First time to utilize LBC shipping, and I'm glad this is the branch near me. Had a nice chitchat with the cheerful Jesusa, who also helped me with all the info I needed. Scheduled the box pick up thru LBC hotline, and the LBC guy arrived early on the day of pick up. Everything went smoothly so far. Keep it up, guys!

Affordable and reliable. Sent a box 09/14, arrived in MNL 09/23 PH time. Sent a pouch 10/14, arrived in MNL 10/22 PH time. Staff were also accommodating. Have dealt with both the guy in front and the lady to the side.

Ok, THAT GUY is very dry. You just have to get past his no-charisma personality . He's been working there forever. The other lady with glasses and the other lady with glasses also , but younger and very slim, are nice. They are not the fastest here. Their network almost always has a problem. But, sending money and packages can get done if you have a little patience.

Lack of personnel and not answering their phones

They scheduled me for a pick up twice and nobody showed up. I had to adjust my schedule to them but no one even had the courtesy to inform me that no one is showing up.

What is wrong with these people they do not pick up their phone calls! So, they just expect you to drive to their store? Just for a simple question? Their voice mail do not take messages and they do not pick up the incoming calls as courtesy. You can tell when the service and management is poorly conducted. Maybe they own the business, just the same poorly owned. Do not recommend it at all! You can tell that they do not care about the customers. They only care about the profit that comes in. Tells you already the red flags! When you come to the store they are not even as helpful too! It has been like this for years!!!! So, I seriously do not believe that they want to improve nor care towards their service because they know you will go their store regardless!!! Zero star if I could! Take your business elsewhere!!!

No one even bothered to check. UNPROFESSIONAL and UNRELIABLE staff and won’t answer phone calls no matter how many times you call.

This old guy did not enter my name in their system for scheduled pick up.. so frustrating when people are not serious of their job. He even blamed me for giving him a wrong phone number which he couldn't hear clearly. He should retire.

Despite of all the calls i made to their hotline with regards to the scheduled pick up of my package their promises to call me and waited until what should I will be waiting for them to call or pick up my package still they dont even bother to call me. What a very poor service. So disppointing.

Just today when sending the airbox I ask to put more tape on the edges of the box, He just answered "don't worry it will not explode". So, He will wait for it to explode ? LBC I will give 1 star only because of THAT GUY. Something happen like this before, this is the first time I write a review for LBC Anaheim. Again LBC Anaheim WE are your customer for many, many, years so please educate this Person for better customer service.

that very old guy at the counter is very rude when he answers ur question! i hate this LBC office near 99 Ranch coz of my bad experience wih them and because they kept shoving off to my face that I cant send my atuff coz I have to pay a lot! telling me that I need to relax! when i first inquired they didnt say that theres gonna be a 40usd extra charge, they just said it after. worst customer service ever!!!
