Great food, friendly service, and a fun atmosphere! We grabbed a table and ordered through the mobile app, which was super smooth and easy to use. The chicken with mac and cheese was fantastic, and the moose was surprisingly flavorful. Overall, a great experience and definitely worth a visit.
I love this restaurant! The service is quick, and the food quality is outstanding. Everything I've tried has been amazing. I always eat here when I'm in the Star Wars area. The large indoor seating area is a great advantage, especially during the hot summer months in Florida when temperatures reach 100 degrees. The ambiance is great so if you are a big fan of Star Wars, you MUST come here.
Endorian Salad 14.99usd Tip Yip with Veggies 16.29usd Kaadu Rib 16.99usd Orders were done pretty fast. Can be hard to find a good seat inside during lunchtime especially on a got day. We were lucky though.
The food was delicious and taste unique. I really like the hot chicken and son loved the fries chicken. The place is clean and food looked fresh and well prepared. My only issue was with the portion. If it was a little more then it would be perfect. Still, I would come back for same dishes.
This place was surprisingly delicious! The food names threw us off, but when we got the food, it was soooooo good!!! We didn't wait long to get the food either. One of the best chicken salads I've ever had. And the fried chicken and mac n cheese also had great flavor. The atmosphere was very clean and we loved all the details. It felt like we were in a star wars village. Definitely eat here when you come. Im upset that i didn't get more pictures. 🤣♥️
This place was mega cool! Food was freaking da bomb! Drinks were delish! Kids absolutely loved the moof juice. If you are a Star Wars fan, this is a must try. If you have dining plan, this is the most expensive quick service at HS and they do not disappoint! Will be back for sure :) May the force be with you 🤙
Fun place to eat at Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge, Disneys Hollywood Studios. I had the Ronto Wrap which is a Roasted Pork, Grilled Pork Sausage, Peppercorn Sauce, and Tangy Slaw wrapped in Pita Bread and served with Yuca Fries topped with Aïoli Sauce It is only available after 3pm here. It’s very filling. The place has the best atmosphere if you love Star Wars.
Had a fun meal here after riding Rise of Resistance. Ribs were tender, fell off the bone, and just right amount of seasoning. Would recommend you use mobile order and grab a seat first due to limited space. Be mindful that restroom is a bi away and you may need google maps to get back. Great snack/mid day meal.
We did a mobile order pickup and was able to find a table in the meantime. Amazing theming in the restaurant and the food was equally great. The chicken rice dish was very tender and flavorful and so was the ribs that my husband ordered. Would definitely come back again for both the fun theme and the food. Disney didn’t disappoint :)
Update: Food was GREAT again and really felt like we were at outpost 7. Cast were amazing and drew us into the feel. Drinks were strong and worth the $$ Our son dropped my wife's $17.50 drink and not only did one staff member calm everyone down she helped clean up the mess while another team member replaced my wife's free of charge. AMAZING service.
Docking Bay was such a great place to stop and get some food. I would not recommend it for real little kids. All my nieces could really eat was some of the rice and chicken. My meal was delicious and had some really good spice to it. I ordered the Batuuan Beef with crispy topato. I would definitely go back and try some more of the other options. My sister ordered all of our food at once using the mobile ordering which made our food come out a lot quicker. It was chilly that week so we grabbed at table inside as soon as we saw people finishing up. There is a lot of space inside and outside.
Food and ambiance is amazing for a quick bite. They really build out the environment. That coupled with the thematic food plating really felt like the Star Wars world came to life. Staff here was also so helpful and nice. The stir fry was so so good. The beef was melt in your mouth. If you don't like super rich foods, beware. I liked the Poke, but wouldn't rec because the portion was way too small for $18.
This gem is located in the Star Wars section of Hollywood Studios in Disney World. You can either mobile order through the app or you can order at the counter. I HIGHLY recommend you order by mobile order and once it’s ready, you go up to the counter without a wait and pick up your food and find a spot to sit. We had the Smoked Kaadu Pork Ribs that came with a blueberry cornbread muffin and red cabbage slaw. It was a very good and filling meal! The meal was around $17 not including a drink, but I promise that’s one of the cheaper meals at Disney. Definitely check it out when you stop by this section of Disney because the food is great, the decor and building are amazing, and the staff stay in character as if they are smugglers!
