The food was okay for a fast food chain. The chicken tenders tasted fresh but we're left in grease too long. Great service though and the wait was less than 5 minutes.

I've picked up chicken here 3 times in the last six months. The service is unfailingly polite, but slow. The atmosphere is what you would expect of a fast-food chicken joint. The chicken though....it has been crunchy, juicy and spicy each time. Perfectly seasoned and delicious. I always get their spicy chicken so YMMV but on those 3 occasions, whoever was cooking the chicken was on-point.

The food is fantastic. The staff not so much. Noone spoke to us for more than 5 mins after we walked in to place a togo order. Once we were spoken to it didn't take long to receive the amazingly hot food. We'll still go back, but it would be nice to be acknowledged when entering the building.

Normally like to take chicken to the beach. Last 2 visits here were just the end of our visits. Last visit, wrong order in the box. This visit, well we aint got no white chicken. But 12 to 15 mins we will. We dont got no spicy.. but 12 mins.. ho hum. But we can trade a wing for that breast. Um, no. I asked for breasts. And 16 min later I get backs anyways. Jeeze, really? Simple enough, i was patient for the cook. And still got another thing from what I ordered. Sorry, be going to another place next time.

The place doesn't seem clean. They have good attitudes but always a very long wait. The last chicken I received I could smell the dirty oil protruding from the box. It's a shame because I love churches chicken but it seems this particular one is not managed well at all, unfortunately.

Ordered 3 pieces spicy mixed charged for 3 pieces spicy mixed got home to 3 legs in the bag when I tried to call to inform them no one answered the phone I won’t be going back haven’t eaten churches in years I guess somethings never change

Horrible wait time. I ordered through the app on my way home from work which was between Alvin and Angleton on hwy 35. Food should of been done by time I got there. And still had to wait 45 minutes. Very unacceptable and training need. No manager at the time. No store number to make direct complaint on app.

Slow customer service and the food tased like it’s not even cooked properly and the guys working there in the front playing around like they’re in elementary school if I could I wouldn’t even give them a star at all just sloppy business management and everything else

Ordered online two smokehouse chicken. The chicken is room temp even the bones. Called over 20 times no answer. On a lunch break and had no time to drive to the store or I would have. No reason for this period.

It is kinda my fault for not checking my bag but the lady just would not get my order right then pulled my around gave me the world's most burt up okra and still got my order wrong. I am guessing she wanted mashed potatoes because I wanted Mac and cheese but mashed potatoes is what I got no matter how I asked or reminded her. And for fun they do not answer the phone so you are screwed. You either eat the burnt up wrong order or have to drive all the way back to town because you sure as heck can't call. Good luck new menu same problems

The team needs to get it together. Service is slow, not enough people motivated to do their job and the atmosphere is very depressing. When working customer service being a good sport is important let alone management needs to manage better. And food times needs to be better held.

The ghettoest Church's I've been to my entire life. Without fail, every single time I come here, they say they're out of chicken. Then when you tell them you'll wait, the girl rolls her eyes at you and walks away before coming back and asking for your money. I'm usually the one to tell people to respect fast food workers because I know the struggle is real. But some people really want the paycheck and not the job. Then again, she's probably paid miserably. These issues usually start from the top down. Pay folks better, they'll do better, make more money. Period. There used to be these Hispanic guys that worked here and they were really good. There was always chicken. I always saw them here at work. They were quick and the service was great. Sadly, that's changed. I hope this Church's does better moving forward. P.S. The girl had a pizza hut shirt on. Just ghetto.
