Taco Bell Amherst Reviews
The food is always bangin and, despite an aggressive case of irritable bowel syndrome, I can't help but keep coming back.
christopher was awesome so kind
Definitely a good TB close to the highway, and if your traveling is a good option before getting into the Cleveland area. Staff is all polite and good with order accuracy, and they keep the restaurant and bathrooms clean. A strong point compared to a few locations in the area is their fried foods are done perfectly, so no gross potatoes and nacho fries. Plus they have an outdoor seating area for the nice weather, which is rare for fast food in the area.
Absolutely the best Taco Bell we've ever had. Food was hot, fresh, looked just like what was on the menu, and they even packed hand wipes and mints in the bag.
This one always gets your order correct. You never have to wait too long. Prices have gone up recently, hate spending twenty bucks on fast food
Best Taco Bell I’ve been to, everything always come out hot and correct, better than other Taco Bell’s where you’ll get cold food or a incorrect order. Note: to order you have to use the electronic kiosk which are easy to use
If it makes my kid happy, it makes me happy and taco bell always makes my kid happy. The dining area is always clean and employees are always friendly. The bathroom is always clean and the parking lot always clean. I can't find mango tea anywhere but taco bell. Other teas just don't compare. My kid wants and loves taco bell so much that I have to tell her that taco bell is closed on whatever day of week it happens to be. I miss the fresco options on the menu.
I really liked ding dong and Aaron. Throughout my time at the Taco Bell, I was delightfully greeted by the 2 friendly employees. The girl on the other hand was weird.
Newly renovated. Love the mobile app ordering. You don't really get to interact with the staff now when you go inside. But the staff member I did deal with was very nice. I'll go here again!
Great Food however the cashier said i must order from the touchscreens to order because thats the way they do things now. Sad when I dont understand the touchscreens and they didn't even ask if i need assistance. I just had to stand there hungry while others got their food in front of me, thankfully the touchscreen finally started working so i could get my order which ended up wrong, so just left and went to Panera
Food was prepared as ordered; however, there was an initial issue with the automatic order taking that could not understand that I wanted to substitute an item, so an actual employee had to intercept the order and clear that up.
First time I’ve been to a tbell in years! Thank you to the very sweet lady in the drive thru window who gave my dogs a bunch of dog treats! So thoughtful and they were so excited!! You are so kind—tacos, staff, and dog treats deserve 5 stars!
I like this location. Usually my order is correct. They are pretty fast here. Staff seemed friendly too.
I eat at Taco Bell more than any other restaurant. Its fast and still not too expensive.
Usually the day staff is great and friendly, only complaint is that night staff has made incorrect orders for us multiple times.
The grilled cheese burrito is messy but it's yummy 😋. I hate that you're almost forced to use the order boards and some people who were leaving ended up in a conflict outside and unfortunately my van ended up with some type of soda all over it because they were throwing their drinks at each other outside. I mean grow up people take a chill 🙄
Good tacos here. Usually skimpy and just thrown together at other Taco bells. Place was nice and clean Only reason I gave four stars is because the drive thru was closed
Food is always as good as fast food can get but there's no service. Food gets made and put on counter.NO HUMAN REACTION!!! there were lots of workers but like always had to clean a table to sit at....
Came through the drive thru with my friend after 12 am and we ordered a few things like i just got two of the Fiesta potato bowls and I will say that they were really good 👍 My friend ordered a mexican pizza and she ordered #2 of the #12 piece Cinnabon Delights. We drove away and she pulled out a Cinnabon and gave one to me and ate one herself. I had never had tried before from Taco Bell, as I rarely frequent Taco Bell! But they were smacking and I wanted another one she reaches in the bag and there is no more!! We got a lousy #2 whole Cinnabons, she ordered a total of #24! So we were down the way a bit and had to come back. The manager was very helpful when we returned. We did have to wait for them to make them, but the manager gave my friend a coupon for a free Taco 🌮 😀 Which she was thrilled about 😍😍
If the two nearby Taco Bell locations in this area, this one is the better. It's a very new building, only a couple of years old. The location is convenient to good shopping, so it's easy to stop by on a day out. The lot and drive through lane are kept clean. Of course they have all of the regular menu items offered at a Taco Bell. I would particularly suggest trying their breakfast menu, as it makes a nice change from traditional options that could seem overly familiar.
