La gabula Appiano Gentile Reviews
Excellent pizza and attentive service. I'm very satisfied.
Today I had lunch with the top casola, it was really good
Even though it was a weekday, so there weren't many people, and I arrived at 10 pm and the kitchen was already closed, they were very kind and offered me a selection of cold dishes. Vitel tonnè, buffalo mozzarella, and cherry tomatoes accompanied by a truly delicious fornarina. I'll be back to try some of the hot dishes.
Delicious, carefully prepared pizzas made with high-quality ingredients and cooked in a wood-fired oven. The service deserves five stars thanks to the young and extremely friendly staff. The atmosphere is simple and clean.
Excellent pizza also on a wooden cutting board, the restaurant is good, it's a shame about the location, it could do with some updating. Excellent service.
It was the first time, the occasion to celebrate a friend's birthday.... Excellent pizza on a cutting board, a very tender fried fish for 5 and an exquisite dessert

We only had one pizza because we were in a hurry. Excellent pizza, friendly and fast service. Looking at the dishes on the other tables, they were certainly delicious. Prices were normal.
I eat at this restaurant quite frequently for work and pleasure. The service is very friendly and pleasant, and the entire staff is very helpful. From pizza to meat and fish dishes, it's always worth taking a recommendation from the owner, who recommends the best dishes of the day. Lunch is quiet, but reservations are recommended for dinner.
Delicious food and friendly service..
Polenta evening on Tuesday. A family-friendly atmosphere with full compliance and Green Pass verification. Bright and clean atmosphere with plenty of space between tables. The appetizer was delicious coppa, fantastic pecorino cheese, and slinzega. Baked polenta terrine with sausage, mushrooms, and melting cheese; it should be brought to the table not too hot to avoid having to wait before enjoying it. It was delicious, though. Mixed fish stew with grilled polenta... Perfect! Swordfish, shrimp, cuttlefish, and monkfish were exceptional, even for me, and I don't like swordfish. The pear and chocolate sauce cake was very good. Now that I've discovered this pizzeria/restaurant, I can't wait to return to try the pizza too. Kudos to the always attentive and helpful service.
The place has no air conditioning, ceiling fans inside. We arrived waiting to receive two menus for 5 people (then I'll bring you the others... they never arrived). While waiting, we were able to contemplate the menus for a long time. First came the seafood spaghetti, generous portions. Good... then came my fried food dish: mozzarella and piping hot arancini. The eggplant was perhaps overcooked, but there were also meatballs, croquettes, and another portion of some unspecified food: frozen inside. When I reported it to the waitress, who found the plate full, she had no reaction... The pizzas arrived last, adequate, like the thin one, and a generous salad. I would have also liked vinegar, but I was exhausted from mosquitoes and hot; I didn't ask for it. Dessert: tiramisu was good. The braulio sorbet was good... and these raise the average. Based only on my choices (fried food and salad), I would have given only 1 star; the others were more satisfied.
The staff is very kind and professional, but the food leaves a bit to be desired. I tried a simple Margherita pizza, and I didn't really like it...very thin, all burned on the edges. But I also tried a slice of meat my boyfriend ordered, and that wasn't great either...nothing special. The kitchen needs to be reworked a bit.
Location without air conditioning. They offered us pizza by the slice without telling us about the price increase and without writing anything down; only to have a surprise at the counter. Slow service, poorly trained staff. A real shame with such delicious pizzas. A place like this CAN'T get any worse.
I got a takeout pizza, and when I opened it at home it was unsightly and inedible. The mushrooms were bitter, and it was as hard as a brick. I threw it all away! 😞 On top of the €30 I paid for three pizzas. Never again (p.s. Ah... those black things were supposed to be porcini mushrooms).
The staff wasn't very friendly, and the wait was a bit too long. We got the first two pizzas, and by the time the third arrived, we were already halfway through the first two. The dough was too thin for my taste, impossible to eat with your hands. I won't be back.
Terrible welcome, the blonde at the counter doesn't even greet me, she's busy making a coffee affogato... Subway ice cream plus dirty water. The pizza chef is the only one to smile and say hello. I order a takeout pizza, which I order from the pizza chef. The blonde still doesn't greet me or ask me what she's doing there! When it's time to pay, I ask for a Coke and they ask me for 3 euros. With bulging eyes, I say no thanks, the price drops to 2.50... still no thanks. I get home, open the box, and the pizza is disgusting just looking at it. Everything came from a can: mushrooms, olives, and mozzarella! I threw it all in the trash. Never again
