Went for breakfast. Good food. Great customer service. Bought my food out to the table where we sat. Didn't like that when going to refill soft drink machine, the worker doing it had his shoes on the counter. No one wiped this dirt off the counter.

If you love Taco Bell food then this will not disappoint. What I like best about this location is the service. They have had consistently good service for at least the past three years. Courteous staff is such a bonus these days!

There’s no need for fast food places to be open till midnight. 98% of people that are employed are kids most of whom it’s their first job no one over 25 years old is applying for fast food because they pay nothing just to get swamped with people or cars. By the time 12 o’clock hits they have to spend another hour hour and a half cleaning up by the time they leave it’s almost 130-2 in the morning. In personal heath alone they shouldn’t allow fast food to be open as long as they want. Over all this Taco Bell is amazing full of hard working kids which is hard to find now and days. So if your order is wrong or they missed something or you had to wait a few more minutes keep in mind behind that register or drive thru window there’s young kids trying their best so stop being a slob and be kind to them your food is coming. Just a reminder you can always go home and cook your own food, cook our own food!?!? Yes you know that thing people use to do that’s healthy try it from time to time it Discussed me to see cars wrapped around the building for fast food, you’d rather wait 20-30 for tacos then to eat something better for your health. That’s America for you.

This is my taco bell. It's the closest to me and I love it. The mall in Milford has better tasting meat honestly but the ladies are always SO nice at the one in orange. I've gone to this one for like 10 years, ever since it first opened. I do miss the volcano menu tho !

Everyone should stop complaining about wait time if you have never been to a fast food restaurant sometimes there’s 2-3 people in there working at a time and excessive amount of orders they have to prepare, everyone gets so mad about waiting when you order 8+ items to your meals + add ons or take offs don’t take it out on these workers I’m pretty sure they already deal with enough they’re humans just like you if you want tacos and burritos so bad go to Walmart buy the items and make them ! I’ve never had a problem and if I did I would understand cause it’s not easy working fast food so my flowers to all the employees in this establishment you guys are doing your the best you could love the new garlic fries the sauce is a 10/10 and my steak grilled cheese burrito was made well done I love taco bell

I want to try everything on the menu but I can’t lol but I always come here to eat and the food is amazing . The staff is friendly never had a bad experience coming to the orange location they could take all my money any day I place a mobile order almost all the time everytime I come to pick it up it’s ready on time thank you for that .

I can’t believe I’d ever give Taco Bell a good review. All fast food is typically lackluster, dry and heavy. However, the food here is FRESH, flavorful and tender! The management team has got to be good because I’ve already came back 3 times now. The service is also great, so far the drive through staff have been nice. Looking at the reviews I’m surprised by some of the comments, if I ever see anything I’ll change my review.

Update: Better! The team is always friendly and efficient. Having been a few times now, I think they recognize our fresco items and get them correct. Occasionally the potato soft tacos still end up with cheese though (which I can atleast pick off).

The Orange Taco Bell always fast, friendly service for tasty takeout. Plus they never skimp on their tacos, burritos, nachos like some other Taco Bell's in the area and they have gotten every one of my drive thru orders from 4 items to 10+ items CORRECT every time. Love the quality & consistency of service at this location.

There just wasn't any chicken in my crispy chicken combo... They first tried handing me a bag with two pieces in it for a three-piece meal. Even the mountain dew Baja blast was off, likely due to West Haven water. Meh

Visited this Taco Bell location last night. I placed an order through the drive thru for four number fours with four Twilight freezes and some Diablo sauce. Well, I get to the window and I see that the cashier had made four blue berry freezes. When I mention to the young lady that I had ordered the Twilight, she stated that I ordered the blueberry. I stated to her what I had ordered and stated that since she had made the blueberry, I would take them. She was very apologetic. Now, moving forward, I normally check my order before I leave but due to the fact that it was after nine and I really wanted to get home I do not check the order. So guess what? I get home and no Diablo sauce, but lots of mild sauce. Not what I ordered, so I was not happy and thank goodness I had some Diablo sauce at home because if not I would have been furious.

This place is fine on a good day but today I had a employee basically throw my bag of food at me. She seemed to notice because she paused but didn’t seem to care since she didn’t apologize. No smile, nothing. People have bad days i understand but I wasn’t even rude and I was patient so that was so disrespectful.