The food here is surprisingly good. The beef roast is definitely worth trying. The adult cocktails are also really good if you are looking for something refreshing. I would recommend using the Disney app and placing mobile orders as this place can get busy and from my experience mobile orders will get you served faster.
Atmosphere alone would almost solidify a 5 star, yet the service and food quality sealed the deal. I was looking forward to trying ronto roasters but they were closed and directed us to docking bay 7 to grab one. I'm so happy we did - we had a group of 13 including 7 kids so having a menu to choose from was perfect. The ronto wrap lived up to the hype - essentially a foot long juicy hot dog with fresh slaw and a warm pita. It was perfect. We tried everything on the menu, my son loved the ribs (very messy so grab napkins!). The chips were even tasty, and a giant cup of soda to go with it.
Came here because I was intrigued about the theme. I had the Smoked Kaadu Pork Ribs and my wife got the Endorian Chicken Tip Yip. The ribs were very tasty and satisfying. The chicken was like two pieces of chicken nuggets, so that was a little disappointing compared to the ribs. I also had the Surly Sarlaac cocktail, and it was fruity and flavorful. The theming is very nice and should be appreciated by any Star Wars fan. Glad to have come here.
This restaurant is another must for Star Wars fans. My fiancé and his family took me here to stop for a bite while exploring a galaxy far, far away! The restaurant itself is beautiful constructed down to the minute detail. Different hidden speakers throughout the place play Star Wars ambience, ship take off sounds and alien chatter, to really immerse you while you dine. The food here is also pretty special! I got the Fried Endorian Tip Yip with the Mac and Cheese, and it was delicious and filling. The dishes come styled like you would see in the films, and I also got the collectible Star Wars spork (which came with a fabric bag with Aurebesh written on it to store it in). My fiancé got their Smoked Kaadu Pork ribs, and they were tender and delicious. All of the food screams Star Wars! I would definitely recommend dropping by here if you’re looking for a good place to sit down and eat some Star Wars food!
Amazing quality and Service, came in Hungry and got the Peka Tuna Poke and wow! This has to be in my Top 5 for Poke Bowls, Extremely exotic and Unique definitely fits the Star Wars theme! Got my food very fast The poke bowl has Raw Tuna, Spicy Sriracha Dressing, Green Papaya Salad, Pickled Mushrooms, Fresh Herbs, and Crispy Garlic and oh my Lord it was delicious. It was tangy, zesty, and the Green Papaya Salad had a sharp bite to it. I 1000% recommend this place, if you want something exotic and unusual, I'll be back for sure!!
Star Wars land is the place to eat in Hollywood studios. Docking by seven offers a couple of excellent skillet style plates. My party tried the chicken salad which has a nice little zest of curry and was quite tender and juicy. Ordering is on mobile only via the Disney app for the moment. Fun ambience.
I really like the food here, it’s creative and my favorite quick eat at Hollywood Studios, a must come for this place. I usually get the beef bowl, which is really good. Though the latest time I got the poke bowl, which was cold and the tuna had a texture that was not to my liking. Still good overall, and highly recommend.
Randomly picked this option and I'm so glad we did. Super authentic atmosphere, from the cafeteria trays and mess hall routine to the decor and ambient sounds. Had the only vegetarian option and was impressed at how flavorful, filling and unique it was. Savory, spicy and with lots of texture variety. Honestly loved the whole experience.
This is a fun dining location, especially if you're looking for something you won't find anywhere besides Batuu. Their pot roast, though still pot roast, has unique flavor combinations with the kale and mushroom pasta it sits on and the slaw on top of it, and it's in a fun little bowl with handles like it was cooked in it. I especially liked the Batuu Bon, which is a dessert with fun spacey colors on top, and hardened chocolate on the bottom. In the center there's chocolate cake on the bottom and mousse on top. There's a lemony sauce that garnishes it, and what you get is a unique treat you won't find anywhere else. If you're looking for something different but still tasty and familiar enough, and in a themed environment, this is the place to go in the park. Oh, and the indoor seating looks like a real outer space docking bay, but I also recommend the little outdoor seating area nearby. It's quaint and oretty, with wooden booths, tables, and a stone bar around a tree with lanterns on it, and on the outside is slightly ruined stone architecture. It's pretty and atmospheric and the perfect place to relac with a cold drink if you need to slow down during your trip to batuu and feel a little more in nature than in the industrial landscape.
