The food is tasty however, our "bigger" plate is extremely lacking in the normal quantity. It is usually a regular to-go container with half the container filled with the side (for us, rice) and two entrées (for us, orange chicken) and then a side container with the 3rd entrée (Kung pao chicken). The tiny amount of food put into one container tonight is barely enough for us to share, let alone to have the leftovers we always have. Please look into this issue because 380 isn't that far...

Completely gone down hill robot ordering at drive thru and 90 percent cabbage on chow main. They stuffed the side areas full of chow main and just put a small amount of meat on top. Side portion of chowmain was 95% cabbage 3% onions 1% celery and 1% noodles.this place used to be my favorite now I doubt I'll ever eat here again!

The teriyaki chicken I ordered came with no sauce. I’m glad that it didn’t. I found a maggot on my food contact the corporate. It’s sad. I’m done eating out.

This is the 3rd time in 2 months we have gotten burnt rice and extremely burnt teriyaki chicken. This is completely unacceptable. Figure out how to cook without burning it or hire someone who can. Sending this to corporate as well. Maybe if enough complaints are sent to corporate, you'll figure out how to cook without burning it!!

Straight up I want a real person to take my order at a drive-thru humans deserve a job I do not ever want a computer taking my order when I'm in person at a restaurant that is straight BS. You will not get another penny from me or my family until this has changed.

I'm a truck driver. I went in and got myself some chicken and beef. They didn't give me the chicken. They didn't forget to get the money for the chicken and didn't give it back.

Ordered drive thru, 15 minutes after I got my food looked into bag there was no silverware. My fault for not checking the bag before I left but there's not any finger food on the menu, how do you forget that?

I ordered at the drive thru at evening and started getting stomach pain the next day. Food was definitely not fresh. Never going to this location again.

We love panda when the food is fresh. I will change my 1 star if they will stop mixing old food with fresh food. The last few times I’ve gone I’ve had to request fresh food to be made, that is not the issue. They almost always do for the most part. My CONCERN is instead of throwing out the old food they just pile the fresh food on top and mix it all in. Right in front of the customer with no shame. I finally asked today why they do that and was told it’s really not “old” while obviously pointing out the difference in what was old compared to new right in front of her. I honestly am bothered by that response like we don’t all see the food right in front of us. Next time I will take pics to show and add to this post. I could be wrong and this is probably a practice most fast food does however, it doesn’t make it right. If I’m paying, I would like what I am paying for, not slop I wouldn’t feed to myself.

Got my order and my egg rolls burnt. The small side is smaller than my egg roll and not even full. Awful treatment to pick up a few pieces of chicken in a box and burnt egg roll w/ the wrong sauce. Awful experience.

Order in the drive thru, was told it would be a five minute wait and to pull into a parking spot. I waited 20 minutes in the parking lot before walking into the restaurant. Upon walking in, my food is on the counter and the employee is eating their own food and when asked where my food is, she says, "oh, so sorry I haven't had the chance to being it out." That is ridiculous as a few other drive thru customers that waited on food in the parking lot were served prior to us receiving our food.