I got my order and my taco that was supposed to have tomatoes had none, my nacho fries wre cold and looked and tasted old. I also got no nacho cheese w my fries i am very disappointed.

If you go to this location expect a 20 minute wait in the drive thru no matter what time of day. Like seriously, the service here is so slow I could walk to the Target down the street and back and my order probably still wouldn’t be ready. When your order is ready, your food is thrown at you without a single word. 3 stars though because my order is correct and fresh every time I come.

The counter person got 90% of the order wrong and did not pay attention to specific requests. We didn't bother to even change it due to another customer who got into an argument over their order being wrong as well. We even got charged for a taco that wasn't part of any combo. When we finished we just concluded not to come back to this location. And although they're closer? I'm not confident my experience will have an improvement. Especially since I also did the survey and was never contacted. Very poor service overall.

Employee was talking poorly about the customers so loudly that they can hear it. It’s clear that they were grumpy but like that doesn’t mean you have to take it out on the customer. They should realize that their mood is their own problem and no one else’s. It took a while but I don’t even care about that- just have better customer service. There was only one nice person and they were working the speaker. It was specifically the employees that were making the food. #907692 was the order number in case.

um low rating bc the little girl in the drive thru laughed when her colleague called my sister and I “big backed” after I asked for 5 bean burritos. She also said “five?!?” incredulously and I had to embarrassingly confirm. like is 5 even that bad? that’s enough burritos to feed each person in my family. also I ordered a Baja blast but she didn’t tell me they were out until I got to the window to pay like what was the point?? and then she tried to act nice and compliment me and offer me a different drink as if she wasn’t laughing two seconds ago?! idk who she was but she’s fake and mean girl vibes :(

Ordered from uber eats, worked taco bell for a couple years. I know what the foods supposed to be like. Steak was old and hard. I, was shorted three bags of nacho chips. Ordered a toasted cheddar chalupa and received a regular chalupa which was also hard. It was obviously sitting for a very long time. Also my soft taco shell was hard and stale. And I had steak to replace the beef. The portion was short. Wasn't even a full scoop and it was the old steak that was on my chalupa. Very disappointed Where's management. Do they honestly even care?

A few weeks ago I asked my daughter if she wanted Taco Bell. She said yes but when I pulled into the Orange one, she said no, they always take too long and mess up the order. A few days ago I went to get a Frito burrito and was told they had no burritos. I am reminded that this has happened before with other items like with the steak nachos. They told me they didn't have them anymore, and I thought they were only a limited time and I waited too long to try. Then I went weeks later to Milford and they were on menu. There have also been many times that I was told they had no Carmel apple empanadas. Guess if I want Taco Bell I'll have to drive out of my way.

Literally the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to you order online customized items pick it up in the Drive-Thru which takes 10 to 15 minutes then have to park make sure your orders correct which it never is and you have to go inside and wait another 10 to 15 minutes for them to correct your order. We are vegetarian and my daughter loves Taco Bell. But we had a bad experience when we went to drive through to get her favorite cheesy gordilla crunch and quesoritto sub beans order, ended up getting some other order with meat. This not the first time, they made this mistake, my husband had meat in his order too. They have to be more careful when serving customers with special needs, as it may also cause complication.

Just went to order on the drive thru around 7:00 P.M. and very unprofessional lady was in charge of the orders. The 1st thing she says is just to let you know, Order are taking 16 to 20 minutes. I ask was going on? And in a very SARCASTIC VOICE SHE ANWERS (ORDERS) didn't nothing else.... I said ok and I left. What is going on with people. Does this employees get trainned on Costumer Service? We had a medium sized order (3 people), so we were trying to make things easier for the employees and decided not to use the drive thru. We waited a whole hour sitting in the lobby waiting for the 3 combos we ordered. I had a mexican pizza and i could not take more than one bite because it was so old that you could smell it, I took it back to the cashier and some other lady that was doing the drive thru said she was going to “fry” another one; waited another half an hour and other people came and left with their food (while we were there waiting) long story short: waited an hour and a half and did not even get my mexican pizza which i paid for because I couldn’t wait any longer so I just left. Thank you a**holes!!!