It has been a recurrent issue in the last year: The cinnamon twists taste AWEFUL like old rancid oil 4 out 5 of our visits. THEY ARE NOT EDIBLE. Never in my life and over many years of eating Taco Bell ( my favorite fast food always) has this been an issue until the last 2 years. CHANGE THE OIL MORE OFTEN or JUST FIX THIS!! OR STOP SELLING CINNAMON TWISTS!
Great smiles and service! Water coming out of the Men's Room sink was scorching HOT! Informed the manager.
They used to have a rude kid at the window but I see they have new staff so we started going back. Fries were freezer burnt. Going down hill from staff to food now I guess.
Good food and fast service and friendly workers but I think the fast service is the issue; I asked for Cinnabon Bites and got cinnamon twists. I’d like to be refunded for this please?
Supreme soft taco had no sour cream and was sloppy and greasy. Bathroom was dirty. Clearly, they haven’t done much to improve anything in 6 months.
In the offchance that they get my order right, sometimes its edible! The self order kiosks are trash, make sure to always call a worker over to fix your order so that they cant replace human workers with computers!
Would be nice if the cashier would not be talking with her mother, so can take orders. Then once took order and resumed. Never knew got paided to stand and talk
It’s really hit or miss here if it’s even open. I have had good food and service here and bad food and service here. 58 location is the same story. When you get poor service, the food is bad too. It typically goes hand in hand. When service is good, the food is good. If someone sounds like they are having a bad day at the drive through or at the counter, you probably just want to say no thank you and drive away if you can, or risk your order probably being messed up or very poorly made. Taco Bell needs to fix this, at this location and also the one on 58… it’s simple, quit hiring burn outs and losers, plain and simple.. and the managers need to grow up and quit being burn outs and losers themselves. I don’t think Taco Bell drug tests their employees anymore. It would probably benefit them if they did that, and provided good merit increases for good performance.
The Amherst Taco Bell makes food consistent with what you would expect from any other Taco Bell. While they have sign stating the dining room is open, that is not accurate. I was out running and placed an order thru the app for in store pick up. When I arrived the doors were locked. I had to knocked repeatedly for about 5 minutes only to be directed to the drive through. It wasn't that big of a deal, but I didn't appreciate the employee criticizing me for not driving my vehicle. I was able to get my food and it was good. I was disappointed in the order experience.
Unfortunately is a food order that I took home to go was shorted & wrong. Good news is I went back and talk to the manager Rico who said that he would make it right. He seemed very professional and courteous the best manager I've met at Taco Bell. Hoping he can help his staff & improve business. Give him a chance to.
Cheese sauce cups were only 1/3 full, and the tacos were not filled well at all. Don't be so cheap!
It's incredibly annoying that the bathrooms are now locked, it's pretty tough to get member of staff to open them. No disrespect to the staff, they are very busy, but I don't know why taco bell hq would make such an annoying decision
Drive thru takes a while usually with very few customers. Have given me the wrong food and left items out. Most of the employees are friendly some have attitude.
When it’s bad it’s really bad. When it’s good it’s rare. Can someone show the people that work here the veggie cravings menu please?
Waited forever in drive thru, owner needs to hire and train some staff.
Very nice! But when I got home did not d get my full order. I tried to call, rang busy and then automatically hung up. Tried calling several times.
Being a chain the food is consistent. The wait time is terrible here. I think they cater the drive through instead of equal like other fast food places.
