My waiter talked me into trying the new hot honey chicken sandwich and they steered me correct. Was absolutely delicious and the team was in sync didn’t have to ask for anything. Definitely will be back.

Love red robin. The service here is always top-notch. We've come when it's busy and when it's slow and it's always on point. The food is consistently good, hot, fresh, and large portions. Love the atmosphere here, and if you join their rewards, you get deals on a regular basis as well. My son always orders the bottomless rootbeer float, what a deal!!

I had never thought of pineapple in a burger, but it slayyed gurl. When I ate this burger I felt “yee-haw!” on the inside and a “howdy!” on the outside. It’s been many years since I was in a Red Robin, they struggled as a chain for awhile, well they regained my attention and boy was I glad I tried them again. The food was more than delicious. My guy was super attentive and kept the fries and drinks coming. Burger was memorably delicious. Hope they all run this good nowadays because I can’t wait to go again!

They have some of the best burgers in Amarillo, I would put them up there with Landshark and Bluesky. What I really like about them is the variety of burgers they offer and you can of course customize them any way you like. They also have endless fries, not good for the cholesterol but a great value. And of course they have a bar so this makes it a perfect place to go to when you want a beer and a good burger. I tend to try to support local establishments but Red Robin is consistent and a really good value.

I wanted to enjoy a good hamburger and chose Red Robin because they were close to the hotel I was staying in. The hamburger and salad certainly fit the bill for me. The meal was delicious but the serving size was not too large. It was the best burger I have had in a long time! The service was exceptional. You will not be sorry if you go here for a meal.

I got the whiskey burger medium, it was perfect one of the best burgers I’ve ever had in 18 years. Our server Diana did an incredible job even with our large 17 person party. She handled this party like I’ve never seen before with efficiency. I never ran out of a drink, the food was here quickly, and she was knowledgeable.

Top level casual burgers! As someone who frequents various Red Robin's this one stood out as soon as we walked in when I noticed the windows were streak free clean .We we seated promptly qnd the service started. Water was on table, orders were in. We typically make a request for fries before the meal and they were out in less than 2 minutes. The manager Charles delivered them himself and asked how everything was. The meal was great and the service and comfort is the reason I go.

Red Robin is an awesome place! The food is wonderful! My 89 year old mom loves the sweet potato fries with campfire sauce. We go on Tuesdays when cheeseburgers are $10. Fries are bottomless! Tristan is our preferred server, but everyone there is on top of their game! Such a great experience! You are missing out on some wonderful food and service if you've never been here! Lots of different burgers and sides, full bar, and family friendly atmosphere. Go check them out soon. You won't regret it!

I had not been to a Red Robin in a while. I don’t know if they had salad a side back then but it is nice to see vegetables other than fried potatoes as an option. Burger was good was able to get a refill on the caesar salad with dressing on the side (thank you Cassidy). They have a full bar if that is what you are looking for and a few big tvs with sports on them if you are looking for that. It is very walkable from the many hotels in the area. There are vegetarian options if you are or have a vegetarian in your group.

5.11.24 Scrumptious burgers and sides. The 'Shroom burger had tons of mushrooms which Chris loved. I opted to try the Madlove burger. It was very tasty. The bar tender was awesome at checking our table. Jasmine was our server and was prompt in her service and regularly che ked our table. As we were about to finish our meal even the manager came over and chatted with us. Great customer service and wonderful food. Oh the burgers are so good. If you like garlic the garlic mushrooms are amazing and the Mile High Mud Pie is HUGE.

Generally speaking, I am not a big fan of chain restaurants, but I have been eating at Red Robin both here in Amarillo and on numerous trips to Denver for at least 20 years. They consistently deliver good food, as well as value for my dollar. With that in mind, I am good with a chain if they can perform those two most basic functions. I typically sit in the bar area, or even at the bar, where it is a lot quieter. On this visit I built my own sandwich, starting with the Impossible patty, adding onion, lettuce, tomato, and their Whiskey River BBQ sauce. For my side I started with plain broccoli, but since the side is bottomless, I then switched over the fries for my desert. I washed it all down with Voodoo Ranger, one of my go-to brews when not at a craft brewery.

It is hard to argue with Red Robin’s service offering. They deliver every time I visit, and I can count on the same high level of quality. Servers are always friendly, and the food arrives fast. At a time when all too many fast food and fast casual places serve soulless, tasteless food, Red Robin sticks to their mission, which is leaving customer saying one word: Yummmm.

