— KFC review/experience — I stopped by KFC about 6 months ago and was honestly impressed with the whole experience. We ordered the classic Original Recipe chicken tenders along with the new menu item like the chicken sandwich, and everything came out hot, crispy, and full of flavor. The chicken had that signature KFC seasoning you can’t find anywhere else, and the chicken tenders had that soft nice pulling texture. What stood out was how fast and friendly the service was — they got our big order correct without any issues, and the employees got our food fast since we did delivery. KFC is probably the best thing I ever ate. The parking lot was spacious with lots of spots open, which made getting in and out really convenient, even during the busy lunch hour. Overall, this KFC location made the whole visit smooth, quick, and satisfying — perfect when you want comfort food done right!

Chicken tasted good, ordered on the website for pick up. First time eating at KFC in 20 years. They forgot to add my buscuits to the bag. Can't even pay them $20.00 an hour to get an order right and it was a small order.

weird that this place received so much bad reviews. i ordered online for 3 pot pies, 3 two piece meals, & a chicken sandwich & everything came out properly. the pot pies were even hot enough to burn my mouth, sandwich was a little dry, but that’s not a big deal. overall, everything was ready by the time i drove there, no food was missing, and everything was packaged nicely.

Pot pie was good. The 3 piece chicken tenders, however, tasted like they were fresh when dial up was a thing. Dry, luke warm, emotionally unavailable…it was like chewing on a rubber sandal. Since I don’t want to drive back, imma be petty and write a bad review. Please don’t give these to people! I guess the empty drive-through was a public service announcement.

Initially getting to the drive through order the recipient was having a hard time hearing my order. The employee, on October 18th at 3:18 (Gracielam), couldn’t hear me while I was ordering my food through the drive through speaker so I decided to ask for it at the window . As soon as I got to the window I asked if I could have something added to order and the employee on staff said it was too late to order something else. I said their was no one else in line, is it possible I can get something else but she was persistent about not letting me order so I went on my way. I really like the location of this restaurant and would like it to improve if possible. I don’t like to write reviews but will not be coming back anytime soon primarily because of the service. Please hold your associates accountable especially in these uncertain times.

I had to wait 15 minutes for my pot pie 🥧 and they also messed up my drink so I had to gave back through the drive thru. I asked if I could have a Biscuit for my time and my sad looking pot pie.. they said no!! A simple Biscuit and making a happy customer is the difference between a 5 star and a 1 star. :(

The chicken must have been left out for some time because because dried up and tough to eat. The potatoes were good. Never go to this location

This is extremely unprofessional and they still messed up my order!!!

No one in side or drive thru. Mobile order and asked me to wait out front cause they just got the order. Waited 25 minutes and watch an employee get dropped off for a shift and brought out free food to her baby daddy and kid before I got mine. Not a good place to order from. This location needs to close

This has to be the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I had waited over 2 minutes with no one acknowledging me and when I tried to request for attention I was shut down because "they were too busy". I counted at least 7 people in the back handling an order but no one acknowledged my presence. Because I was hungry I stuck it through but in all honesty this was the WORSE customer experience I have had and I am someone who come from being a server for over 5 years. To the manager, trained your employee to give a fudge about your customers because we pay your light bills.
