A dispetto di un locale carino e curato, cucina veramente da rivedere. I gnocchi alla bava (fontina e gorgonzola) avevano solo panna e pochissimo formaggio. Per concludere, c’erano capelli neri e lunghi in entrambi i piatti ordinati. Esperienza veramente negativa.

Esperienza più che negativa. Abbiamo aspettato 20 minuti prima di prendere l'ordinanzione. Polenta valsugana delle buste. Valdostana arrivata cruda. Ne taglio un pezzo e subito mi accorgo che la carne era molto cruda. Fermo la cameriera e gli faccio notare la cosa e la riporta in cucina. Dopo 5 minuti mi ritorna la stessa carne tagliata da me riscaldata. Si sa che da un menú turistico da 15€ non ci si può aspettare chissà che ma far notare al titolare che la carne era cruda e sentirsi dire che é la prima volta che ritorna indietro una valdostana é sinonimo di poca professionalità e abbiamo pagato comunque prezzo pieno. Sconsigliato assulutamente!

Rude waiting staff that ignored us when we needed assistance, I had rigatoni with tomato and basil sauce, when it came out it was penne pasta was actually burned, sauce was flavourless and drowned in olive oil, other members of our party ordered a carbonara was actually disgusting that everyone that tasted it or ordered it couldn’t finish or continue eating it. I live with an Italian and have visited Italy multiple times and know what a carbonara should be like. What was given to us was overly salted, whole pepper corns that seemed to have been delivered to the dish by the handful, and some how actually slimy. As if the chef hadn’t actually tasted the food. And when issues were raised with the staff they dismissed the comments rudely as if to say you’ve never tasted good food and no issues were rectified. When we came to pay, they ONLY TAKE CASH. Is this 2020 or 1920? They didn’t even offer money off or a drink to compensate for the poor quality of food.
