This is a great spot to hang out after a long day (not too long, of course!) Being that it's a new locale, it does tend to get packed, and while it may *look* crowded, their friendly staff will actually come to you if need be. So please, if you come here, be nice, be courteous, but above all, behave. It's Chic Fil A - what more should be said? The food is great, the service is quick and organized, and the location is fine. Just heed the lines, and you'll be fine.
They were pretty fast and extremely nice. If you are in the downtown miami area and want chic fila i would definitely recommend this location over the location at nw 1st ave and 6th st because they are friendlier faster and the food is right and hot.
Quick and friendly service and staff My only issue, when I ordered my milkshake on the app it showed a medium size cup. When I received my item (which only comes in one size) it wasn't a rather small cup. For the price of the milkshake it should have at least been in a large cup.

of all of the chick-fil-a that i’ve been to, this is the best one by far. it just runs so smoothly and so seemingly effortless that you don’t really get the sense that it’s going to take long. they whittled down a line of about 15 people within the span of like 3 minutes. that’s impressive. the staff is super friendly and everyone just seems happy. the food was great and came out super fast.
This place is amazing. It’s amazing how the quality remains so great despite being so busy. Today there was a slight mix up with my order and the manager Thomas Overby went out of his way to apologize, solved the issue quickly and invited me back for breakfast on him. What a great establishment and organization.

I've been to numerous fast food restaurants around the country, never before have I had the opportunity to place my order before getting to the cash register. This was great because the queue was VERY long! My order was ready quickly! I also noticed an staff member assisting a dine-in guest with their trash after they were done eating,but still sitting there. A very nice staff member helped me get some napkins. I didn't want to get up and lose my seat. Place was very busy. I've never seen better service at a fast food place. Keep it up! Thank you, I'm really grateful and appreciative. (99.9% of fast food places pretty much ignore you once you get your food. This place is very different. It's nice!)
On this day I was on school field trip I felt very welcomed. We had about 20 people. Yet they got down to business very quickly. When I sat down to enjoy my food. I was asked by a worker if I needed extra sauce, refill or just anything I needed. I didn’t expect that though. The service and atmosphere was so nice.
Definitely one lf the best fast food experiences. The long queue got handled by staff with a portable tablet to oeder the food so you can just pay and pick up your food. After paying the wait was about a minute and we got our food, sat down and after some minutes another staff member came by and asked if everything was alright. Great experience overall!! Food tasted quote good.
The attention to detail and customer service her exceeded my expectations. Chick fil A is known for their good service to customers but I have to admit the way we were treated was beyond standard. Food was quick and service was efficient. There was a lady in gray shirt that was going the extra mile and making sure everything was going smoothly, and sure it was. What a great experience I had here, I genuinely hope it stays as efficient as it currently is.

At 31 years old, I finally tried Chick-fil-A for the first time, and it didn't disappoint! The chicken and sauces were delicious. Although the staff's friendliness seemed a bit suspicious, I'll definitely be back for more! 😁

By far one of the best service experiences for the amount of traffic in this restaurant. Jasmine at the register not only greeted well but also dealt with a difficult order with a smile and grace. Carla, and I'm hoping I'm getting her name right was just the icing on the cake when she brought the meal out to the table. Smiling and with that Chick-fil-A signature if "my pleasure ". Then out of nowhere came Anthony just to make sure all wass well. This is the most obvious reason this franchise is demolishing all other brands and fast food locales. Bravo and thank you.
Giving a belated thank you to this location for being our home away from home for the month we were in Miami while our baby girl healed up at Jackson Memorial NICU. We were so impressed with the staff, the location and the service that we can’t express our gratitude enough! We came for breakfast, lunch and dinner as often as we could - a quick walk from the Ronald Mcdonald house or the hospital. I’ll never forget the one night that we came in and that was the first night of the game night - it was such a nice break for us and I wished our local Chick-fil-a would do this! It was our final dinner before we brought our girl home and I hope we can bring her to this location one day.