I never leave reviews but this prompted me to. It’s a Friday night and the dining room is supposed to close at 10. It’s 9:39 and the doors were locked. We had all separate orders, only had cards and the drive through was packed anyway. This is some bull. Lazy mofos

July 15 2018: 1 star 10:30pm The associates in drive thru did not give me my requested Diablo and Fire sauce. I got home and no condiments to enhance the flavor. The female associate that handed me the bag didn't say a single word to me. Just handed me the bag and started talking to the drive thru associate that took my order. The customer service here use to be a lot better. January 2018: 5 stars Always greeted with excitement. Love the employees positive attitude.

Ordered thru the DT and pulled up to the window. I waited a while for someone to come take my card. Then she takes her it and after a minute says that the card machine in DT is down. I asked if the card reader for front counter was working and she said she couldn’t transfer it and said she couldn’t help me. I am a QSR manager , and I know how this works, staff was just lazy. So when I pulled away, the order was canceled anyway considering it wasn’t paid for.. Why couldn’t they cancel it like I said and ring it up at front counter?? I know theres a labor shortage, but this location should be more picky and less desperate with who they hire.

I arrived in drive-thru just before 11pm and was refused service. They said only taking grubhub and ubereats orders due to low staff. I was the only patron on property and will never return again!! I didn't want to give the one star!!

My experience at the Orange location was atrocious. Service was HORRIBLE. My steak quesadilla was missing from my bag. There was noone in the restaurant and I was questioned about my missing items that I had literally ordered 4 minutes earlier. Then when I was given the quesadilla it was literally empty in 1/2 of it. I opened it up and there was 1 tiny piece of steak with tons of sauce. I order this all the time at other locations and it's my favorite. This experience was horrible and I wouldn't dare ask them to remake it because of the unprofessional behavior I had already experienced. I will not return to this location.

consistently the worst location, last 2 times i went i just left bc either the drive thru took like 15 mins to even move a single car or most recently the cashier tried changing my order to smth more expensive on the drive thru screen, then when i asked him to fix it he said "he couldnt change it" ??? YOU DONT MAKE COMMISSION ON THIS DUDE, im not abt to pay for smth i didnt ask for, i saw you change my order!! last time i actually bought smth from this one (like 2019 iirc?) it was bc i walked in and already paid but it still took like a half hour to get my food. hard pass on this place.

Probably the worst delivery service I’ve ever seen. We’ve ordered from them several times and not once has our order been 100% correct. Every time something is missing. Just tonight I ordered a cantina chicken burrito meal… they didn’t even send the burrito! The main item of the combo! Even when we’ve gone inside to order, they still screwed up the order. Literally never going to this location again. Utter trash

This location needs more staff. Dining room was closed. Wait in drive thru line was at least 15 minutes, if not more. Then I was charged for someone else's order and had to wait to get a refund resolved. Staff was not rude, but showed no sense of urgency in filling orders or care for the job. Will not return.

Don't go here. It's so slow now. I don't know what happened but things need to be reevaluated. They have 1 person working in the restaurant. They take the counter orders, the drive thru orders, and prepare the food all for probably a terrible paycheck. This isn't right and this business doesn't deserve to be supported.

Worst Taco Bell ever. Legit placed an online order and I pulled up to the drive thru at 5pm for them to tell my they weren’t taking orders. I explained to them I had placed an online order and they still told me they weren’t taking orders. I told them again and they finally said to come inside. When I got inside they were working on someone else’s order which was fine but when I saw them making my order they were all just standing around and then said sorry after I had waited over 15-20 mins inside for them to make my order and it was only 2 tacos! Then when I got home I opened the Crunchwrap and there was barely any beef and they didn’t even put nacho cheese. Not to mention it was burnt all on the bottom. After I took a bite of it, it tasted so horrible and off that I spit it out. And then when I went to eat the cinnamon twists, they were super hard so I couldn’t even bite into them. Overall I’m super dissatisfied and would never return to this location again. The staff seriously needs to get it together.

I just ordered tonight at the experience was horrible the manager was rude, hung up on me. I spent over $60 on food that was cold, no sauce, the nacho fries soggy and both nacho fries were half way filled. It was so bad. I took a break from ordering takeout and this will be the last time I give this place my business. That manager needs to be fired he clearly doesn't care about customer service. I'm calling cooperate we did not eat a drop of that mess it went straight to the trash. Thanks for nothing

It's Taco Bell and I can't expect much, I get it. I was the only customer in line and waited for 10 minutes for someone to take my order then close to another 10 minutes to receive my food. Hard taco was completely smashed to the point I ate it like chips and dip and I'm pretty sure my bean burrito is gonna look the same coming out as it went in. Spend $10 more and eat at Bajas next door!