This restaurant is a good option if you're looking for in-park quick service that's a little different from the standard fare that's offered at most quick service places. The atmosphere is fun to look around and appreciate the details while you eat. I highly suggest mobile ordering ahead of time to avoid standing in line.
I've been to Docking Bay 7 several times since it opened and I have always had a great experience. The drinks and food are on point. The servers are in the spirit of being on Batuu. They have free self serve water station inside with lots of inside and outside seating options. I really wanted a Ronto Wrap but Rontos was closed and I was pleasantly surprised to discover the Ronto Wrap was served at Docking Bay 7 after 3 pm. I had forgotten how meaty this wrap was. Also severed with plantain chips.
Went for breakfast and everything was good. I loved the Bright Suns Morning platter. It was made with Three-Cheese Egg Bite, Pork Sausage, Purple Potato Hash and a Mini Mustafarian Lava Roll. It cost $10.99 plus tax. Everything was well-seasoned and flavorful. The sausage had an excellent snap and the lava roll is the best thing created in my opinion. It is basically a super up cinnamon roll.
We mobile ordered the Batuuan Beef and the Spicy Tip Yip both with Mac and cheese. Both were very flavorful! I also ordered the Surly Sarlacc and really enjoyed it! Definitely the place to go if you want something other than tater tots, burgers, and basic American food. Cast members were super friendly and made sure our table was cleared of all finished plates! Probably one of the best quick service restaurants in Disney! Cast members were also interactive with my toddler! He wanted to push the “buttons” behind the counter so one of the “pushed” the button for him.
Pretty good food, the brisket was a little dry, fresh and got the job done. The sides were alright, except the Mexican street corn, which was the best side out of all. The starting salad was amazing, easily one of the best dishes at the restaurant. The rest of the meal was great, and i would only get the chocolate pie dessert, which still is not what i would call the “best” Overall, the food was great, the atmosphere was amazing and there was a waiter every time we needed something. Would/will come again!
Docking Bay 7 has imaginative menu items and decent sized portions. A very fun and delicious dining experience awaits hearty travelers.
Loved the poke bowl. It was a fantastic choice for a hot day! We mobile ordered and the staff was super attentive and quick (which is normal for Disney World). Tables were cleared quickly but we weren't rushed. On top of good food it is also a good place to get out of the heat and reapply sunscreen
If you're a Star Wars fan, this is the place for you. The aesthetics of the restaurant were great and really makes you feel like you're in a galaxy far far away. I had the Bantuuan Beef and Topato Stir Fry was delicious. The service was good and pretty swift and although it was a packed house, we found a place to sit outside pretty quickly. Definitely a must try for fellow members of Resistance.
Title: "A Stellar Star Wars Feast! - Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo Review" Review: I recently had the most delightful dining experience at Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo within Disney's Hollywood Studios, and I just had to share my excitement! As a Star Wars fan, this themed restaurant took me on a culinary journey through the galaxy while providing impeccable service and delicious dishes. I was impressed with the attention to detail from the moment I arrived. There was no wait time, and an enthusiastic employee outside the restaurant greeted me warmly. He helped me navigate the menu, ensuring I found a dish that perfectly suited my preferences: the Pirjanad Hot Chicken Tip Yip - Gluten/Wheat Allergy-Friendly. It was a delectable blend of Crispy Chicken glazed in a Spicy Chipotle Sauce, served with White Rice and a Relish of Sweet Corn, Shishito Peppers, Jicama, Plantains, and Cilantro. The flavors were simply out of this world! The restaurant's Star Wars-themed atmosphere made me feel like I had entered the galaxy. The beloved franchise thoughtfully influenced the seating, decoration, and music, immersing me in a fantastic experience. The staff was accommodating and courteous, ensuring I had everything I needed throughout my meal. One of the highlights of my experience was the lightning-fast service. My mouthwatering dish was served in less than five minutes, leaving ample time to explore the rest of the park and enjoy every moment of my day. Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo truly embodies the spirit of Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge. The themed setting and delicious dishes, inspired by different planets, make for an unforgettable dining adventure. Whether you're a Star Wars enthusiast or just looking for a unique and delicious dining experience, Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo is the place to be. Don't miss out on this intergalactic culinary journey! Remember to make reservations, especially during peak times, to ensure you secure a spot in this working hangar bay in the Black Spire Outpost on Batuu. In conclusion, my visit to Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo was an unforgettable experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Disney's Hollywood Studios. The restaurant offers an out-of-this-world gastronomic adventure with friendly staff, quick service, and an ambiance that transports you to the Star Wars universe. May the force be with you as you embark on your epic culinary journey at Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I think this place serves the best theme park at Disney. To start, the atmosphere is excellent! It feels like you are immersed in the movie. Though self-service, the service is pretty quick, and you can always pre-order through the app. Regarding the food, not only is the menu constantly changing and adding seasonal items, but the food is tasty and different from your traditional theme park food. The ingredients tasted fresh, and they gave you real plates, knives, and forks. Overall, this is an excellent place if you are looking for a quick, good meal. However, the prices are higher than in other places in the park.
