No greeting, no friendly service, after I placed my order it sat at the counter for a bit—it was just set there without anyone calling out the order number or anything. There was only one other customer so it’s not like it would have been hard to let me know my order was ready. This location, maybe because it’s attached to Love’s?, is quite expensive

Honestly Nancy has such a bad attitude. Can't even ask a question without getting a shitty attitude back. If you need help don't get it from her

I ordered cappuccino with extra caramel syrup and got black coffee that taste horrible had no creamer no caramel at all related like a bag of sugar and some cheap Splenda was thrown in there and didn’t even come full was half way full

Do not like the fake food. They use to be reasonable on price. Not anymore I can literally go eat steak for the price I could eat their fake food. No thank you!

Terrible. Worst mcdonald’s i’ve been too. Asked for sweet tea got served unsweetened tea twice. Lady was upset at me for some reason. Shut this place down.

When you order and tell them no lettuce please 3 times and your food still has lettuce on it. It just grinds my gears. What happened to people listening to the customer and well quite frankly customer service. I absolutely hate this place. And it stinks when you go to the drive through. Get your stuff together you clowns.

This is what you get when you order a burger with no onions and then they decide to put the onions on the underside of the burger give you no pickles and a hawk tuah Of mustard and ketchup on what seems to be a bun toasted from last week coming out of the drive-through this smells like a sewer water treatment plant 🤢🤮

This place is disgusting and filthy the last 3 times I’ve stopped. This time the one that took my order handled the inside of my cup barehanded after handling money they do not clean up around the drink area the manager is rude and didn’t offer any help when I talked to her about finding something in my burger she said since I had ate half the burger she couldn’t make me another one now I somewhat think it was put there on purpose to look like bacon I wouldn’t put it past that excellent staff they have in there working on the night shift
