Taco Bell Antelope Reviews
Fast and friendly service. Fresh yummy food. I was drivethru but everything was clean and safe. Wonderful lady at the window with a smile and good customer service. Plus I love that this TB still serves breakfast.
Good Taco Bell during the day in the late in the evening sometimes the food isn't as good they use the wrong products to make one.
Every time I go either for breakfast or dinner I have had a good experience. Their burritos and taco are stuffed and fresh. The service has been prompt and friendly and the place is kept clean.
I stopped by just before midnight after a long shift at work and ordered two spicy soft potato tacos and one Doritos Locos Taco. Honestly, this was the hottest, freshest, and best Taco Bell I’ve had in a long time~ it was so good. I just had to leave this review… Late-night fast food is usually hit or miss, but this was definitely a hit. Thank you to the team working tonight! Hope this location keeps it up. :))
Service was a little slow. Especially sad around dinner time while I was on my lunch break and had to get back to work.
I normally love this Taco Bell and have sense high school but these last 2 times of me ordering for some reason the lettuce has been having a chemical taste to it and I am currently dealing with stomach pains and nausea for a second time due to the lettuce. I did an experiment and took lettuce off one soft taco and one with and it was definitely the lettuce.
Went thru the drive thru, and there was a gaggle of kids on bikes in front of us. They ordered, and were a nuisance. When we pulled up, they were so mean to us saying stop coming thru on your bikes! Although it was a mistake, they were very rude and I feel life they took it out on my food. My nachos were so miniscule.
GenZ employees here not knowing how communication works. When you come to get your pick up order, they tell you they just finished your order and then they walk away for 5 minutes as if you have any idea why they left and never came back with your food. This Taco Bell does a double check process (which I appreciate), but how they communicate that to the customer is awful. We are not mind readers. Might be a good idea to follow "your order is finished" with "and we will double check it and have it right up" or something like that. Or not. It's Taco Bell.
I ordered my food and tell me why I had to wait a whole hour to get my food? I ordered my food at 3:35 and my food wasn't ready until 4:48. At first I thought it's dasher's fault but then he told me that the food isn't ready yet. I understand it can get busy but IT WASNT.
Slow service we have waited 30 minutes. Only ordered 1 soft tacos and a Baja blast. Maybe a nice person. Maybe a Karen. I took a refill and told me no refills and cheese on floor
I ordered food before their rush and as of me making this review I've been waiting on my food for over an hour. There is about a dozen door dashers coming through here. They have about three people behind the counter doing doordash and the drive thru while I am the one take out guy. This place absolutely sucks.
Just received my order and I’m really disappointed. I specifically asked for extra Frank’s sauce and even paid extra for it, but didn’t receive any — not even the regular sauce. Last time, they also made a terrible burrito, so this isn’t the first time the order has been messed up. We pay so much and don’t get even a penny’s worth of food. Very disappointing
Horrible experience. The staff was really rude, almost like they hated their jobs. We were missing items and what was there was the wrong food. I get making mistakes here and there but the entire order messed up is sabotage. Hopefully a manager will get back to me to make things right... until then, I'll never go to this taco bell.
Will not be shopping here anymore I paid for two cheesy melt steak burritos and recieve the other customer order
I got food from here tonight via drive through, and the service was horrible at communication and underestanding what food im asking, and when i got home 1 hour after eating food, i felt nauseous, i wont recommend here to anyone
Elizabeth and Ashley need to learn better customer service and leave their attitudes at home. It’s no one’s fault but yours that you work at Taco Bell. I came through the drive thru very RESPECTFUL and when Elizabeth forgot my drink I tried to wave at her to remind her she walked away so I honked my horn and asked for my two drinks she only gave me one and proceeded to slam the drive thru window. Then Ashley did the same thing, Hunny I don’t know what side of the bed you guys woke up on but check your attitude before clocking into work.
Watt Avenue’s food scene is plagued not just by poor service but by downright rude and unprofessional staff who seem to have zero manners or morale. Many fast-food employees along this stretch act as if customers are an inconvenience rather than the reason they have a job. It’s one thing to be overworked and underpaid, but it’s another to take out that frustration on paying customers. Places like Taco Bell on Watt Ave are perfect examples—staff members barely acknowledge customers, speak with an attitude, and make it clear they don’t care whether you leave satisfied or not. A simple request for fresh food or basic courtesy is often met with eye rolls, sighs, or outright rudeness. It’s as if customer service is a foreign concept to them, and management seems to have no interest in correcting it. On top of the bad attitudes, the overall environment in these establishments feels neglected and unwelcoming. The employees look like they’d rather be anywhere else, and honestly, after experiencing the way they treat people, so would I. There’s no pride in their work—just a robotic, bitter approach to taking orders and throwing food in bags. If you dare to complain about a mistake, expect a sarcastic apology at best or outright hostility at worst. Combine that with the sketchy atmosphere outside—loitering, panhandlers, and the occasional argument breaking out—and you’re left wondering why you even bothered stopping there in the first place. Watt Avenue’s fast-food spots are in desperate need of better management, staff training, and basic human decency, but at this rate, it’s hard to see things improving anytime soon.
Just shut this taco bell down. Every time I try going to the taco bell on Watt and Elverta, I get bad service. This time through a third party app, I stood in line 10 minutes before any employees noticed I was there. I tried to get their attention a few times but they wouldn't look to me, Several other customers also just walked past me and ordered even though I was at front of the line. My bag of food was sitting on the counter the whole time, but just out of reach.
We ordered multiple food… first of all ordered a chicken quesadilla and didn’t get no chicken in my quesadilla.. ordered 2 nachos with no beans .. and they put beans in it .. also orders 2 chalupas .. and they forgot one in the bag .. good thing I checked to make sure there was 2 chalupas in there … sooo disappointing…. 🤬😡🤬😡