My family of five ate dinner here tonight and we’re all extremely impressed. My wife raved about the Batuuan beef and I absolutely loved the Felucian Falafel. I would totally eat here again!
It is my favorite place to eat in Hollywood studios. They have great food, nice atmosphere, great location in the heart of Star Wars universe. Falafel is pretty reasonable but what I liked a lot was batuuan beef with topato (yuca) - this was super delicious. Also good desert. Decorations inside are very cool. Last year they had vegetarian meatballs that were amazing but this year I don’t see them anymore unfortunately.
Great spot for a quick bite for lunch or dinner. Location is truly immersive into Star Wars' world, love all the details around. It is a busy location but there is space to sit inside and outside. Can either Mobile order or wait in line. Regular lines are usually long, I opted for mobile check in and it was quick and efficient. The food was very good. I got the Felucian Kefta and Hummus Garden Spread which was very tasteful with lots of different flavors and spices. My daughter got the kid's meal Fried Chicken Tip Yip Youngling meal and she enjoyed it. Very fulfilling. Would definitely recommend to eat here!
Vegetarians Delight! The future is here and plant based delicious dishes are on show. The outstanding meatball dish was beyond all expectations. Shrimp dish was excellent. You can order an adult size even though it reads as a dish on the kids menu. Spaghetti with meat sauce was great considering the location. Environment is some of Disney’s best work. Really a great place to eat.
This eatery is completely immersed in the Star Wars universe of Galaxy’s Edge, serving up galactic themed goodies quick service style. We used the Disney app to order in advance while we were in line for a ride and it worked out well. All we had to do was go pick it up at the counter no long waits in line (and the line was long). There’s indoor and outdoor seating but not as much of either as they really need. Getting a table took some strategic planning. We ended up in the outdoor seating (thankfully shaded since it was almost 90 degrees outside). I would rank the food overall as better than average with my spicy beef stir fry dish being the one everyone tried to sneak bites of. The plain chicken with Mac n cheese was just alright - nothing special but good for picky or non-adventurous eaters. The chipotle spiced version on the other hand was a winner, excellent flavor and not crazy hot. The cocktail was tasty and refreshing, I got the blue one. Not too sweet. Also not a lot of alcohol, I could barely taste it and didn’t feel it much either. I would definitely eat here again. Prices are on a par with any other quick service sit down in Disney parks. Definitely recommend ordering ahead to save time.
Great sit down area in Galaxy's edge. The place is fantastic and highly detailed, there is a variety of different seating. If you can't see a place to sit down try the side room with the large automatic sliding doors! The food tastes really great and is well prepared for a counter service restaurant. Everything I had was delicious and the portion sizes were spot on! I would recommend going here for lunch. Their breakfast is a little lackluster in comparison. Instead head to Ronto's Roasters for that!
I was PLEASANTLY surprised at how much my friend and I enjoyed our lunch here. Neither of us had been and we weren't sure what to expect but I'm so glad we gave it a try! I had the pot roast and it was the perfect serving size for lunch, delicious, and not too heavy of a meal. My friend had the chicken salad, which I tasted, and it was also fantastic and refreshing. This place is what I wanted from Satu'li Canteen but didn't get; elevated theme park food that was refreshing and not heavy for lunch. Highly recommend!