If I had rated this place about a year or so ago, I would've given it a 3.5 or 4 stars max; but this time, it was just a perfect visit. Jason was our server and he was just totally on the ball the whole. We never had to ask for refills, food and refills just appeared, it was awesome. Like, a magic buffet of tummy love. Great experience, and this visit literally renewed my trust in a corporate chain.

The sandwiches below are with gluten-free buns and lettuce wrapped. Make sure to let them know for allergies. It's almost Halloween. The kids were so excited to get a balloon with stickers and toys! Good service and good food. The prices are a little high but I would say it’s worth it. Good fries, burger, and tea. I got the “simple burger” as they call it which tasted homemade and classic. The fries were pretty good, a little more seasoning could have made it better. Anyways this place was good and I do recommend it to anyone who can afford it. Also surprisingly a good place to socialize. They have music but it’s kept to a low so you can still hear each other.

The food was good, the servers seemed very busy doing things other than serving customers. We got our apps without the dips which she said she would be right back with and disappeared never to return (not our actual server) but when our server finally came by so I could ask about them they were cold by the ti.e we got them. She went to refill my wifes drink and by the time she brought it another server had already asked and brought one. Not what we've come to expect from Red Robin.

I come around here 2 or 3 times a month. It's a good place to have a couple beers and some dinner. The fish and chips are the best thing on the menu. I've never had a bad experience here.

Phoned in a ToGo order. Debbie took my order, greeted me at the door and saw me out. She was very nice and friendly. I do not normally tip on to go orders, but I did this time. Debbie gave me a complimentary cup of steak fries while I waited. The burger was pretty good. It came with steak fries to which I added the garlic season for an overpriced bonus fee. I have never cared much for steak fries because I always find them bland and dry. Red Robin's steak fries are no exception, even with the slight garlic season. I only ordered the pepper bacon & smoke burger with garlic fries, no drink and lost $16.76, excluding the tip. If you think McDonald's is overpriced for a burger then Red Robin is not the place for you. "Gourmet" is just an excuse to up the price. Check out Penn and Teller's BS episode entitled "The Best" (S3Ep13.) Best when paired with their S1Ep7 about bottled water.

Went to this Red Robin on a Thursday night, and it was pretty quite. Food was good. Our waitress didn’t do too much… just sort of took our order and left. Never asked if we needed anything, never asked us if the food was cooked fine. Other than that, it was a good time. I would recommend this location to a friend.

Super fast service. As soon as got to my table they were helping me. Friendly staff. The southern charmer was excellent. Loved the brioche bun. Super fresh. Meat nicy and juicy. Love the toppings on it. The fries thick and hot. The royal red robin great with the egg on it. Cooked it just right. The only thing is that the sweet potato fries needed to be a bit hotter. A great experience.

My family loves eating at red robin and while this was our first experience doing take out, I will never do take out again. We were passing through Amarillo, TX on the way home to NC. We had been driving for 16 hrs....tired and hungry. We stopped in abt 10pm....store closes at 11pm. The lady taking the order was very kind and polite. The manager who presented us with our food was also very courteous. Once we got to our hotel which was right behind the restaurant and opened our food trays....4 adults....I was very disappointed. Not only did I pay extra for mac-n-cheese as the side order to one of the burger meals, the cup was half full or half empty..either way the meaning is the same. Then I got the chips with my chicken snack wrap but only got 6 chips and the rest were just crumbs. By this time it wasn't worth walking all the way back to the restaurant to complain. From this experience, I will never do take out again. Highly disappointed in Red Robin for this. We spent $75 dollars on this meal. Never again.

Basically a good burger place, but the recent changes have made it not a good deal. Sides are now charged extra even though you get unlimited amounts. Same on the kids meal for about half of the sides. Used to be great to come in and get out for a decent price, now it's in the $100 range for 2 adults with no bar drinks or appetizers and 2 kids from the kid menu.

If you’re going to pour water on the burgers before you send them out please lower the price. Hands down the soggiest slop of a burger I’ve received.

Okay first off I am on vacation visiting a friend and this is the first place I have experienced during lunch time. The food was Amazing that’s why there is three stars the server was impatient and really wanting us gone from his section. Half of the table had not even gotten done with their meal and he asked if we wanted desert we asked for more drinks and we would table Sundays for the kids. After we got the Sunday’s and drinks he came back no more then two minutes later when we were going to order another round instead he interrupted us and asked how we wanted to split the check. So instead of enjoying another round we just split the check payed and left.

