Long Waits 10 minutes dirty Lobby garbage on the floor food all over and flies everywhere and dried soda everywhere in front of the fountain drink nobody in front of us inside. At least customer service was nice

The order taker/pay window employee Gretchen was incredibly rude. She didn’t ask me if I had a code, which I did, so I figured I would just give it to her at the window. Mind you there is no one behind me or in front of me. As soon as I pulled up she said “oh so you do have a code, it takes awhile which is why I asked you at the speaker” I told her I wasn’t asked, even though I usually am when I come through to get my kids a happy meal. To which she got very snarky about how she most definitely did and that she was the only order taker, and she has a whole thing for asking about the code. At that point I didn’t respond because it was pointless. I guess it really worked her up for taking up an extra 10 seconds of her time when no one else was in line.

This is ridiculous. My husband ordered two mcribs one without onions. He checked the order at the window and they both had onions. He tells the guy and he says okay and goes to get one made without onions. Of course he doesn’t check again. Then he gets home and they both have onions. OMG and these people get 20 dollars an hour and they want a raise!

Worst Mcdonald with incompetent staff. We ordered 2 happy meals. My son has a sever dairy allergy and their grill was down so no beef was available for purchase. They decided to inform my childs father that their chicken nuggets are dairy free. 100% false. He asked for extra apple slices no french fries because again dairy. Got a mcChicken meal with sprite. No sprite made it home. 4 chicken wraps he asked for the spicy ranch in which the associate said her manager doesnt allow only ranch or spicy. Bogus hes ordered them this way for months. When i called the establishment the employee informed me that they would have told him to check the website for allergy information which im sure is policy but is not what occured the employee guaranteed without doubt they were dairy free. Also how did neither happy meal recieve apple slices. Wake up staff you really dropped the ball. This was a collective act not just one single employee seriously even your manager was in on this failure. Most importantly thank goodness i was home to see the food before my son ate his happy meal because literally everything in it could have killed him. Good job McDonald's way to go above and beyond in failure. I understand a bad day but literally what a waste of money won't ever come here again. 0☆ rating but unfortunately not an option Oh thanks for letting me know i could drive back and collect my apple slices and soda. Seriously waste of gas and time. Hope your day gets better because y'all need to step it up!

The workers don’t deserve the ire. The food is absolutely rotten tasting now and it went right through me in the worst possible way. I couldn’t finish my food despite being STARVING.

Never been and will never go back. My son wanted chicken nuggets so we stopped here instead to try them out and it was absolutely disgusting. Our dog wouldn't eat it. The nuggets must have been sitting in the warmer for at least 6 hours they were solid rocks and the fries were cold. Definitely an easy pass. Glad it was our first time at McDonald's and it will definitely be our last.

Stopped here during a road trip and went to the bathroom before ordering. I saw the employee in the bathroom pretend to wash her hands and then head back to work. I know for a fact she didn't wash her hands because the soap dispenser didn't work when I tried washing my own. I did not order food. My appetite was gone, I don't want dirty hands touching my food.

I ordered my family dinner from the McDonald’s on our way home from Oregon. To much surprise I opened my 2 year olds 6 piece chicken nugget box from his happy meal to find the box full of some pink mayo pickle sauce…. With NO chicken Nuggets. Let alone, they took forever to get us the food (over 25 min wait) and they weren’t even very busy. Would NOT recommend this restaurant and I wish I could give it 0 stars.

Chicken nuggets were cooked in old oil I'm guessing because they looked burnt and tasted horrible. The soda tasted like carbonated salt water. My friend ordered a hamburger without a meal and was charged $8.00 & The hamburger had nothing on it at all. The dollar hamburger has more on it than the one he was charged $8.00 for.

I got 4 fries from McDonald’s in Anderson Monday February 21 around 6:00 pm and everyone of my fries are really wet and just taste like they weren’t cooked all the way it was so wet my bag was wet and was ripping when I tried picking it up it wasn’t like this last time I bought them.

Ordered at the kiosk, then was told that we couldn't get any of the chicken tenders that we ordered because they can only "pull so many at a time." So, they have some in the store, but won't fulfill an order because apparently we didn't come in at the right time. Their drink machines were completely out of Sprite, Coke, Diet Coke, all Minute Maid drinks, and all Fanta drinks. One spits liquid at you, and the other is completely blocked and leaking on the floor. Not sure where management stands, but this particular McDonald's needs a lot of work.

This was the worst experience I HAVE EVER HAD!!!! PEOPLE WERE WAITING OVER 25 MINUTES FOR THEIR ORDERS!! The garbage was 2 to 3 feet OVER FULL!!! There were only about 5 or 6 people working!!!! AND THEN THEY GAVE ME 1/2 OF MY ORDER AND PIECE BY PIECE I HAD TO TELL THEM WHAT WAS LEFT TO COMPLETE MY ORDER!!!!! Then the McChicken that I ordered was nasty!!! The fries were cold and saturated with salt.