Great Starwars place to get a satisfying light lunch! 👌 Interesting menu item names. Pleasantly surprised with the food. Good for you and very tasty! Chicken chunks crispy on the outer side and tender within. Beef was very tender. The Starwars decor and waitstaff uniforms were cast perfect. They were alert and available if needed. Fun surroundings!
By far the best quick service restaurant in all of Disney world parks. Food is very unique and having the Star Wars theme atmosphere while dining, makes it feel like we are in the Star Wars universe. I’ve been to this location 3 times so far, and the food has been very consistent. Having real plates and metal silverware is a plus. Considering most quick service locations only give plastic eating utensils. Overall if you love food and Star Wars, you have to check this place out.
The perfect quick style restaurant. This is what I want when I come to Disney. It does feel like a little hole in the wall serving up comfort food to weary travelers. I had the Poke and it was great, I tried the beef and the spicy chicken, both were good too. I like the mix of odd themed foods and more safe choices for picky eaters.
Phenomenal food, I had the ribs and they had such a perfect flavor. The mousse was nice and refreshing. Seating was limited, but not the resteraunt's fault since we went on such a busy day. Great stop for our larger group of seven!
Docking Bay 7 is a truly immersive experience in Galaxy's Edge. The theming is pretty sweet, making you feel like you're dining in a real-life cargo bay from star wars. The food is decent, the portions are fair, but you have to like flavor to enjoy the food. The real highlight is the incredible atmosphere. It's a must-visit for any Star Wars fan looking for a unique meal and fun.
Honestly the only downside I can say is the price per portion. The food was great and the service was lightning quick. The atmosphere was on par with what I expect from Disney (high quality and detailed). It’s a good choice when you’re short on time, especially if you use the mobile app.
Docking Bay 7 offers a truly immersive experience in Galaxy's Edge. The theming is incredible, making you feel like you're dining in a real-life cargo bay. The food is decent, but the real highlight is the incredible atmosphere. It's a must-visit for any Star Wars fan looking for a unique meal.
Really immersion atmosphere and musical and great cast! Food was not bad, although the chicken was a bit spicy, but compared to other foods at the park, this is really another level. Really recommend you to eat this compared to the other park food
Nice place to take a break and get out of the heat for a few minutes. There is a large indoor area with air conditioning, as well as a smaller outdoor courtyard. I tried the Endorian tip yip, which is basically a chicken tender with some bland mac and cheese. Like the rest of Galaxy's Edge though, it's more about taking in the incredible amount of decor. You can get a souvenir frog sipper cup that lights up for $15 or so.
This was a nice place to escape the heat of Batuu for a bit and eat some food from other planets. It's all a counter service ploy, with pretty fast output of food, and there is a literal ton of seating options. So after many hours wandering around DHS, we popped in, got some food, grabbed a stool, and relaxed, laying some sabacc. We ordered and shared a Ronto Wrap (Roasted Pork, Grilled Pork Sausage, Peppercorn Sauce, and Tangy Slaw wrapped in Pita Bread and served with a side of Chips). Not gonna win any awards, but it was mighty tasty and much needed. The pita is big enough to hold all the toppings, soft enough to be delicious, and actually surprisingly filling. There are two meats on there. Not sure why. But the sausage is the star of the show here, with a nice, snappy bite with each bite you take. The peppercorn sauce, you won't even know it's peppercorn, but the slaw is quite nice. Heavy meats need fresh veg to counteract that heavy fatness. All wrapped up in a wonderful little sandwich thing. I'll take it. I'll take two. Overall, nothing wrong with this place. Come on by.
There was hardly anyone here when we came at 730 pm on a friday night. This restaurant is available for mobile ordering bur we didnt do that and still walked in with no line. However right after us there was a large crowd of people. Great seating stations. Hummus and meatballs (veggie) was a large platter and reasonable priced. The ribs were plentiful and filling but more expensive. The most expensice dish is the poke. Alcoholic drinks okay priced but beer was nearly the same price. Will be back to try other things.
Ordered the pork ribs and tuna poke to go. We really enjoyed both meals, but I would especially recommend the pork ribs that came with the blueberry corn muffin! The poke might be more of an acquired taste since it was quite saucy. The portion size and price was quite good considering that it's Disney.
