This Taco Bell is great. It’s in a nice area, it’s clean, and the food is consistent with Taco Bells in different part of the world. Only piece of feedback is I wish they had the Doritos items, but they are not available. Neither is Baja Blast.

Finally a Taco Bell in Amsterdam! I went there yesterday and loved it. Tastses like the O.G Taco bell in the states. And they give you free sauce with a taco,the way it should be,not extra. The service was good,clean and yummy!

It's the same trusty TB I knew from the US. Crunchy tacos af, as I remembered. Ingrients were fresh as they could be. The enchilada was yummy. Atmosphere was that of a fast food place.

Finally they arrived in Amsterdam. We ordered a variety of their menu and jt was all fantastic. Place is not too big not to small and looks really cool.

Visited first time and has really good experience. Food was tasty and portions were adequate to the price. We were waiting a bit, but not dramatically long, but absolutely understood and took this into account when ordered food while place was busy. Staff there is working hard trying to complete all of the orders and is super friendly. Will definitely come back.

As an American expat, I can attest that this is authentic. Tastes just like I remember. I wish it wasn't so far from the center and that they gave more sauce packets but I want to give them a good review because I hope they succeed. I absolutely adore Taco Bell. Used to the ones in the USA for sure and I'm beyond thrilled there is now one in Amsterdam proper. This location is good, only slow to prepare food and I agree items are often forgotten and at times (it's hit or miss) poorly made. I always recommend checking your order before you leave - as they're quick to fix anything that's missing. This location is always crowded. Only two self checkout machines, so order online for pickup if you can.

The lady that was on shift today evening (10 July 2024 between 5PM and 7PM) made my evening! She worked ALONE, she was super fast to prepare my loaded fries, she gave me the order smiled and wished me a beautiful evening The fries were the best I ever got from Taco Bell Dear lady thank you that made my evening!

I enjoyed the food and the staff was nice. As a tourist it's a bit off the beaten track but worth a visit. opens at 12 which is oddly late but maybe that's only me hunting for an after rave snack

The best Mexican food you can get in the nl..... Right down to the sour cream. No joke. I have lived here for years only to have places serve me canned vegetables or not even know how to wrap a burrito (Salsa Shop). Thank you Taco Bell! Please do not open on or near the Leidseplein... Despite its hard-to-reach location far away from the centre of Amsterdam, the quality of the restaurant is solid. Portions are good, service is quick enough, staff haven’t made any mistakes with my orders as of yet. Really nothing to complain about. Except for the fact that my food is already cold by the time i arrive back in Amsterdam city center 40 minutes of traveling later.

We love TB but not the cheapest:)) toilets were terrible, really but at least they have some.

Nice new 🌮🔔 location in Amsterdam. My main gripe was that there was a bit too much sour cream on the supreme tacos. It was also a bit slow in prep. However, overall it was still up to my expectations for taco bell. I wish they could get Mountain Dew Baja Blast and Doritos locos tacos here, but there's probably no E number for whatever makes them so good. Anyway, yo quero.

Going here my expectations were low because of the horrible reviews. I will say that eating here was alright in contrast to the reviews. Workers are kind and quick, food tasted good and the place is well designed. Sadly it is a bit pricy and the portions are indeed small.

Overall an experience that made me come back a few times. Drinks are refillable. The cheapest taco is around €2-€3. You have a meal for €7-ish. Combination of meat, cheese, guac, sour cream, tomatoes.... Yeah it's great!

I found it delicious but they could be more generous with the filling - it’s more tortilla than anything else. It’s Tex mex - that’s what you should expect. I got the Crunchwrap supreme and spicy chicken griller

In the US you get as much hot sauce as you like and over here we have to pay extra for every single package :(

It was the slowest service, and not due to the workers but to the fact they only have 2 screens to order with and 1 of them was broken. They don't take your order at the counter, it has to be on the screens, the line of people was long just waiting to order on 1 screen.

The food was really good! But the service was pretty slow. I get that the workers don't want to stress themselves too much, but it wasn't busy when we came and had to wait for an unusual long time. Other than that, it's okey.

Was very excited to try Taco Bell. Heard a lot about it but never eaten here. I’ve ordered two times on location and both times my order was wrong or something was missing. The staff was very friendly and they offered a free meal right away. The quality of the food was okay. I ordered the crunch wrap supreme and the burrito. The wraps were a little tough at the ends but they meat was seasoned well. However they could’ve added some more meat inside wraps. The cheesy fries were nice. Overall a decent experience, would order again if you don’t want to cook and want some burritos. However if you want a true authentic Mexican food experience, Taco Bell isn’t the place.

I absolutely love Taco Bell! The food was amazing as always. I only had to wait a minute for my order. Sadly the place was filthy and hadn’t been cleaned in a while.

The food was just as you would expect from Taco Bell, tastes exactly how it does in the US. The staff is not so friendly, not rude either but it’s easy to tell they don’t want to be there. The place is quite nice although it is a bit small, I can imagine their intention is to be for pickup and delivery mostly.

I visited Taco Bell based on a recommendation (thanks Mazen 🤍) and got takeaway food for a car journey! The food at Taco Bell was delicious! Very fresh! However, the wait was horrendous, I waited almost 45 minutes for my food (I had to overstay my parking ticket and got a fine) and when I opened my bag in the car I was (negatively) surprised at the tiny portion size. At first I thought it was a mix-up and not my order because it looks completely different in the pictures. Unfortunately, both were disappointing.