Almost every single time I come here which isn’t quite often there is always something wrong. Whether it being they are out of something they need like beef or chicken. Or they close earlier than it says on google or even on the store windows. I went to this Taco Bell and the online google says it closes at 1 am. The window on the store says it closes at 12 am every night. I went at 11 pm and still I couldn’t order. And no one answered me after I patiently waited for 3 minutes. I don’t get if it’s miscommunication, someone is simply closing earlier than is supposed to or if workers just aren’t answering orders. But it is ridiculous and bad service.
Just needed a drink from taco bell drive through and wondered why the person in front of me was talking so long. They finally pulled up and I was to order. Nobody. Nothing. As cars pulled up behind me I thought I would go to the window and order. Not one worker was in there. Lights off. No signs anywhere about being closed. I drove around to the parking lot and announced to the people in the cars in line that nobody was in there. Odd. I hope everything was alright. But if it was truly closed, signs would have been appropriate.
Just got my change ripped off. Drive thru person said they didn’t have any hard change. I stated that’s not my problem and she got offended. Told her it’s not about her. Not having change is Taco Bell’s problem. She said she didn’t have hard change. I said so Taco Bell is willing to eat that? She said yes then proceeds to keep what is owed to me except the single dollar I had coming back. Where I come from this is theft period. Businesses need to know when these situations happen. And when an employee ask you if you want your change, that is just WRONG.
Worst taco bell in the area. They never give you enough sauces. They refuse to give you more than 5 sauces per order. I ask for extra fire sauce every time for my 6-7 items. I get 5 sauces. I ask for extra sauce at the window, they give me another five sauces. I'm a sauce man, I sauce things up. I'm saucy. You are what you eat. I've been avoiding going here and telling everyone how the taco bell near me sucks so now they send me pictures of their taco bell orders with their sauces. Like tonight as of writing this, my friend ordered 3 things from his town taco bell and he got like 12 sauces. 12 sauces for 3 items! I am super jelly. Hate this taco bell.
Let me start by saying that, normally businesses require their employees not to park by the entrance so that it's open for customers. Their employees were parked by the entrance. I ordered the nacho bellegrande combo which comes with a regular taco. I asked for no tomatoes on my bellegrande, which I got, but ended up with a Supreme taco. And they forgot one of my drinks. Since I ordered on the kiosk the room for error should minimize since there is no miscommunication between people trying to speak to each other in masks. Food was good. I also witnessed another customer ask an employee about the nacho fries. Instead of just replying and telling them they no longer have them, the employee just wagged her finger at the customer. That's not an appropriate answer.
This location used to be great pre-COVID. Not any more. These experiences are from our last two visits. Twice now we have gone for dine-in because the signs say dine-in is open. Nope. First time we thought it was for a hiring event, so we tried a second time. Nope. Three visits ago the dining room was open. Not sure why they have closed again. Order by kiosk only. Need to talk to a human, stand by the counter and use your phone. Seriously. Bathrooms are very dirty. On our last visit , after figuring out the dining room was closed, we went through the drive thru. We were informed that anything with a soft tortilla was not available. Ummm, that's like half the menu. Who is doing ordering for your Taco Bell? Always check for sauces. Chances are, they aren't there. Always check for napkins. Chances are, they aren't there. Always check to see if all items are there, chances are, they aren't there. Always check the inside of the quesadilla for the chicken, cheese and sauce. Chances are, they aren't there. (Seriously, mine just had chicken. No cheese, no sauce. No cheese kinda defeats the purpose of a quesadilla). They used to have this friendly young lady at the window that we loved. She always smiled at our kids, but since COVID the window workers are not friendly at all. They act like "how dare somebody order something and make me work?". Again, this place was awesome pre-COVID. And yes, the response from the location might be "But ..but...COVID." Not an excuse. The Taco Bell on SR58 one exit away had great service. All items were there. Signs said dining room was open and it was the truth. Definitely going back there. If the location on SR58 can do it, so can the Oakpoint Rd location.
this tbell was the best one around for a while but something changed the last week or two. i’m sure it has something to do with food cost so my assumption is they just started to give people less than they pay for so they don’t get in trouble anymore. not to mention they just didn’t melt the quesadilla at all lmfao
Worst Taco Bell ever. Rude employees no matter the time of the day you go there everyone will be rude and act like they had their life. Smh management please fix your employees attitudes.