We were starving and wanted to continue trying new foods from around the parks. We were actually pleasantly surprised. Again, way better than puffy pizza, chicken nuggets and burgers from around the park. I would absolutely recommend this spot if you are looking for non traditional park foods. Batuuan Beef Pot Roast - cooked very well, fork tender beef with great flavor. The Pasta with the wilted kale and mushrooms is fantastic. I’m not really a mushroom person, but the pan sauce and amount of veggies put into the side dish was outstanding. The veg really helped to break up the richness of the beef. Smoked Kaadu Pork Ribs - Half rack of baby back ribs with a cabbage slaw. Ours was a little overcooked but when mixed with the slaw it was good. Roasted Endorian Chicken salad - little heavy on the dressing, but a great mix of lettuce leaves and toppings.
Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo: quick service restaurant, offers breakfast lunch and dinner options. I ordered the sticky smoked rib. It originally comes with coleslaw and cornbread, but I'm not a big fan of cornbread so they kindly offered a substitute of Mac and cheese for me. The meat was tender, falls of bone easily, great teriyaki-like bbq sauce coating. We ordered both desserts, and they were surprisingly pretty good. I really liked the Oi-oi puff because it was a nice small puff with sweet sour raspberry cream filling inside. I was also really surprised by the fact that they really stepped it up for the nice plating of the desserts even it's a quick service restaurant. Smoked Kaduu Ribs - $16.99 Batuu-Bon - $6.99 Oi-oi Puff - $6.49
Accepting DDP and quite worth to use it here! We were surprised at how fast the service despite it was quite crowded. we had the spicy chicken and Batuaan beef. It was the perfect serving size for lunch, not too heavy and delicious. Don’t underestimate the SPICINESS of the chicken, wouldn’t recommend for kids for sure. 🌶️🌶️🌶️ We can definitely recommend Docking Bay 7 over Satu'li Canteen!
While I found the immersive Star Wars ambience super cool, this place's food fell flat in my opinion, but I guess I got the wrong thing. Id stick with Ronto Roasters. I ordered the Kashykk salad and got a big bowl of arugula with 3 pieces of potato and 2 slices of brisket. Quite disappointing for the price. The Moof Juice was good, not mind blowing but good! Still, my family loved their food and so I'll give it a benefit of a doubt! If they like their food, it is not as bad as some of the other QS restaurants in Disney and a safer bet. Worth it for the ambience if you're a Star Wars need.
We aren’t fine diners, but we like good, well prepared food at a fair price. We dislike cheap, flavourless, overpriced food. As such we didn’t hold much hope for dining at Hollywood Studios. After some research we settled on lunch at this restaurant. Considering its location inside a Disney park, we were pleasantly surprised. We both had the braised beef with yuca and vegetables and for mass made, fast food we were impressed. It was very tasty, despite the menu choices being a bit weird. The price was acceptable, again considering this is a braised beef dish, and inside a Disney park.
Again, I premise this review based on the fact that Disney food is made for the masses, meaning there's an unmistakable 'pre made' aspect of ordering here. That said, this place was pretty good - better I would say than most Disney fast food places. Definitely make a reservation for the time you'd like to actually 'sit down'. The food selection was somewhat Asian-ish, with the Poke more resembling Thai Papaya Salad, not bad. Asian with a twist, I call it. The ribs weren't obviously the best ribs I've had ever, but for Disney, it's pretty decent. Better than the dry rub BBQ ribs in the United States over at Epcot. The beauty about Disney fast food is, well...it's fast. Hence the pre made aspect is a given. The Asian Fusion nature of the menu is a great alternative to the mundane hamburger/cheeseburger and fries selections at other Disney food kiosks.
Did a mobile order for here. We got some chicken dish, the kids size of it. It was like one giant chicken nugget, broccoli and some rice with Sprite on the side. It wasn't very memorable and probably not what we should've gone for. At least the theming of this place is pretty nice. There's also plenty of seating and somewhere to refill our water bottles.
My sister and I came to eat here because we looked at the menu beforehand and thought that the Endorian Fried Chicken Tip Yip sounded good. The description was crispy chicken served with macaroni and cheese and roasted harvest vegetables. The crispy chicken was disappointing. When I saw "fried chicken" on the menu, I was expecting a piece of fried chicken of some sort, but it was more like a giant chicken nugget that tasted very processed and cheap. The macaroni and cheese was very similar to a boxed Velveeta mac and cheese, which was also disappointing. The vegetables were strange. We left the meal disappointed. The environment and atmosphere itself is very cool, though. Even the card readers are Star Wars themed. The furniture and decorations were great and very immersive. The food was not worth it for the price, though. For a quick-service restaurant, our meal was over $16 and the portions were also very small for what we paid.