The tacos 🌮 were as I remember soft 🌮 supreme. But the burrito was not as expected over priced small and full of rice. 7 layer burrito. Parking not easy. And expensive and lots of construction on the area so mess and more difficult to find the entrance. Do not know if I will return

For the people having trouble with their orders, I have cracked the code: You order | you receive Chicken -> beef Beef -> beans Big fries -> small fries Small fries -> no fries

I would go there again if this one remains the only taco bell on the entire planet. They have to change the name to Taco Hell for this shop.

The place was a little dirty and the service talks a lot and works little 🤨 the food is okay, but other Taco Bell are better and cheaper. In addition to that, they forgot things in the order and the waiting time for “fast food” was too long...

Finally a Taco Bell in Amsterdam! Visited once, it was also the last time. From the moment you walk in you get the feeling that you're unwelcome, the staff seemed annoyed that anyone actually wanted to order food. After a short wait our number was called and I went to grab the tray. As I picked it up the staff member behind the counter forced it back down by putting her hand on the tray, because someone else had misheard their number. Completely unreasonable reaction giving the feeling that we weren't trusted and were trying to take someone else's order. To complete the mess, no sauce packets were given. After going back to the counter to ask for packets we were handled as if we'd hidden the sauce and were looking for free extra packets. After making us walk back to the table to grab the receipt to prove we ordered sauce, the staff begrudgingly counted the amount of items we had ordered and gave exactly one sauce packet per item. It's SAUCE, not some expensive extra. We finished the meal quickly while some of the staff members on break loudly yelled and laughed at the next table while other customers were waiting for a place to sit. Absolutely terrible customer experience that ruined the excitement of visiting a Taco Bell in the Netherlands. I won't be returning. At least the food was tasty, although pretty small.

Why has the AC not been fixed since the last few MONTHS? I visit Tacobell regularly and every time it is soooo hot in there. NL weather is killing these days and I wonder what kind of a facility doesn't care about these basics? I feel for their employees who have to work in the kitchen in this extreme heat! But yeah understandable, since they don't care about the customers, I am sure they give a damn about their employees.

First ever trip to a Taco Bell and probably also the last. The self service ordering machine was out of paper, so no receipt. The staff messed up our order 3 times in a row. The staff seemed unfocused. The general atmosphere at the restaurant was lacking.

I gave 2 stars because of the 2 people who were on shift that evening. Seems like nobody manages this place. As you can see from the video, they had to shut the door to not let other customers in. But that's also not very safe.........2 people instead of 5, imagine what kind of food they will provide. I feel I had to do something to improve this unbelievable situation: either you shut the place or find more staff. Fast food? Not really.

In what world is this an acceptable size for a regular fry?! Ordered two and they were both barely full.

Bought 2 Taco's and they BOTH had hairs in them and we're cold from the get-go. As for the taste it was passable at best. This is as much as I expected from a place with these kind of reviews.

Portions are tiny, and taste is mediocre. Only good thing was the taste of guacamole, but it was like 1 tea spoon.

I recently had a taco and cesadila at this place. The food was actually tasty, however, in few hours had the worst food poisoning ever. Needed 3 days to recover, so I wouldn't go there ever again.

Literally the worst fast good chain in the world. Tasteless food without any spices or character. Half of my order went to the bin. Avoid.

4 people working.. Took them 20 minutes to prepare my order (1 meal + quesedilla). As I walked out they called me back to double check my order. When I got home I found out they gave me the wrong burrito. Fries were undercooked. Never again and I highly discourage you to try it.

Unfortunately I can’t review this on Uber since Taco Bell mysteriously “lost” the orders. We waited for almost two hours for our food to arrive via delivery only to be called by our delivery rider to tell us that Taco Bell “didn’t have our order” when he arrived at their restaurant. This has never happened with any other restaurant for us but the delivery rider told us that this is a common occurrence with Taco Bell. Do not order for delivery from here.

I think the workers there are not people, they are robots. We ordered 4 times and these are the statistics of our orders 100% of the orders were delivered with sth missing or wrong 75% of the orderes were delivered totally wrong (either for other people or instead of chicken they put meat or beans) I dont get how they make food, they need to hire a company to supervise how to make orders

Waiting for more than 40 minutes to get my order. The slowest service I have ever encountered in any fast food store. As you can see in the video there are more than 15 active orders, the phone is ringing and noone is in the kitchen. The lady in the kitchen is screaming for some reason.

TACKY BELL Worst experience in a Taco Bell. From ordering it took 27 minutes for the food to arrive. Food tray brought to the counter by a surly worker. No apologies for the time it had taken. Ordered a drink that was bottled but had the paper cup slammed down when I questioned the order, they did get the correct drink but after some eye rolling. The same worker then went to empty the rubbish bag where she took her gloves off, returned to the kitchen area put on a fresh pair then returned to move the rubbish bag to the back of the kitchen. Immediately returned with no hand washing or change of gloves and started to serve food. The worker on the left in the picture is the one in question, who in my honest opinion should change employment to a job that does not involve customer services, as her people skills are non existent nor should she work with food as her food handling skills leave a lot to be desired. The picture is right after taking out the rubbish. This location should be called Tacky Bell.