As a Taco Bell lover I keep going to this location for complete dissatisfaction. Employees have their good and bad days...mostly bad. If you hate the customer service that bad, just quit. No reason to be rude to loyal customers. Thank you for repeating my order on the screen in the drive thru but it would be excellent if you actually put the product in the bag. I usually catch these mistakes but didnt this time and live 15minutes away. Want to call to complain to get your issue resolved? You have better odds winning the lotto!

We went in the drive thru on Wednesday,December 1st. 10 pm and ordered but the lady told us that they were not taking orders at that time. We asked again just to make sure because we never experienced this before but the lady snapped and scolded me in a very disrespectful and harsh tone which is very unprofessional and unexpected. At least people working in customer service should be polite and willing to answer people's inquiries unlike this particular lady who was very rude and a disaster for the business.

Hands down worst taco bell order. The tacos came in pieces and were drenched on old oil. The have the wrong drinks and literally all 3 burritos were all wrong... based on reviews they may take the award for worst taco bell... Not like anyone expects alot from them

The manager of the store is one with the worst attitude. They gave my to go order entirely wrong. I went back again asking to give me what I asked for. The employee first felt sorry for making the order wrong. But the manager passed comments about me with a nasty smile. Seeing which I asked to cancel my order and refund the money. The manger did not even apologize. And refunded me in cash and placed the notes on the table in the most irritating manner. Seriously the manager should attend some mannerism classes.

I used to love this taco bell but things have gone downhill. Drive thru is a joke. The last 5 times we've been, we've been asked to pull around and park to wait for our order which consisted of 2 items always. So we sit there and wait for 10 minutes to then realize our order is wrong. And it's every time the last 5 times. We order and pay for extra cheese and extra sour cream on our nacho bell Grande's, but we don't get it. In fact we don't even get the regular amount of cheese or sour cream. So basically we get dry nachos with 2 tablespoons of cheese and sour cream. After this last time we went and we got an attitude and was refused to have our order fixed because they were too busy, we will now be doing buisness with a different taco bell even though its further away. They always have it together there and have never once charged us for extra and then not given it to us. Who ever the owner is of the orange taco bell is needs to retrain all the staff on how to make whats on the menu and teach them how to treat customers.

Anytime you come to this Taco Bell past 8:00 p.m. they are not taking any orders. Hours say it closes at 12:00 p.m. so how come they never take orders past roughly 8: 00pm? Not right that I drive to them when they are supposed to be open and literally every single time it's past 8 p.m. they will not take your order

Location in Orange has got to be the worst fast food establishment I’ve ever been to. Tacos missing toppings, shells were literally stale, missing an item off my order, and literally took so long to get. I gave this spot grace not once but twice and I can genuinely say that it doesn’t matter who’s working or when you go, this location is beyond horrendous. You can see just by the way the crew members interact with customers and handle food that this store is led by failed “leaders”. It’s baffling that anybody working this location is still employed to be honest.

If the food turns out to be amazing I’ll update and maybe give a star back, but this Taco Bell is empty and I’ve never in my life waited so long. 15 minutes in an empty Taco Bell trying to get back on the road for the cost per person these days is unacceptable to be honest. Ok after 15 minutes they called my name to say they never saw my order, which I placed on the kiosk in the store as they don’t staff the registers. So they’re just now making it. 0 stars, how can it be this hard? Edit: when they called me over for food half my order was missing. Glad I decided to eat here anyway. Finally got it all and none of it was hot, including the items they just handed me.

I love taco bell, I have Max rewards level and everything. I no longer go to this location. The staff is rude, you can routinely expect to wait in the drive-thru for 8-10 minutes to speak to a human. Issues I have had 1. Wrong order given 2. Rude staff and manager 3. Cold food 4. Old chalupa shells (fried a long time ago) 5. Burnt or stale tortilla on crunch wraps and soft tacos 6. Excessive wait times in the drive thru for both mobile and normal orders. I'll drive down the road to get taco bell if I'm in the area and have the time I guess

I just wasted 21 minutes for a 26.00 dollar order on my half hour break.I watched several cars being served. I don't appreciate the lack of customer service, and believe I should receive a full refund. I tried calling the location only to be ignored. This taco bell I will never come to again.I am not only unsatisfied but annoyed because this post like my phone call will just be IGNORED! Extremely slow service in an empty restaurant. Took 15 minutes to find out they were just starting our order. When we got our food, it was missing several items. Food was average Taco Bell food, not the best but not bad. Bathrooms were filthy, and most of the tables were too.