The thing that stands out the most upon entering this establishment is its stellar customer service. The staff is so cheerful and kind that it spills over onto the customers. They, too, have no choice but to be friendly and considerate to each other. The lines were short. The tea/lemonade drink was not good at all. It was too strong with not enough sugar. The chicken sandwich was cooked to perfection! Nice and tender meat between soft, warm buns. Chef's kiss! The fries were nice and soft with the perfect amount of salt. The staff was patient when placing orders. The restaurant could definitely be kept cleaner but it wasn't filthy by any means. And it's at a great location near the water.

I had the most beautiful experience with Damaya right before my birthday. I mentioned to her it was coming up and she went and retrieved the cutest card for me. She was so friendly, prompt with our order, huge smile and of course, the food was amazing. For such a busy location, it runs really well. They function as a team, kudos to the manager, EXCELLENT job! Everyone appears happy and friendly and their meals are some of the freshest I’ve had at a Chick Fil A. Highly recommend 😊

The place was full but they were really fast with my order. The woman who brought my order to the table was very nice and the and the man (i think was the manager) who sorted out the dishes to throw away was very kind. Overall, the staff is quite attentive.
On our last trip to Miami my daughter hounded me non-stop for 2 days about Chick-fil-A. I decided to finally give in... I wasn't disappointed! This honestly could be the best service I have received at a fast food restaurant. The place was busy but the staff were on point. I went here as I’ve never been here before. This chick Filet is on River road near a shopping center. I but I ordered the four chicken strips, the 12 chicken nuggets and a spicy chicken sandwich. All were very tasty. I really liked the spicy chicken sandwich. This was very filling and I had to finish the nuggets the next day. It’s fairly packed here as most in Miami are. Very good service
The parking situation for Chick-fil-A feels like taking a gamble on your life. This location is on the corner of a very busy intersection. The fact that the only parking available is street parking, you have to gamble your life crossing the street. You will have no problem if you live on-site. Service is extremely fast and most often I get my order without any mishaps. If you have time, take your food and eat right next to the river. It’s a lovely view of the Miami River.
Parking here sucked. They blocked off the drop-off area and you are forced to pay for parking on a sketchy side street. I am not sure what people with physical disabilities are supposed to do without blocking traffic to exit their vehicle. However, I am not sure if/how these spots are being monitored or who is issuing citations. However, to avoid this problem, stay out of Miami. I would NEVER go there unless absolutely necessary.
I ordered a sunjoy drink and top was not sealed couldn't drink it
With no fault of the workers this location was really hard to park at & run in. We are from our of town & my husband had to drop me off at a light & circle around until I got the order. The staff made sure I had everything I needed & were working hard inside.
I come to this particular Chick-fil-A a lot. Like an unhealthy amount of times. Everything about this location is perfect. My only small discrepancy is the wait time. Sometimes I feel like it takes a long while to order, but also it takes a while to actually get the food. Like even when it's not busy I feel like the wait is kind of longer than it should be. Seems like at this location they prioritize Uber eats orders over take out.
I tried to call to explain that the chickfila biscuit was missing but my call was forwarded to voicemail. My gf picked this up while I was at work and did not check the bag unfortunately. If I could just get a refund to the app or points for a free chickfila biscuit that would be perfect.
Well, Chick-fil-A (CFA), IMO, has been the top of the fast food restaurants. Their employees are well trained. They seemed to know what to do in several situations. My orders rarely are wrong. So if I have to eat fast food and one is close by, I would pick CFA.
I ordered the nuggets at dinner time and got the breakfast ones that are sweet. Not a fan. Really like the passion mango tea they have. I ordered a large meal so I could have a large drink only to be handed a small cup because apparently the “seasonal” tea can’t be put in a large cup. SMH
Love eating chik fil a any time I have extra cash to treat myself. Yesterday morning I ordered my breakfast, which apparently before ten the payment is thru DoorDash. My food was delivered and missing both side options (HashBrowns) . Since I ordered thru the app I was able to use my points for one of them. Everyone knows DoorDash has multiple fees . So not receiving my meals complete made me very upset. I lost out on money, food, and my Chik Fil A points!!! I Want My Points Back!!!! The associates couldn’t help and the number online didn’t work. Just unsatisfactory on all parts. The associates must pay more attention to delivery orders.
I've never experienced anything but 5 stars from CFA but this time it happened. Service was very slow, my sandwich was dry and the building wasn't the cleanest place I've been. Still better than McD, though!

