Was there yesterday. 3/16. Ordered a large Hawaiian pizza (Canadian bacon and pineapple), and a side of Anchovies. I get my order, drive home, and dig in only to find very cold pineapple on top and no side of Anchovies. I was the ONLY customer inside and they were definitely NOT busy. How in the world can they mess that up?? I had a beer while waiting. I paid $37.88 !!!!

Not sure this will mean anything to a huge company. Our pizza and cheese sticks arrived cold and burnt very little dauce and way dry frozen pizza is better then this absolutely disappointing for mountain mikes check out photo. So they replied and said go to website with info and they would take care of me. Two weeks no reply so not only was the pi horrible and burnt now the manager and. Company lied to me.the manager said I already posted a review so he can't do nothing LIke I SAID POSTING A REVIEW WAS A WASTE OF TIME CAUSE THEY DO NOT CARE I GUESS I WILL CALL COPORATE NOW Last pizza we will order from. Mt mikes only did this to get my rewards. Went to elkhorn and watt wow this is what a pizza should look like second picture picture the place In Antelope is a joke as u can tell my pizza is burnt and dry and obviously sat before they delivered it and wasted my time.if your like me and u tell someone they will take care of you and they dont then move on to round table or dont go here at all they do not care

i usually love coming here for pizza, but i am very disappointed. the last time i ordered a pizza, it took 2 hours to finish. when i asked the cashiers where my order was, they said they were just busy... even though i saw nobody else in the restaurant and there seemed to be no doordash orders. the young girls who make the pizza in the back talk a lot and don't seem to get their work done. there is one specific shorter blond girl who works in the back and talks more than she does her work, and does her work without any gloves on. i don't think i will be coming back here anymore.

Asked for my wings to be cooked longer, came out soggy. Cashier argued with because she couldn't read a coupon. Manager didnt apologize and only said she was new. Was charged for two 12 piece wings when asked for a 24 piece. Horrible service and was never offered to reimburse for the difference between the wings for there error. Fyi, no Manager on shift at night for a new employee??

Look, I'm really sorry to leave this here, but this is insane. The website refuses to let me look at the menu without logging in or creating an account. After 20 minutes waiting for a password reset, no dice. If I continue as a guest, I still have to declare if I want pick up, dine in, or delivery. All I want is to look at the pizza and see what's available. Then I see a Large is 28.99. Highway Robbery. The service folk are amazing and the building is tidy, but the hoops one has to leap through to just view the offerings and the price is beyond repair.

Asked for a personal pizza and the menu said 10.99 with 3 toppings. The cashier said, it is 14.99 plus tax. I said, but the price there is 10.99 for 3 ingredients. She said, “No, I don’t understand what do you said. It is 11.80 with one ingredient.” I said, but it said they’re 10.99 with three toppings, and what do you want to charge me more than the price in your menu. She said, I don’t know what do you w said but it is 11.80 plus 1.99 per each topping. A personal pizza SHOULD NOT COST that much IS RIDICULOUS IT IS LIKE 2 regular slides. That’s mess up

I called for delivery, after over an hour I drove to pick up instead. They gave me the wrong pizza even though I called to say I was driving over and they kept the delivery fee! When I pointed it out - the girl argued. Nice customer service NOT! After a lot of biting my tongue I left completely dissatisfied. Jerks.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! The pizza was DISGUSTING!!! So poorly and CHEAPLY made. They literally counted out 3-5 pepperoni's per slice. When you think of Mountain Mikes you think of a nice fresh pepperoni pizza, this was the complete opposite. Going to call corporate as there is no way they should be able to own a franchise with how utterly atrocious this pizza was. Samantha is extremely slow and unknowledgeable of simple math; avoid her! They charge 3.95% of order total for utilizing a credit/debit card. They charge 2 small thimbles of ranch for $1. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

When I entered this place to pick up my pizza, the cashier took my money for the order that I placed over the phone. Now, this is where it gets interesting. Initially, I ordered my pizza with no olives and replace that with Fresh green Onions. The cashier, a Punjabi man, put the money in the cash register and opened the pizza box. When he closed the pizza box, he threw away the receipt. I took the pizza and returned home. Only after I reached home was I able to notice that the olives were in my pizza, and I had no receipt. These people are trying to deceive you, and just want your money. The next time you enter this place, check your pizza twice and ask for the receipt.

Horrible customer service. Was told 45 mins after waiting 1 hour and 15 mins called to ask where our order was. I was told sorry we got busy. Your order just left. I spoke to the manager and was told sorry they got busy and that was just how it is. He proceed to call me boss. I am a chef who serves 100-150 covers three times a day. I understand when you get busy in the food industry. He is the manager and had no respect for his customers who pay a lot of money for pizza. Very disappointed and will never order from there again.
