The worst Checkers location ever! I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences at the Checkers on Main Street in Apopka. On several occasions, I’ve received fewer tenders than ordered, and tonight was the worst yet. Despite asking the cashier to verify our order, we arrived home to find that the 5-piece box only had 4 tenders, which were completely raw—a serious health hazard due to the risk of salmonella, we had to trash them all. Additionally, the 8-piece box was overcooked and burnt. I strongly advise avoiding this location. When you call customer service to make a complaint, they never answer the phone, so customer service is also the worst. Update (Nov 15, 2024) - I contacted customer service through the link the owner sent, so after one week I got a voicemail asking me to call the assistant manager at a number provided, but after trying several times and living a voicemail, they didn't call me back.

Saddest $10 I've ever spent here. They have an AI take your order, and it's not easy to talk with. The people working there were friendly enough, but obviously overworked and understaffed. I get ordering a hotdog from any fast food place won't result in the most glamorous meal, but this was just sad. The bread is stale, the dog was cold by the time I got home, and the mozzarella sticks weren't gooie inside at all. Definitely won't be going back to this location.

I am an UberEats and DoorDash Delivery Driver. After arriving to the restaurant and checking in with my delivery customer's name I waited exactly 31 minutes to receive the order, all meanwhile other customers arriving after me were receiving their orders first. That should never be possible if the restaurant is handling orders in the order they come in. Non-existent customer service and the slowest service you will ever see at this location. You've been warned! Thank me later. :)

Wait than more 20 minutes. But this problem I think is because have than 2 or 3 person to job in this place. Really this company need review bussinnes plan and have more employees

3:35 ish Monday 9-8-25 I ordered a deep sea double extra lettuce extra pickle crispy; one fish was crispy the other half done nasty taste of uncooked breading - no pickles very little lettuce I tossed it in the trash ( I won't go back )

Glo Buford bbq on Texas toast looked so good. On menu. They didn’t put the grilled onions on it or the fry onions or the pepper Jack cheese and drowned it in bbq sauce and bread soggy. Chili cheese fries had no chili, cheese only. None of fries even fresh. Cheese sticks not even fresh or warm. Fries and cheesesticks have been sitting under light. Burger with only ketchup barely had anything and Pattie’s dry. Worse dinner ever and nobody answers phone

Food quality was pretty good, but they hit you with full AI when you come up to order. Then when I got to the window, the guy asked me what I ordered, then reentered it and it had nothing to do with the order I placed through the AI so that was all wasted time. When the order was completed, he grabbed it then he didn't bring it to me. He ignored me for the rest of the interaction and instead just made a "pssst psst psst" like he was calling his cat, until his female coworker came over, grabbed it from him and gave it to me. Disgusting behavior. I hope that's not the standard.

I ordered the #4 I wanted a small but they sold me a medium. Then I told them I was in Orlando the other day and I got a small. She then said you have to ask for it. But needless to say when I got my burger my burger was cold the meat was dried out it was if the sandwich had been made a long time ago or for someone else and they decided to give it to me. The reason why I decided to eat checkers this day was because a week ago I was at checkers in Orlando on W. highway 50 that burger was so good had me craving another one. I guess for now on I have to drive back over to Orlando W. highway 50

I ordered for the first time on a while because I use to love their food. I dunno if it’s because of inflation and me cooking most of my food but the taste has gone downhill over time. The burger meat tastes awful. The Philly cheese bites were ok but some were empty, just the breading. If you’re questioning whether to cook at home or take a chance on this place, I’d suggest saving your money. They are cutting costs on quality bad.