I work right next door to this location and yes, I know it is fast food, but they screw up my order at least 1/3 of the time. I don’t have special orders, I don’t ask for freebies, I just want what I order and pay for. Today, they charged my case d but canceled by order. Then the lady manger on duty said it was my “fault” that my card was as charged and my order not prepared.
this is my go to cfa but lately these past few months they always mess up my orders... and when I ask the employees they either brush me off or hesitate to fix my order 😭😭 the food is still good though no complaints on that
By far the worst experience I've ever had customer service wise. This chick fil a will find a way to screw up the order or make things late. $700 catering order late after giving driver & manager specific instructions. Take out order missing 2 items. Mind you I work in the healthcare industry & they did nothing to help accommodate people not having their meals that day & just offer you a free sandwich for another day that's not even of value to what they left off the order. They will never get my business again
Absolutely disgusting. Just left the location after speaking with the manager. Had two full fake lash strips with glue at the bottom of my fries. As if someone left them there purposefully or to make patrons get sick. I feel sick. A lot of professionals from nearby hospitals come here and to provide this kind of filth is unacceptable. Spoke to the manager who said they’ll check cameras but we will see if there is any follow up. Like what can you do besides get a refund? This just breaks consumer trust. They continue to take the money of hard working people and provide garbage and dishonesty in return.
Normally have a good experience here but today not so much. Tried to get breakfast and was told they ran out of hashbrowns and was told they only had fries and I would have to pay a uncharge for it. The staff was too busy in side conversations with other staff members to give out all the drinks at one time. I had to get the attention of another worker to finish giving the rest of the stuff. I don't think it is fair to be charging someone for something that did not want for breakfast just because you ran out of inventory and the managerbeing nasty about the information too. I will have to rethink about coming to this location if the people are going to be acting this way to customers.
If I could give a zero I would my husband had emergency neuro surgery March 26 he’s now on solid foods this morning he wanted a chicken biscuit after not eating for 2 weeks I order at 10:10am pickup at 10:34am the order is not ready and they are not serving breakfast any more and hell no I dnt speak Spanish, which no one spoke English. And of course I have to wait for my refund 2-3 days

Carolina and the manager (also female, not sure of the name) were extremely rude. I received my doordash order incomplete, when i asked the doordasher to please go pick up the rest he offered. At the restaurant they told him that it had to be me picking up the order. I called to complain the manager laughed in my face and Carolina also put me on hold and when she picked it up, she said “that’s how our store works.” They are extremely rude and were not helpful at all regarding the situation. Wouldn’t be surprised if this were to happen again.
Place an order on the Chick-fil-A app and they use DoorDash for delivery they never deliver our order they left it somewhere else we called DoorDash. Morning service sucks real bad order online 30 minutes and still waiting on my food
Not all my experiences but today I got my order as usual for lunch and my order was horrible… saggy cold fries, old bread, old vegetables….. I order often form this location and can’t blame the driver who delivered my food bc is literally 0.2 mi of distance. Looks like I was given leftovers… nasty Pointing I called the manager she was professional and able to understand me as a client. Thank you for your time and customer service.
Went at 10:40 pm on Thursday. Says open to 11:00 pm on website and online. Woman working said they were closed and would not take any orders. 1 Star as I know they were open they just decide to close early. Not the Chick-fil-A way!

I don't really go and do reviews but this is the 3rd time this exact chick fil a restaurant messed up my order so I'm sick and tired with this place. They will forget your sauces and put the wrong thing in your food.. AND DO NOT!!! I REPEAT!!! DO NOT UBER EATS FROM THIS PLACE. This is when they will definitely mess up your order.
Although I enjoy Chick-fil-A, I find it ridiculous that this location doesn't "fully claim" to be of Chick-fil-A just because they're attached to the train station. In other words, you can't use your points or even gain points from this location. It's such a disservice and really just takes away the experience from recurring customers who use the app. I won't be coming back to this location because it's the equivalent of an airport-version of any restaurant, where you can't use/gain points or scan the app.