Just paid 10 dollars for three 5 layer burritos. I asked them to substitute it with chicken. I get home. It's 3 empty rolled up tortillas 02/12/2022 4:32pm
By far the worst taco bell in Lorain county. Constantly "out" of beef and other items. Closes spontaneously when they want and the employees are rude.
It is 2AM we just left Cooper foster Taco bell because a recording at the drive thru said they are closed. Online and on the window of the store it says they are open till 3am. Before even driving there I googled to make sure the store was open. Sucks!
My husband and I just attempted to dine in since they have a sign posted saying dine in open, it's 2pm on a Saturday and 2 of 3 doors are locked! That's called false advertising! You just lost our busi
Paid $25 to eat old stale gross fries and potatoes. This makes me never want to eat from here again. Food tasted like it sat for days!
Worse TBell ever in the history of fast food..how do you allow Doordash orders to shut down your drive through? Who is the GM? FYI..your current business model isn't working. Suggesting you should pay a higher hourly rate, train your management better...or just close location.
After putting our order in and hitting the button to pay cash the girl came 10 minutes later and said they can't make the order til we pay them it will be probably another 10 minutes. Hardly any customers. We left
This was a good one but lately the quality has gone down hill. So After today's almost no meat taco's and burritos not wrapped right. I would recommend going one exit over to the route 58 exit taco bell. Just north of the exit.
Horrible customer service, barely greeted at the drive thru speaker, the woman taking the orders was completely unfriendly. Once at the window again was not greeted, had to ask for my total to be repeated and then was handed a bag with everything wrong inside. Terrible experience. This was at 1:10 in afternoon and there were no other cars in line.
I am so tired of placing orders and them getting the order wrong. And then to get home and find out it is wrong and they give no receipt!!! If you want people to use your establishment, get the order right. Thanks for absolutely nothing. I came home and had to make my own lunch!!!! During this time when you are NOT that busy you should appreciate the orders you do get and work to WOW the customer not send them home with incorrect food.
Rude lady on drive thru. Like I was bothering her for ordering. Same when I got food. No thank you not a word. Won't have to worry about that again because Ill take my business elsewhere.
Poor management and employee to customer relations, they closed early on Wednesday October 30th, i pulled up about 11:15pm to the drive through and was told "We closed early tonight"(no apology). I asked why because the hours dont say "Subject to change" and there was no response from the cashier, who a moment later said in a very conceited tone "have a good night.... HAH!!!!" I assume she did not turn off her microphone in time for me to hear her laughing at my inconvenience/misfortune. Needless to say i went to the Lorain location and will never be going back to this one even if it is closer.
Slowest Taco bell I have ever been to. Takes 20 minutes to get 2 cars through the drive thru! I thought this was fast food? DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE THE REST OF THE DAY TO SPEND IN LINE!
Mobile order, pick up was delayed over 30 mins due to long drive thru line. Order was wrong, employees were rude and uncaring when confronted with mistakes. Go to location on 58 for your Taco Bell cravings!
Slowest Taco Bell Ever. Waited in the drive through for 15 minutes just for 2 items. Absolutely Ridiculous.
Ordered ahead waited 10 minutes in drive thru then had to pull around and park and wait more.
Showed up for breakfast at 10am. It says opens for breakfast at 7am. The girl told us ....we are not open. Went down the the taco bell by target. Was told they should have been open they just did not have enough help. This is the 3rd time. I'm just gonna start going to the other one first. Lol.
No ice, sink broke in bathroom and how does a newer store smell like piss? I told the girl the sink was broke and she, "we know" glad I have soap all over my hands maybe leave a note!
