Experience was pretty bad. Made an Internet order and got there before it was ready, purposely. The initial guy that was helping me and others was great. He was personable, talkative pleasant and attentive. Unfortunately he has to take a break, but on his way out he made sure he came to me to update me on my order. It was almost another 30 mins before I got my food. At one point I was the only person in the restaurant and no one said anything. Early on I heard the workers calling out different items in my order, making sure they were being prepared. Eventually I noticed no one had been moving around for maybe 10 minutes the way they were before. I went up to then to ask if my order was ready, and the woman at the counter just said yeah it's right here. I looked into the bag and every cardboard container was soggy from condensation and the items weren't even hot anymore. I already am not a fan of KFC. I might eat it once a year, maybe. I wanted something quick for my granddaughter, who eventually fell asleep before I got back home. My order said it should be ready at 6:32. I didn't get my food until 7:20. I definitely won't be coming back to this particular restaurant. I really don't see a reason to even go back to KFC in general.

Mannn if i can leave a negative number i would, this place is the worst kfc ive been to we order the famous bowls and it looked like they hardly put any mash potatoe n chicken and gravy on all three of em, also i order 4 side of cole slaw n one of em where inside the bag, usually i look before i drive off but since they took so long i was already in a hurry, this place is overstaff n everyone is one the phone or playing inside

They forgot my fries and put my biscuit in a puddle of Nashville hot sauce which made it soggy and inedible. The twister was mostly pepper mayo which was disgusting.

Food made me sick. Pretty sure old ahh oil was used. It was an app pick up order. Took Hella long for a chicken sandwich, fries, and like 12 pc wings...pretty sure my soda was a size smaller than I ordered. I waited long in the line. Then waited long in the entrance parking. I think they forgot about me. Wings were SUPER salty!...and of course, the fries were cold. I was sick the entire next day! Also, they know I ordered fries...I dont know why they park me in the front to forget about me, and also forget about napkins, and also ketchup.etc etc...the employees must be miserable here.

I placed an online order. A bucket of chicken has 2 wings 2 breasts 2 thighs and 2 drumsticks. Not in my bucket. I had 1 breast the rest was legs and thighs. My food was cold and I went back in to get sauce for my son's order it took 20 minutes to get. Customer service is definitely not their strong point. Just horrible never again.
