This location sucks! They put 2 different flavor of wings in ONE BOX ! The whole point of 2 flavors is to have them separate not have sauces mixed in and the fries they just thru them in the bag! All the other.locations put the fries in a box not just out and open so our wings are cold from 20 wings trying to fit in a box smh I'm sticking with the other Anaheim location

I called and spoke to Naomi the manager regarding my concern with the order she did not quite understood what my concerns were and was was not helpful and hung up on me while I was still talking to her.

The manager who works there is very rude very unprofessional unpleasant. When you order your food and talk to them they make you feel not welcome.

Dissappointed. Whoever is making these wings needs to increase the amount of sauce they put on the wings. Ordered wet flavors as per listed online on the find your flavor section. Wings and tenders barely had any sauce on them. Unfortunately, by the time I arrived home, they had closed, and it's not like they'll take back the wings tomorrow morning. Wings and tenders were good, but the lack of sauce was sub-par and diminished the flavor. Very easy area to improve.

Orderd a combo meal, drink machine spills all over the floor, waited 25 min for 8 wings, i get home and the wings have zero sauce, fries are extremely salty, they never gave me my reciept. Step it up you guys this was unacceptable, wings empire is across the street so im having spending my money with them from now on.

Absolutely disgusting. I ordered chicken from Wingstop, and it still had feathers on it. That’s just unacceptable. If I’m paying for food, I expect it to be properly cleaned and prepared. This completely ruined my meal. Do better, Wingstop.

I am writing to formally address a concerning experience I had during my visit to your establishment on December 5, 2024. While the food was satisfactory, the customer service was far below expectations and significantly impacted my overall experience. Upon entering, I inquired about the price of a combo meal. The host, Valeria, responded with visible frustration, rolling her eyes and displaying an attitude that made the interaction uncomfortable. As I did not have my glasses with me, I was unable to read the menu clearly, but her unprofessional demeanor made the situation even more challenging. After receiving my meal, I sat down to eat and noticed that there were no visible trash cans within the restaurant. I approached the counter to ask where I could dispose of my waste, and the staff member on duty simply looked at me, grabbed the trash, and discarded it without a word. The lack of courtesy was disappointing, and I observed other workers laughing behind the counter and making sarcastic remarks about a trash can being available outside. The entire exchange felt dismissive and lacking in basic hospitality. It was disheartening to experience such a lack of professionalism, and I left feeling as though I was being treated rudely rather than as a valued customer. I sincerely hope this issue is addressed, as it reflects poorly on both the staff and the reputation of your establishment. I feel that such behavior is uncharacteristic of a business that aims to provide a positive customer experience. I regret to say that I will not be returning to this location, and I hope you will take the necessary steps to ensure that future customers do not have a similar experience. We were excited to get chicken wings, after we ordered they refused to accept our cash for unreasonable reason "it chip in the corner, we don't accept it", thanks for a great service. We took our business to Bbq Chicken passed the freeway and guess what, we have no problem with our $100 cash that chip in the corner!!!

Disappointed. This is not the first time. I found the chicken black. This makes me I want to throw up and I cannot finish eating after this. I hope they take this into consideration and use clean chicken.