This taco bell is a joke. After getting to ordering place, we were told the drive through was closed for painting. No sign posted. .
I would give it zero Stars if I could. There's always an issue there. One time I went and they can only take exact change. And I just went today and I placed an online order and paid for it and when I got there they told me they were closed. Worthless
Came through July 31 at 1:31 am and the order take took at least 5 min to say anything then proceed to say she couldn’t find the order and so we pulled right back around with the same name and the order was made with zero ice in or drinks and lady on window had zero customer service experience or something
They just straight up ignore you when you go inside to pickup an online order
Extremely rude woman in the drive thru. She informed me that I can only get 1 senior drink since my sister wasn't in the car. No big deal but the other Taco Bells do it. I asked for 10 hot sauces for my soft taco's and she snapped that she gave me whatever she put in the bag which was 7. I was checking my order and no one was behind me and she yelled can you pull up and I said I'm checking my order and I don't care about your timers and 'Karen' was still yelling as I slowly pulled away and yelled for me not to come back again. I won't since there are 2 more stores I can go to.
Waited over 15 minutes (only customer in restaurant) for a 5 layer burrito. Had to grab it and leave when I finally got it. When I opened it, it was Totally wrong. It was just ground beef and sour cream. I stopped there a few months back and the service was extremely slow but I decided to give them another chance today. Horrible idea, won't be stopping again.
This was probably the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. restaurant was completely empty five people working in the kitchen and nobody acknowledged me at all to see if I needed anything or just simply tell me that they are kiosk only so I call back after I left .the manager was extremely rude and careless. Not even giving me a fake apology. He just said is that all ?and so I proceeded to ask him is that how they treat all of their customers and he said “pretty much” I appreciate fast food workers ! I used to be one, but I’m so sick of the younger generation wanting something for doing absolutely nothing. Customer service is a huge part of making food even if you are busy always always always acknowledge the customer even just a simple “hi I’ll be with you shortly “. Definitely calling corporate!
This place sucks. It use to be so much better until there management changed. They are so lazy to drop hashbrowns to put in my breakfast crunch wrap that they put the little potatoes square instead. When I called they were absolutely dumbfounded and just made excuses and I heard in the background the employees laughing. This is such an unprofessional and terrible store and I really hope a new manager comes along to change this place like how it use to be.
I have always loved Taco Bell. My financial planner tells me that our greatest investing weakness is the niche items at Taco Bell. As of the last year I have really come to enjoy their breakfast. This location, however, has tested my resolve. At least five times have I arrived to find either no one working whatsoever or there are no breakfast items. This has usually been between 9:00 and 10:00 a.m.. For a while I drove out of my way to the other restaurant, but gas prices had me gambling here again. Bad move. No breakfast items again... Update 11/17/25: I keep being tempted back out of convenience, only to find the same kind problems. This time the lobby was closed at dinner time, and my pickup order was cold by the time I got through the severally backed up drive through.
Robot driver thru can't manage to take an order and staff was rude and disgruntled because they had to do something
5/25 Arrived last night at 11, there was only one car in front of me. We waited 15 min before anyone came to the intercom, once the care in front of ne ordered, I went to order and they said they were done for the night. I will never go there again
Drive thru closed around 8pm. It’s a thing at ya o bell now. The whole crew just goes outside and tells people they are closed.Hanging out smoking and bsing. I just watched them go back in and open up from across the street. Not getting my business now though can’t imagine they would take any pride in their work for my hard earned dollar. My local Taco Bell puts out cones. These franchise owners are a joke and simply don’t have any pride in their business just look at these reviews.
