Consistently the worst dominos I've been to. They didn't even put the seasoning on the crust and no cinnamon on the cinnamon twists.

I placed a delivery order around 750pm they said about 45 minutes I called back around 9pm and was told they should be pulling up any minute. Then when I called back at 1020 pm they informed me that it was put down as carry out, they were closed, all their leftover or not picked up product was thrown away and there was absolutely nothing they could do. Very disappointed in the way you do business. Do not recommend!!!!

The guy Aiden at the Nelson location in Amarillo Tx absolutely rude, yuck! Last 2 times I order my buffalo wings were dry with barely any sauce. Called to make sure my wings are wet and he stated he can only make them the way they come with standard sauce cooperate allows him!! Never had an issue unless it’s him! Love dominions and that’s my only location that delivers to me so I’m stuck or go back to Pizza Hut.

We ordered pizza last night 7/8/2025, they had to come out 3 TIMES. the pizza was cold, driver's excuse was " I had to get gas" DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE THEY DONT LISTEN. They all seem slow, like short bus slow. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Put and order in way before close and pulled up 15 minutes before close..after already waiting 20 minutes for my order to be made. I pulled up and they told me to pull around to the front to wait an extra 10 minutes because my food wasnt started. I was told they would bring my food out. Pulled to the front to wait 30 extra minutes and had to pull back to the window because my food was never brought out. The workers walked outside passed me twice and acted like they didn’t have an order to be taken out. I asked if they forgot about me and they didn’t seem to care. I told them how I was waiting 30 minutes outside and they said well we didn’t know where you pulled to. I literally was told to pull to the front and it would be brought out. The man continued to argue like he really didn’t care but to get out of there. I asked for a marinara from a different employee since I was waiting for my food so long and he told me he couldn’t give me anything unless I paid even after the register had been pulled. This is INSANE and terrible customer service! I would give this place no stars if I could. I will not be back to this location.

1 star review because I ordered 16 wings and got 5 flats and 11 drums. That’s ridiculous. I shouldn’t get more than 50% drums.

I ordered 2 supreme pizza’s with stuffed crust, I received 2-cheese pizzas and no stuffed crust. I called the manager Izabela and she said that I ordered only cheese pizzas, which I explained to her, had I ordered only cheese medium pizza they would have been $6.99 each, so why did you charge me $15 for each medium cheese? A total of $40 for two mediums! Exactly, she showed no concern nor did she apologize or take accountability for not giving me the right order. This place needs a new manager no doubt, do better!!! Don’t steal people’s money! Give you the wrong order and not make it right!

This Dominos isn’t what it used to be. The pizza is dry, improperly cut, unseasoned. The toppings as reallyyyyyy light. It’s different if it was a one time thing but this is the 3rd time this has happened. This franchisee needs to find a new manager that actually cares about what their employees are cooking
