honestly? wendy’s still got it. sad they killed off breakfast tho, she was top tier 😭 gone way too soon. guess mornings just weren’t wendying enough. BUT the crew here? absolute legends. shoutout to the management ; Martha and Rikki for always keeping it fresh and friendly. food’s awesome, service stays solid, vibes immaculate. 10/10 would still swing by to mourn the breakfast in spirit. 🫶🍔 and eat some Tenders in peace too......... 😛
Viviana had great customer service and they have a life changing breakfast burrito I highly recommend this Wendy’s location to anybody in Angleton or passing by.
This place was an absolute delight. Between the friendly service and delicious food I can't distinguish what part makes this place such a delight. Sometimes waiting for fresh food is worth it. It never takes long and then bam, I got my delicious order... Thank you to the great staff at Angleton Wendy's.. Highly recommend!!
Overall, it was a nice experience to go with family. Although it can be busy, the food is fresh and fully cooked. Never had a problem when I went, and the service is somewhat fast.
Talk about an about face. This store used to be horrid. Never open horrible service when open. Thrown together food. Not caring about the customer at all. To being a hive of working hard and doing it right. They are keyed in on making sure the cuat9merbgets their food fast and correct the Wendy's way. Thank you
Been here several times. Several of the times I had terrible customer service. The only reason I went back was because my son loves their nuggets. Today I had excellent service. Speedy and friendly service. Lots of smiles. I was there today 9/10/22 at about 5:15 pm.
Went to Wendy's and used my app to get a discount on my total. Apparently the app also used my points at the same time without giving me the sandwich that came with it. I thought it would resolve itself within 24hrs but it never did. So now I'm down 300pts without any comments from Wendy's after leaving a message through the app about the mishap.
I have not eaten at Wendy’s in a very long time. I remembered the chicken sandwiches being at least a third larger than this one was. The french fries were great! I was probably one of the first customers of the day, and the Coke machine took forever to get me Coke. I’ll check that off to bad timing on my part.
Haven't had Wendy's in a while, so I thought I'd stop by for a quick dinner. Mistake. How can their prices go up, and the food quality go down? How can a double meat cheeseburger with bacon be basically tasteless? Don't waste your time. There's a Whataburger down the street, and a Burger King in Rosharon. I should have gone to Burger King.
The wait takes forever even if you are the only one there. If you order online, be sure to check your food before you go. They obviously don't know how to read. And you want $15.00 an hour? Learn to get orders right and actually read what the order says. I get that it's a minimum wage job, but if you can't get simple tasks correct, how can future employers expect you to function at a higher level? It's downright scary that you just blindly put an order together without reading the order first. Every skill you learn now is something you will take with you. I'm afraid if you can't get this right, you won't be able to move on. In the future, read before you make. Good luck.
This was my second visit recently and the free Wi-Fi is still not working. The floor was very wet (without a warning sign) by the soda machine. When I suggested to the cashier that someone needed to mop up the very large puddle, his unconcerned response was that it just keeps leaking. Also, as you can see by my photo, hamburger bun was very oily/greasy. Oil was picked on the paper wrapper and and the napkin was saturated after wiping the top bun. I am usually a fan of Wendy's restaurants, but this one was not a good experience.
Who doesn't do breakfast at 9am smh they told us they stop doing breakfast at 8am and do lunch only
Do not come to this location unless you like waiting. I order through the app 10 minutes ahead of time and they still have me pull over in the drive through waiting another 10 minutes at the minimum . Are they making steak and shrimp in there or something?
Let me tell you what happened me and my co-worker go in and order. Baconator and a drink and a number 6, which is a Chicken Sandwich spicy. The cashier charged us for a Chicken Sandwich and rang me up for a baconator Meal. which turned out to be more expensive.. They had a special going on where you can get a baconator 3 dollarsI didn't notice that until I looked at my reciept. Pay attention to what you order people. They're all out to make money... We got what we ordered.We just paid three dollars more than we were supposed to
Placed and order I drive thru and my order was incomplete. I called when I got home only to have the person that answered ask if I had a receipt and when I said they didn’t hand me one the lady on the phone said well come pick up your food and your receipt and hung up on me. I tried calling back only to have them hang up on me without answering. I called from another line and asked for manager only to be passed back to the same lady who wouldn’t speak then she hung up. If that is they customer service they deliver they really should go out of business. They are rude and unprofessional never going there again.
one of the worst breakfast selections in history. The new sausage breakfast burrito is probably the nastiest tasting food I've eaten in years. Was only able to tolerate two bites before having to throw it away. And this after having to wait for nearly 15 minutes for my order. Even though there was not another customer in sight, I was asked to wait out at the end of the parking lot for my order. I'm usually very tolerant of bad food but this was terrible even for me.
Front counter register was not working, frosty machine was down. Severely understaffed no drinks available on a machine. Tea was completely watery. I had to hand the guy my phone to do Apple Pay. Seems there needs to be a good manager in place because this team was not cutting it. I had to ask for my receipt from them. It. I asked at 2:18pm, My order number is #3054.
Their customer service is horrible. Hand you shakes first while you sit for 20 mins waiting for food in 100+ degree weather outside. Spend $40+ and small fry in a large holder, small frys have maybe 10-15 total in each. Definitely would not recommend going here. You'll get 1/2 of what you pay for and melted frosty. My experience was a major waste of time and money. I have tried this location a few times and always end with the same results.
We visited Angleton's Wendy's and placed an order for a salad through the drive-thru. Almost immediately, the employee handed over the plastic bag with the grilled chicken salad but, no receipt. We had to ask for the receipt, no idea how much they charged our credit card. After driving home, we noticed a small not so fresh salad and very little meat for almost $10 . We didn't approve of the salad and as customers we have the right to bring it to the attention of the business. We drove back and showed them the salad and tried to explain our disatisfaction. They told us we couldn't get a refund or a better salad. The message was, 'what you get is what you get ' We, then, asked for the manager and she went out of her way to try to make us happy, as customers. Thank you! Great manager !
It was an awful experience. I'm appalled. We had to yell or order to the man In the drive through he was to busy to come to the counter. My daughters Happy Meal did not have a toy in it. We came in to the restaurant we had 2 families. 7 of us total .. the food was not fresh... They took each family order 15 MINUTES Apart and it was missing items and not hot at all! 0 stars!
