One person working who was extremely rude, and took almost 10 minutes to make one bowl while the line was out the door. Dirty tables. Found a hair in my bowl. Worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to.

Terrible experience. Please go to a different Chipotle. This location was extremely dirty and nothing seemed to be cleaned properly. The white rice was mixed into the brown rice and the salsa was mixed into the sour cream. The food was handled carelessly and they threw it into the bowl as if they were angry. Customer service was poor and the portions were very small especially the protein. The place felt unhygienic overall. Please make the extra drive and go to another location. This one is not worth it.

1 star because there’s too many times I’ve done an online order and find a bowl that has barely anything in it. The employees are rude as well and not very willing to help.

Had a terrible experience on Friday evening. To start the elderly women taking orders was a grumpy, poor listener, who didn't seam to care about what you wanted and gave the smallest portions I've ever been given there. Then the young guy at the registers first tried to pocket my change then thought that for $18.89 only should get one of my two servings. On top of that the line was a mess. You need stricter standards for your employees. What a terrible experience.

This is the worst Chipotle of them all!!! I have been to many Chipotle’s and live the food / concept but this one is worthless. On almost every occasion I order here, I get shorted. Sometimes the amount of meat is minuscule and sometimes they forget my sides entirely (this time two large guacamole and a salsa). If you like Chipotle, go a 1/2 mile in any direction and avoid this one like the plague.

Very dirty. Not sure I should be eating here of the lobby is this dirty. Employees were on there phones didn't wash hands or change gloves. Garbages are full

On 11/12/25 at 0530 they little old Hispanic lady with grey hair on the front line is very rude. She slaps the food onto the customers plates and yells at them because they can’t hear / understand her. If she didn’t like her job she should have chose a better life at such a BIG AGE she is ! She even made customers so mad they left out because she putting little amounts on plates out of anger. She needs anger management

There’s people sitting on buckets next to the soda machine hustling patrons to buy candy bars from them. Very authentic experience feels like I’m in Cancun. Employees clearly seeing this happen and don’t seem to care. Chaotic, dirty, out of some items. Didn’t pack the order correctly. Pic of my ‘large guac’ half filled.

Floors sopping wet, no fresh food, all dried up, no rice, sloppy work environment, customer service repulsive. Been here before never seen it this way. Disappointing almost walked about, really not even looking forward to eating this.

Find another chipotle nearby. This place has been dirty everytime we have went. One of our on-line orders was missing salsa and the other had absolutely no carnitas. It was pathetic! Only rice, a few beans and a sprinkle of cheese. Don't waste your money.

Ordered about an hour ahead of time to pick up. waited 15 minutes after pickup time, no food, workers locked people out of the restaurant. Restaurant was filthy. Workers were throwing garbage directly onto the floor. dirty dishes piled everywhere. No communication if order was received, when it would be ready or anything. waited 15 more minutes and left. this unfortunately seems consistent with other Chipotle restaurants.

Had went and ordered 1 burrito and 2 bowls and when ordering I told them what I wanted . Well the other employee trying to rush me , mind you no one was behind me had put stuff in my bowls and mixing it all up . I told them to do one at time so there wouldn’t be confusion and he just kept going . Also why is the quality soo bad like why does my bowl have a big price of the bottom of the lettuce .

Help me make this make sense. A coworker went to this location to buy food for our office. I ordered a Barbacoa Quesadilla with rice, corn and sour cream. When it was his turn to order the staff said, “that’s a special order and can only be ordered online.” But you make your online orders in your restaurant, right??? So what makes it any different to order it in person? They wouldn’t make the quesadilla there at the counter but said they would make something similar. I wouldn’t call this remotely close to similar. A mini tortilla with 2 bites of meat doesn’t suffice. Very unhappy with this process and weird ordering rules.
