, waiting for our drinks, waiting for our food, and waiting to get our checks. We were a table of four, sat in the back of the main eating area. Our waitress situation was incredibly complicated from the get-go. One waitress took our drink orders after we had sat there for a good 20-25 minutes. Then, another came and took our order again.. we waited quite a while for those drinks, seeing as one came from the bar. (Strawberry lemonade.) Not to mention that my friend had tried to get the attention of TWO OTHER WAITRESSES just for them to see her and turn the other way. We were completely ignored. The food was horrible. Small, overpriced, and tasted as if it was made hours before we got it. Maybe 10 fried pickles for a ridiculous amount.. the chips for the dip tasted old and were cold. The cheese sticks were hard and also tasted old. My husband and I paid for our meal while our friends paid for theirs. Each of our ticket was about $50.. and yes, that was without a tip. On another note, it was completely flat and devoid of ANY pleasant atmosphere. We were made to feel unwelcome and unseen. The lights were dark and there was practically no music playing to enjoy while we waited the ridiculous amount of time that we regrettably did. You want to waste your time and money? Definitely come here. Otherwise, don't bother.

Service was extremely slow, with only a few tables filled. Servers on their phones constantly. We had the bottomless app, which sucked. Very bland and not cooked correctly. Highly advise not going to this location.

Poor management here. Place has gotten very poor the last several years. It needs maintenance. Manager doesn't care about the customer. Was charged 60 cents for an extra cup of sauce after the kitchen didn't put enough on in the first place. I asked that the 60¢ be removed and the manager refused. This place will never get another dime from me. I saw a live cockroach in the washroom. So I guess the kitchen has them too. No thanks!!

Positive: We had a fabulous waitress who was very attentive. The mozzarella cheese sticks and chips were okay. Negative: If you are going to be called Buffalo Wild Wings, then your wings should be impeccable and tasty. They were not! The wings were doused with sauce to cover up the fact that they were hard and overcooked. This experience was a huge disappointment and it was not worth our time or money. We will not be coming back.
