Cibo fantastico,i porcini fritti sono una bomba,ma soprattutto il personale cordiale educato efficente e molto simpatico. Se ricapito ad Aosta mi rivedranno di sicuro

Locale piccolino ma con bel dehor esterno davanti all arco di augusto,appena fuori il centro storico,posto tranquillo. Siamo stati x aperitivo cena,ottima qualità dei prodotti, personale gentile e attento,consigliato!

Abbiamo prenotato con belle aspettative avendo letto le recensioni di altri clienti e siamo rimasti comunque sorpresi, cibi eccelsi, prezzi onesti e staff preparato e simpatico, ci ritorneremo sicuramente

Locale piccolo, ma accogliente ed elegante, presenta un'ottima varietà di prodotti, anche di nicchia ed anche gli stuzzichini sono di buonissima qualità. Il personale è competente senza essere serioso, anzi si respira un bell'ambiente all'interno.

Questo posto meriterebbe 10 stelle! Abbiamo fatto un aperitivo assaggiando un vino locale molto buono, un tagliere misto davvero tutto ottimo! I salumi si sciolgono in bocca i formaggi ti fanno sentire tutto il sapore. Abbiamo provato anche lo gnocco fritto che fanno al momento con jambon e non abbiamo potuto fare a meno che fare i complimenti allo staff cordiali, gentili e pronti a consigliarti! Consigliatissimo! Torneremo sicuro

Mi sono fermata con la mia famiglia in una passegiata per il centro di Aosta. Ho trovato un locale ben curato, ambiente e giovanile anche come di stile. Cameriere stato discreto, puntuale e cortese.Purtroppo la cucina era chiusa e noi abbiamo assagiato solo un vino tipico valdostano con vitello tonnato e un piatto di tagliere tipico. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Piccolo locale in centro ad Aosta. Materie prime d'eccellenza, in particolare il jambon des bosses e la tartare accompagnata da una fonduta di duche de gruyere clamorosa. Ampissima scelta di vini, in particolare valdostani, consigliati con grande maestria dal titolare.

Locale assolutamente da provare, dove è possibile degustare prodotti tipici, realmente valdostani. L'autenticità ed il piacere dell'enogastronomia che si vivono qui non si limitano all'enogastronomia, bensì caratterizzano e rendono l'esperienza molto piacevole anche il servizio impeccabile ed una cura nell'arredamento. Insomma... In definitiva davvero un posto top!

We had a great evening. The lady taking care of our table was extremely friendly and professional. No upselling, which we always appreciate. We wanted to share 5 dishes and the kitchen just proposed to serve each of them after another and served half portions on 2 plates, which was a really nice gesture. The restaurant is nice and cozy. The food is excellent and there is a great choice of wine by the glass.

Strano posto, sembra un bar con dei piccoli tavoli invece è un ottimo ristorante. Cibi ben cucinati e con materie prime di qualità.

Locale piccolo di fronte all'arco, tavolini immersi nei prodotti tipici e tra una bottiglia e l'altra di vino. Personale molto gentile e competente. Piatti saporiti e molto Buono! È possibile bere vino oppure birra artigianale!

Locale veramente degno di nota, davanti alla rotonda dell'Arco d'Augusto, piccolino e denso di sapori tipici della Valle. Distinta selezione di vini sia calice che bottiglia, possibilità di acquisto e menù molto interessante. Gestore giovane e affabile, con staff che ha voglia di fare. Piatti buoni e ben cucinati. Provato oggi a pranzo e tempo fa per aperitivo. Consigliato.

Saint-vout ad Aosta , bellissimo localino ai margini del centro , piccolo ma raffinato ed elegante , ottimo servizio fornito dal personale , cibo ottimo e di qualitá , noi abbiamo assaggiato una fonduta valdostana accompagnata da crostini di pane patate e sottaceti , oltre ad un piccolo tagliere di salumi nostrani veramente ottimi , non ho dato le 5 stelle solo per il prezzo ,a mio parere, un po' eccessivo per le quantità di quello che è stato portato.

This should be a 3 star review but I don’t like wrecking business ratings based on one experience. Came here for lunch. Main course was ok. Desert was very good. However, I had ordered a main&desert menu lunch combo + a 2nd main dish separately and was charged for each of the combo items individually. Which was 7€ more. I pointed this absurdity out and they insisted on billing for it all the same. That’s just not reasonable.

A quiet place overlooking the Arch of Augustus. I've been here twice on business trips. Lunch breaks are never boring. Even the simplest dishes become interesting, like the breaded turkey cutlet on a bed of cabbage and onions with broccoli and mustard. Excellent and delicious!

Beautiful setting, comfortable seating, and a good selection of food and drinks. Occasional events, including themed evenings and tastings, are interesting. It's a shame about the closing time, which, except on special events, is often tied to the mid-afternoon opening of the nearby bank. Paid parking is available in the area, but free after 6:00 PM and between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM.

Saint-Vout ad Aosta è un posto super autentico per una cena tipica valdostana, proprio con la vibe giusta davanti all’Arco d’Augusto. Piatti come fondue, raclette e la carne salada sono top e hanno una selezione di vini super ampia. L’atmosfera è accogliente, il servizio attento e la qualità si sente tutta. Il conto è un po’ salato, ma se vuoi concederti una serata speciale e vuoi assaggiare i sapori veri della Valle, ne vale comunque la pena!

Locale un po' troppo piccolo per servire questi piatti che richiedono più spazio ma nell' insieme non è stato male. .....dopo aver pubblicato questa recensione che esprimeva il mio giudizio personale e che non mi sembrava poi così sgradevole, viste le stelle direi poi più che sufficiente, come invece la risposta credo del titolare che si è sentito offeso nel ritenere che io non apprezzassi il suo lavoro ed impegno ed in generale di tutti quelli che lavorano x noi clienti, penso proprio di essere stata troppo buona nel giudicare per il semplice fatto che io tengo in considerazione il lavoro di tutti, ma non quando qualcuno pensa di essere ad un livello superiore ma non sa cosa voglia dire. La mia, nostra esperienza, visto che non ero sola, sicuramente non ci farà tornare nonostante il giudizio che avevo dato io ritenga ancora corretto ma forse non meritato.

We ordered three-meat parcels with roast gravy and crispy leeks; the roast sauce was so strong (made with wine) that we couldn't taste anything else. For our second course, we ordered three sausages on a cabbage sauce: the cabbage tasted like a processed product spilled straight from the jar because it was clearly soaked in vinegar. Yet the savoy cabbage, sautéed in oil and salt, was simple and flavorful enough. Digestion, however, was challenging during the night.