Would rate zero stars if I could. Their drive-thru service is atrocious and it seems like they need to breed and slaughter the animals before they even make your food. I came here last night to grab a quick bite to eat. But I ended up wasting thirty minutes of gasoline while being trapped in a line of cars four school buses long. Their drive-thru is extremely narrow, with no way around the car(s) in front or behind you. Good luck getting the six other drivers behind you to back out if you ever get stuck here. It got so bad that I ended up turning off my car in the drive-thru while waiting for the lady in front of me to move. At first, I thought she was just messing with me and everyone behind me so I honked at her. In retrospect, I'd like to apologize because it turned out that she too was waiting for someone to take her order. Forty minutes of waiting in line because they didn't have a single employee to take any orders. Even when she was finally able to place her order, I ended up driving past the microphone and waiting another ten or so minutes behind her while she sat at the serving window. They took so long to assemble her meal of pre-cooked ingredients that a man got out of his car in the line behind me and approached the window on food to question the sluggish staff about the situation. They didn't even charge that woman for her food and when she finally pulled away, I simply drove past the window and went elsewhere. Unacceptable.
Fri oct. 27 around 10 pm I walked in to get a bunch of quesadillas and they didn't acknowledge I was even there. I looked them in the eyes and everything, they knew I was there. One guy had trouble clocking in and was actually at the register twice and just walked away both times. No acknowledgement, nothing. Very disappointing, I just walked out without ordering.
I don’t normally write reviews and I’ve always had a great experience at this store. However tonight I went in to order takeout and a rude girl working the drive through window said “I locked that door and they’re like the 4th ones to walk in” loud enough for me to hear and gave us a dirty look to go along with it compelled me to write one. It’s sad that I was inconveniencing her so much on her shift she was already there for. It’s very uncomfortable when the staff and any business makes you feel like your presence isn’t welcome. There were other customers in the lobby as well and the guy taking our order let us know the lobby was closed and we had to get take out which was okay because that was our plan, but it’s rude and bad customer service since we were already inside. I understand the door wasn’t supposed to be open, but if you make a mistake and don’t lock the door 100%, you need to own your mistake and let your customer dine in if they want. For reference I was ordering at 10:10:49 pm on 1/31/20. I also am missing a burrito from my order so they added to the fantastic customer service experience.
There service sucks they ignore you when your standing at the register then they make up excuses about the company and how they need to change the system well it just shows they run things there own way and don't like to service the public amherst oakpoint sucks and lost us as costumers!
Don’t go here! Pulled in drive thru… out of beef come back in 20 mins. I live close ok! I’m so dumb! Came back and waited with 2 cars in front for 10 mins to order. Food was thrown together - a mess in the wrapping. Oh and no change - so I was going to get taken for another 65 cents. So i search my car and gave him his change and asked for my extra dollar. That story is over - if you had better management you wouldnt be out of beef and change.
I have never had a good experience with this location. Tried to go through the drive through 2 months ago and they said they were closed even though they were still suppose to be open and the lights were on etc…. It was like the employees were literally turning away customers. Now today I placed an order online for pick up at 8:15. I showed up at that exact time and was told the store was closing for 30 min 🤬 I finally got my food around 8:45 pm… this store is literally just awful.
I went to Taco Bell one car in front of me. They let him go then I pulled up to the window paid and they told me to park to wait for my food. Why do I have to park if I can pick up the drive-through window? And nobody was busy staying around until my food got made that poor service Next time to somebody tells me to park I’m not parking. I will wait at the window. I spent $31 to spend 20 minutes there for no reason when nobody was in front of me but two cars behind me got their food and left and they spent the same amount it’s called favoritism and I don’t like it. I will not recommend you guys or any other Taco Bell’s.
It’s not the new workers fault but I really do hate when a first timer makes my food;( chunky burnt cheese, potatoes harder than friggin rocks and let’s totally not forget the 2 dollars in extra condiments… again not their fault but it ruins the expensive experience.
Walked in ordered food and get told by manager that will be alittle whole and all he did was stand there and talk to the employees that isnt professional at all and also nothing was stocked up either
Every, and I repeat every time I stop here they forget food. And its part my fault because I don't check the order before I leave as I don't wanna tie up the drive through. I go to other taco bells,no problem. Well after the sixth time I am done. I am boycotting this location.I will drive further into elyria as they never screen up my order. This time two taco supreme. How many other people are they doing this to?