Went there a few minutes ago, and was clearly still open till 2am like normal, but got no response at the menu and rolled up to the window to get the employees attention and was greeted with nothing but a glare from the lady working. Rude and unprofessional of them to ignore a customer just because you don't want to work.

I have a 30 minute lunch break. I ordered ahead while driving to the Taco Bell. It took them over 25 minutes to make two combos. I understand that there were only two workers at that time but the place seemed deserted. No other customers, no other cars in the parking lot, nothing! I worked in the fast food industry before, on a day like this the food would've already been done way ahead! This is crazy! I went hungry today because of their horrible service. Update: when I finally got my food they ended up forgetting to add a whole item to the meal. I'm honestly surprised at how bad this place can be

Wow, we had terrible service today from the young lady who helped us at the cashier. More customer service training please, better treatment. It's not for free that my family and I were consuming at this place. We did it with money!

I like Taco Bell just not this one every time I come they always have me waiting for 30 minutes plus and still get my order wrong and I have to go inside and the workers have attitudes

Horrible service. I've been here 3 times and today was the final time. They take forever which is fine but when your missing half your order it's annoying. The previous trip my daughter ordered cinnamon bites and the manager asked me to back up to the first window and pull back up so it wouldn't mess the timer up. I don't mind but at least get my order correct. I rarely eat here so I ordered the wrong item and when I told her what I meant to order she kept the item on there...no big deal. When we got home there was hair in the nachos. At that point everything was thrown out. I wasted $40, didn't receive half my order then threw the rest out. I would not recommend this location. Go somewhere else.

Took 36 minutes for my pickup order to be ready. This Taco Bell is the worst in CT, always issues. If this was my franchise I’d be looking for a competent manager to straighten things out.

Me & my fiancé decided to grab Taco Bell at the orange, Ct location late last night after work around 12am. The drive thru employees were absolutely rude. They did not answer us at all at the drive thru speaker.. we drove up the guy didn’t open the window just grilled us…finally opens up the window & takes our order but was still being extremely rude towards us. We ordered & he basically said he didn’t have almost everything that we wanted … we drive away with 2 drinks and just 3 soft tacos for my fiancé I did not end up even wanting food after the awful service we were handed. On top of that the 3 soft tacos we took home had a mountain of sour cream on them & he told them absolutely no sour cream! Now we will no longer be going to this location anymore!

There’s never enough staff, the Baja Blast Freeze machine never works, the drive thru line always takes at least 30 minutes for 3-4 cars, they forget parts of the order, the speaker doesn’t always work.

I happily walked into Taco Bell on October 4, 2021 with a crazy idea that I’d be getting a free taco (with minimum one dollar purchase) to celebrate National Free Taco Day sponsored by, none other than, Taco Bell. Wow, was I sadly mistaken! I was quickly told that “Taco Bell doesn’t give away food“ and that they were “out of ground beef“ by some ridiculously arrogant snot rag of a person. I’m not making this stuff up, I wish I were. The stunningly rude staff should seriously watch their step and their tongues because false advertising makes them all look like buffoons. Unnecessarily rude employees make them all look much worse than buffoons, it demonstrates, unambiguously that they needn’t be in the service industry. I was prepared to eat dinner at Taco Bell and spend more than the one dollar minimum requirement. So much for my free taco to celebrate “National Free Taco Day.” I’m embarrassed for y’all, but you’re not embarrassed about your despicable manner of which you treated me and because of that, I feel very sorry for you folks. You chose to view me, the paying customer as a hostile agitator, telling me to leave, ignoring my my point of view about how ridiculous it is to advertise one thing in your app, and then turn around and tell the customer that you’re “out of ground beef” and you “don’t give food away.” These people are ridiculous. I will not eat at their restaurant and they couldn’t care less about that. They seem resentful to have a job. The free taco at Taco Bell’s National Free Taco event as advertised was nothing but a big, fat SHAM, false advertising at its worst. The employees at Taco Bell breached my trust and dishonored themselves very badly by treating me so poorly and unfairly with such arrogance, ignorance, hostility and condescension. I’m not sure how places that run their business in this manner stay in business but it’s worth my time showing these people that their actions have consequences. Whenever I drive by a Taco Bell fast food restaurant, I feel sick to my stomach. It will take 3 times as long for you to get your food here than any other location. The workers care more about their conversation than their jobs. If you’re a Uber/doordash driver it’s not worth the pick up. They’ll take up your whole night.