It must have been an off night for them. When we 1st arrived there were three others waiting looking around, one of them actually hunted down soneone for help. There was a table that ordered their food, the food arrived and they had to hunt down their server to get their drinks that never were delivered. Like I said maybe it was an off night, but I will say their food portion and flavor were on point. The cooks did a fantastic job of preparing the meal.

Compated to previous menus and visits to other Red Robin stores, this was a bit of a diappointment. Our server did the minimum to get us seated and take our order, then kinda disappeared. I love the Whiskey River burger, but this one seemed anemic in taste and somewhat overstuffed. Also, it took about 5+ minutes once we walked in to be greeted and seated. Maybe they were having a bad day, maybe their management needs training in practical leadership.

The music was so loud it was hard to hear people sitting across from you and when they brought the medium cooked burgers out they were basically cooked very, very rare rather than medium.

Bait and Switch classic. Saw Happy Hour sign and stopped. Told them I saw sign and was seated at table. Server said happy hour is bar only. 1st bait. Monday special is Monster margarita, server " not tonight ". 2nd switch same meal. Take your ads down, it's called management. Fail 2x, server was a pro and kept me as a customer in spite of my experience. Easy fix

Food was ok (salad was wierdly very wet and cucumbers we're discolored and tasted funny), but the biggest problem was the place was empty on a Sunday night and yet somehow the service was painfully sloooow. Would not come back to this location.

Do not order the “Mac it yours” on DoorDash. They’ll only fill the container about a 1/3 of the way. $2 worth of mac n cheese for $7.99. Y’all so hard up for profits that you can’t afford NOODLES? Blue cheese burger and garlic fries were great though.

Me and the family decided to eat here. When we were sitted, the waiter came. Ask us for our drinks We waited 10 minutes for him to come back with the drinks and to see if we wanted appetizers. Appetizer was good. I got a burger, my wife's got fish. As we were eating, I found a hair in my food. I told the waiter And he asked me if I wanted something else, so I got the fish, I had one fish. And as I was picking up their other, there was a longer hair in my food. At this point I was so disgusted, I'd ask for the supervisor the supervisor did not seem too concerned about it. I would not recommend this place. He talk to us like we wanted a free meaI told him we did not want a free meal.I just want you to fix the problem

The online Red Robin site “delivery” function is a disaster. Not only did they not get my full order delivered, they made it impossible to track down and get my order. When I went to the store in person (not the thing you want to do if your aim is to have something delivered), the manager acted like they didn’t deliver, and blamed any problems on me. They inferred I was wrong about everything and likely lied and attempted to steal food from them. When I asked for the missing food item, she said she would not do it even though I paid for it and clearly did not get it. I told her that was very bad customer service. I asked if they were going to provide the missing item, and she said she would not. She said that’s my responsibility once it leaves the store. She and another onsite employees told me repeatedly Red Robin does not provide delivery and therefore they’re not responsible for any third party delivery. I told them and even showed them on my phone the “Delivery” feature in the Red Robin site. They said they didn’t know what that was but it certainly wasn’t Red Robin and any problems I had with a third party delivery service is on me. I might understand the response if I had ordered through DoorDash or Grubhub. But I did not. I ordered directly from Red Robin. If Red Robin chooses to use one of the delivery services for orders placed directly with Red Robin instead of having their own delivery folks, then they are responsible for getting the products delivered. If there is a failure in their system, it should not be blamed on the customer. A response like we apologize for the problems you are having in getting your order. How can we help make it right. Instead I was accosted and blamed, and made to feel like a liar and a cheat. Who needs that? No more Red Robin for me!

Service was not great at all. It was like our server had an attitude and we were bothering her. The food was good. My concern was that I look over, see our server, who apparently is also the bartender, barefoot on top of the bar. I'm assuming she is cleaning bottles and then when she brought a to-go cup for my drink she moved my straw and put her hands all over my it multiple times...instead of just getting me a new one or whatever. it was kind of gross bc I don't even know if she washed her hands

First my drink had a bug in it. I sent it back and she brought me a new drink which was fine. But then the food came out and the guy that brought it out was bald but there were 2 curly black hairs in the fries. I would not recommend eating here ever. I know I won't be eating here again.