Went through the drive through to get asked to pull up. Was given the wrong order receipt, and went around again to fix it and was once again asked to pull up and I’ve been sitting for 20 minutes waiting on 4 items.
Pulled up at 01:10 am and sat at the speaker for a couple of minutes. I asked for assistance 2 different times before they shut the lights off and closed. They could of at least explained there was a problem and they were closing early considering the window showed they are open till 02:00 am.
The worst experience at a taco bell ever, the drive thru attendant wanted to start a fight with me outside the restaurant then ran away
The tacobell, in Amherst, near Friendship kitchen and crumble cookies, had only 2 workers working tonight at 10:45. 8/31. I was trying to enter the line and a car was backing out of the drive thru. I had to the back up as well so this person could leave the drive thru. The lady who took my order stated that since they were short staffed, they could only take orders less than $20. I ordered 4, 5 layer burritos. I was also talking on my Bluetooth speaker phone to my boyfriend, like I always do when I leave work. I explained to him after I ordered why the food needed to be less than $20. He said thats unprofessional and that their manager should hire more people and not make them work short. I told him, that's how most places are now, short staffed. I then watched another car back up the drive thru behind me. Me and my boyfriend continued to talk about how people keep leaving and how they must have wanted more than $20 worth of food. I pulled up to the window to pay for my food. The lady who handed it to me said, "my coworkers stated that you were being rude and inappropriate and there's just 2 of us and we're doing our best." I was baffled to hear her say this because I was just defending them to my boyfriend. He wasn't singling anyone out, just thought it was unfortunate that the workers are stuck in this predicament. I I thought it was unprofessional that the cashier wanted to call me out about a private conversation I was having with my boyfriend and I won't bother coming back because I thought she was rude when I was trying to show her patients and understanding.
I ordered the new fries on the menu and clearly told no meat/ chicken still they put, hurting my religious sentiments. The mexican veg pizza was smelly too. The food isn’t fresh but stale
Worst taco bell, I have ever been to....either your order is incorrect or they ran out of something or its slop when you open bag, and go to eat it. Or they ran out of sauce or don't give you any after you had asked for it. Seems like you can't find good help anymore? But their quick to ask you to round up your bill. This is the one that is on Oak Point rd and Rt 2 in Amherst. Fairly new place but it needs work. I don't recommend it.
I told myself about 2 years ago I would never go to Taco Bell again because their food has fallen below standard quality.... They're so big My review will not impact them at all.... You get about a teaspoon of meat in their tacos, their chicken quesadilla is miniscule for $7...8 no way! I tried their chicken tenders, I should have taken pictures... Half breaded half not breaded completely dried out, about half an ounce of chicken, tiny.... I cannot believe they would even serve that to people... French fries were cold, though I like them. Ice-T, room temperature. Taco Bell used to be a phenomenal place for tacos, They cornered it... Nope, not anymore! Junkie cheap food. Once again maybe I'll forget in 3 years. Lol.
Would give zero stars if I could. Worst customer service..went inside to order, was asked if I was ordering or picking up. I said, I wanted to place an order and she just left back to the pickup window. I wasn’t told there were kiosk until 4 mins later, no sense of urgency and total lack of respect.
Guy working drive-thru was nice, but the food quality was absolutely horrible. Multiple things were missed, and with as much as we spent this evening we threw away a good portion after trying to eat what we could without disgust. As someone who eats Taco Bell at least twice a week, this is by far the worst location I have been to. Would have rather endured the long drive home hungry and ate at the location I know in my city.
In the photo you will see a supreme burrito on the left, even though I ordered a beefy five layer in the new chicken taco box. On the right is the "new" chicken taco. As you can see the new chicken taco is a two bite wonder. Sold on taco Bell's website for $1.49. I am not even sure it is worth that much. Very disappointed.