I went tonight to order just flat bread fried the girl came over like she was the manager to ask ne what needed I told her I ordered flat bread fried at the drive thru. The cashier gave me uncooked flat bread I returned to the store to explain what I wanted, she said to me they dont fry flat bread anymore, I also explain to her I always get the there and had to explain how they package them SMH so I asked why she stated they don't touch the food. So my question is if they don't touch food how in the world they make tacos and the Chalupas. NEW MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE PLEASE 🤔

Every single time I go through the drive through, whether I order on app or in person I'm always shorted an item. $4/$5 items missed every time. By the time I realize it I'm home and too late to go back. The employees need to take better measures to ensure the customers get what the order. Every time I come here I get screwed.

The slowest service ever!! Ordered through Uber as I always do and my driver waited over an hour for my order. Thank goodness for his patience, but they seem to be severely understaffed and have no sense of urgency. DO BETTER!!

Ordered two of the 2 steak chalupa street burrito packs. So, a total of 4. We only got two. Paid 25 for two street tacos, cheese and chips, a Diet Coke, and a chipotle ranch burrito. Didn’t realize until we got home.

I don't want any Uber Doordash driver to come here. They deliberately don't fulfill your orders and deliberately make you wait here. They are constantly laughing inside. Cashier Willenda M was very unprofessional, was supposed to be covering cashier and I waited for almost 20 minutes before getting attended to. Workers walking in smelling like weed. Service completely unacceptable. Expect to be here for almost half an hour waiting on half assed tacos. Employees were getting yelled at infront of customers.

Not only was the delay unacceptable, but the staff was also completely unprofessional and rude. No updates, no apologies—just bad attitude and terrible customer service. If you’re going to make customers wait this long, at least have the decency to communicate properly. This location seriously needs better management and customer service training. If I could give zero stars, I would. Avoid this place unless you enjoy waiting endlessly for cold food and dealing with employees who don’t care.

I am at DoorDash Driver, l was entering the store to pick up an order. I found two of the staff outside smoking weed and the smell was very clear outside the store door. When I entered inside the store I found no body working inside. Look at the picture. The order took forever to be ready and when they two people get inside, I asked them how long? One of them started to curse me a lot then I opened my cam video and then he started to talk softly. I’m asking the manager or whoever from Tacobell management to check the cameras in and out the store at Sunday 01/12/2025 at 3:45 pm till 4:05 pm. You will find what happened.

I got the new cantina chicken bowl but they serving in a cardboard when I opened to eat it was like not even food for animals no silverware food all over de bag I wish I can put the video the I record it it’s will show how bad really it is so I don’t know how a my going to eat this nasty way to serving food

The inside of this place looked like a dump. There was trash everywhere, no ice in the ice machine, the soda was warm, drink station was a gross mess, condiment section was also a wreck, and trash cans were over flowing. The best I could say was the cashier was friendly and courteous.

Too rude at customers. I have a placed an online drive through order. They missed few of the items, after checking it i went back again to get those items. When I started opening the wraps this is how they made 3 of my quesadillas. I went back again and showed them the lady over there started arguing that they are not burnt and that is how they make. She kept and arguing with me that they aren’t burnt. I thought it was useless to argue with such a stupid lady and came back. Totally disappointed with her behavior. This is not how they should treat customers.

Worst Taco bell i have ever been to in my years of being a customer. They put the order in wrong and wanted to deny it...i thought the customer was always right guess thats not their policy. We waited 10+ mins for a taco 12 pack which is very unusual...other taco bells knock it out in less than 5 mins and have never asked me to go to the parking lot to wait. They spent the 10+ mins and the "soft" tacos were the worst as they were cold and hard to chew...guess the extra time did them no good smdh. Seemed to be a laziness issue to me at 12 am.