Very unorganized. Lots of employees but the orders take too long. I know the location is new. But they need training urgently. They don’t verify the order. Always missing something. I’m a fan of Chick-fil-A but this location has the worst customer service. From bad to worst. Lack of common sense. I ordered a salad and specify the dressing. Guess what? No dressing, no fork. How I suppose to eat my salad? I’m still a fan but not if this location. I go here since is close to my work. But I’ll be looking for a other options. The employees needs training urgently and the managers as well.
I ordered Chick Fil A from Uber Eats, even paid extra for priority delivery. I get my food and there is a freaking bug in my bag with my food in there. Its been a little over 3 weeks and still no refund. Its sad because it could have came from the restaurant and theres no way to contact the uber driver either! I will NEVER eat from this restaurant again!
Suuuuuuuper unorganized place. So many people working here, yet couldn’t get my mobile order pickup even though it said it was ready. Also, when I came to restaurant I had to click “I’m at the restaurant now” this way my order was submitted to the kitchen. I’ve never had issues with Chick-fil-A before, but this visit left me sick. I ordered both a grilled sandwich and a spicy chicken sandwich, and shortly after eating, I developed nausea and diarrhea. I hadn’t eaten anything else that day, so I’m fairly certain it was from the food. Really disappointed — hoping this was just a one-time issue.
8/10 times will receive an issue with my order. Quality control is abysmal, and they will skimp you.
Today was the worst service I’ve ever received from Chick-fil-A. I ordered a Cobb I asked for chicken scripts they gave me a chicken fillet. Once I got home, I open the salads only to realize I had to pick through it. Horrible old lettuce they are serving in the salads. I trashed it because I knew if I had gone back up there. It would’ve been very ugly. I don’t appreciate people taking advantage of people money and serving and giving them as they choose Food that is not edible. The first time I gave them a pass this time I refuse they should be a shame of themselves, especially how they prided them selves on being one of the best quick stop food establishment.
My ordered via DoorDash, two of everything, grilled chicken club, waffle fries, Diet Coke, Mac & cheese; I got one Diet Coke, one grilled chicken sandwich not what I specified, three waffle fries one of them medium, chicken soups, grilled chicken chunks finally two cold Mac & cheese! LOL! They don’t pay attention to instructions! You try calling location and all you get is a answering machine 😝 it should be no stars!
Normal I go too this chick fill-a for breakfast because it’s usually close too me I always order the same thing for breakfast when I was at the reg a guy named Ty took my order I specifically told him I wanted a bacon egg and cheese sandwich and I just got a bacon sandwich I wasted 7 dollars for nothing….
Ordered door dash, they forgot my son’s nuggets. Had to order again, at my expense. Not even an apology when I called. Door dash offered $5 for $10 nuggets plus, plus a tip. I wouldn’t door dash from here.
Waited over 25 minutes for food, friend we were with got theirs and finished eating— still no sign of food. Went up to ask and a girl Rudely said “if you ordered dine in we will bring it to you” another 10 minutes… I go up to talk to manager. They’re all confused on how we never got our food.. took them another 10 minutes and 10 people looking at our receipt and the screen for a manager named Adrian to finally give it to us and they threw in a cookie and brownie for the wait (we asked for Togo at this point) so we drive 15 minutes home to open up our food and realize they didn’t even give us chicken nuggets…………. (Our whole order was 1 spicy cool wrap & 1 8 count nuggets) so we then called in to the store and left a message for the manager… been almost a week and no response. Will not be returning to this location.
Sadly this is the only Chick Fil A near my job. I have gotten MORE incorrect order than correct since I have been ordering here. I grouped ordered today through UberEats...lunch for the team. A whole sandwich was missing from the combo---there is not recourse. My coworker had to go with no lunch. I tried to call the manager line but as usual transferred to a voicemail. Uber automatically gave a 5 dollar credit... disgusting...final time....BUYER BEWARE---DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THE RESTAURANT....
Have ordered every day for 4 days straight. The same salad every time and there’s always something missing that I don’t notice until I’m home about to eat. Safe to say don’t ever go to this Chick-fil-A.
Ordered for pickup got my whole order wrong literally every thing I got wasn’t here and I didn’t even get the amount of food I order I order 5 items only got 4 and those 4 were all wrong. I placed an order for dinner, but not only was my order incorrect—wrong cheese and no sauce—I also received my beverage in a used personal cup, which is quite unsanitary. Additionally, the bag was wet with an unknown liquid. Considering they are charging a service fee, this is very disappointing.