A pretty underwhelming visit. One cashier serving a queue that almost ran out the door, so a long wait to order. Perhaps to encourage mobile ordering, perhaps to keep overheads down and profit high. A second cashier eventually attended, but not a great customer experience. The food offering is somewhat contrived , and whilst seeming trying to offer something a bit different to the usual fare, and more in keeping with the otherworldly theme, the end result is a bit of a mess. Objectively, our Felucian Falafel and Pirjanad Tip Yip were lukewarm, and dried out, and the KM Takodana dippers came with crisps more suited to 18th century naval vessels. As is the case in many of the eateries, the overall aesthetic is overshadowed by the bustle, noise and search for seating, which sucks any joy out of the experience.
I want to give more stars but the food is disgusting and over priced. Best place to dine in for the atmosphere but the food is really bad. The kids Mac and cheese was flavorless, kiddo wouldn't touch it. The only part of the meal that tasted good was the chicken. It was fun to try, but not something I would choose to eat again. The salad was nasty. Didn't get more than 2 bites down. Really great venue but needs an updated menu.
The food was good and had unique flavors. Even though it is more of a quick service restaurant, staff continually checked that we had everything we needed as they cleaned tables and put away used utensils etc. Portions are on the smaller side. We ate lunch there, not sure if dinner portions are larger but definitely don't leave there feeling stuffed. Neither will your wallet😄
The food here was kind of weird and the portion was small (at least for the meat). Some of the meal tasted bland, while other parts like the corn and cabbage had a strong taste I did not enjoy. It is to be noted that this is in the Star Wars area, so it is slightly weird to stick with the theme. The service was average for a Disney World Quick service resturant. I will say though that this is a great place to relax and escape from the chaos that is everyone at Disney World. The outdoor seating here is peaceful, and feels secluded, even though it is right by the walkway and you can still watch when characters walk by. We even sat here one day just to have a break even when we did not order anything.
La comida en general bien. La atención regular, tirando a mal, 40 min para pedir porque solo hay una caja abierta. La decoración en línea con todo lo de Disney, genial.
Cool concept, poor execution. This spot is a mixed bag. We’ve been to Docking Bay 7 several times. The only entree worth getting is the Batuuan beef. Both Tip Yip dishes are glorified giant chicken nuggets with box mac & cheese except the breading was not a good as McDonald’s. If you like spicy tuna sushi rolls and have never had Poke before then you’ll love the Peka Tuna Poke… however if you Have had poke at any of the plethora of Poke upstarts then you will be seriously underwhelmed. The theming of the dinning area is spectacular! Issue is there’s not enough of it. A gate keeper at the door keeps you out until your mobile order is ready but once you get your hot food your left to wander around trying to find a table…often already taken by people who don’t have their food yet. And if it raining then you’re soggy toast. (Nothing like trying to enjoy a $100 meal with your family huddling on wet tables under a leaky sun shade).
Can’t recommend. Use to be good. Lately the ribs are chewy and covered with sauce so much. They’re trying to mask the meat quality. The veggies have been undercooked. I wouldn’t go near it with the $30 it costs.
The place looks awesome that's why they get a 2 star. But let me get straight to the food. This food was straight doo doo. Even the vegetarian option. I would not suggest the chicken tenders. They are 2 massive McDonald's Chicken Nuggets with macaroni and broccoli. They are small plates of nothing. I would suggest a different place immediately. Sorry I got my hopes up for this place and went straight to Google maps to write a review. Come into the place look around but do not spend your money here. Overpriced McDonald's food.If you do come here. Get the ribs or the Organge chicken
As a celiac I received so many recommendations for this place from other celiacs. I spoke to the allergy chef and decided on the ronto wrap which came out cold and stale and ended I up being glutened(gluten/wheat in the food). So the whole rest of my Disney trip was spent sick to my stomach. This was a week and a half ago and I’m just now recovering. I do not recommend eating here for any food allergies it is not worth it.
