Came here for a breakfast but was late. Ended up getting some burgers. Everything was good. Store was clean. And one of the team leads there was very kind. Wish I remembered his name. But helped us out with some fries. Appreciate it! It was a good experience!

The best burgers offer a combination of tastes and textures of salt – pepper with a bit of crunch. The patty needs to be juicy, the bun soft but sturdy, and you want the meat/bun/accompaniment ratio to be even from first to last bite. Then, you can add to your heart’s content. Lettuce and onion are favourites to feature, and while pickles can be more controversial, the best burgers benefit from the sweet tangy zing big mac sauce they bring. You’ll want to say yes please to cheese, and you are limited only by your imagination, guided by your tastes. 😃
Went to the Aransas Pass location this morning, to be exact on time, it was 9:26am through the drive through. A Beautiful Young Lady greeted me with such a Big Beautiful smile. I didn’t get her name. I ordered a Strawberry Banana smoothie. She just needs to be praised on such outstanding customer service. She made my day! We need more people like her in these businesses. Thank You 😊

For a fast food restaurant that survived a hurricane and reopened fast with alot of new employees I feel this McDonald's should get a pat on the back. We have had no problems except a little longer wait time to get our food, no mistakes on our orders and always hot food. Nice employees . Keep up the good work and don't listen to the grumpy customers who are always in a hurry and are can never be pleased.
Atmosphere is changing, attitudes are far better, wait time is cut in half from my previous complaint. Staff is pleasant, even while they're rushing everywhere to satisfy customers, very nice turn-around from several months ago.

Atmosphere was boring 😴. The food was hot. Not my favorite place to eat. Thd lobby needs to be attended to and cleaned!!
I was in a mood for a burger and came into the lobby. The drive thru was packed. My order was good and the cashier was courteous but the service was slow even though my order was small. People came in and left when they saw the lobby, assuming it was closed. All the chairs were on the tables.
The guy ahead of me had apparently been waiting for a VERY long time for his burger. His ride came in threatening to leave since it shouldn't take 20 minutes to get a burger in the lobby. My food took a reasonable amount of time. There were no napkins. I asked for an upgrade with my soda with my Happy Meal. Asked for a medium and was given a small. Asked was that a medium? Got no response...she did not hear or wasn't paying attention...I'll go with #2. The food is alright. The atmosphere is stressed. They never seem to have enough workers.
The wait time was awesome and that's a big round of applause from me. That's a high goal for the supervisors and crew members goal or the day in fast food restaurants. But, the employee's did a very poor job on making the bugers. They were very sloppy and very unprofessional. But everything was hot and fast when being brought out to me. The food was very delicious and I did enjoy it. Thank you Aransas Pass. McDonald's will always be the no matter what. #McDonald. #McDonaldworkers
Decent food but every table was filthy and trash everywhere on the floor. Nobody came out to clean dining room during our 45 minute visit but plenty of employees standing around cutting up. I cringe to think what the kitchen looks like.
What is the point of ordering curbside??? You will wait 5 X longer than if you went through the drive thru. It is actually in their policies to keep the drive thru moving no matter what. I have been sitting here watching vehicles arrive, go through the drive thru and leave. Just unacceptable.
I went to McDonald’s at 11:56am today. Waited almost thirty mins in line for a quarter pounder. When I finally got it the fries were barely warm and the burger was cold. Also the employee that handed me my food never said thank you or have a good day or anything! If you are in customer service you should remember manners! The manager needs to step up and get those employees trained better!
Ordered breakfast with no scrambled eggs, still got eggs, asked them to remake it because I can’t eat eggs, the employee removed the egg and tried to give it back to me, what part do you not understand that I can’t eat eggs any part of them even what it touches. Just remake the sandwich with out eggs…🤦♂️
I usually get drive thru here, service can be slow depending on the time you go. I had a bad experience just yesterday when I got bfast for me and my children. I didn't realize the egg from the egg mcmuffin was dark inside after a few bites. I took it out and you can see for yourself. Pretty grossed out.
Food quality is good just verify your order is correct before leaving. Good customer service is available on days that their higher ups are in the store. I frequent this location and I've had good service and I've had horrible service. I've had a manager hang her head out the window and curse at me as I was leaving the drive thru. It's a hit and miss on customer service especially when you approach the front counter and every employee looks at you and ignores you like it's not their job to ask if you need help.

They always get something wrong whether it be a whole box of nuggets and a whole burger missing or putting no sauce in after promising it was all in there. The drive thru order takers are usually pretty nice but by the time we get our food the person at the window is on the rude side or just doesn't have everything in the bag.
Took them 20 minutes to give me 2 coffees. While I was waiting I had to use the bathroom but they had an employee in the stall for 30 minutes the whole time I was in the store. Ridiculous that a customer couldn’t even use their restroom
Order was correctly repeated back at the drive thru intercom system. Arrived at first window to pay, and that's where it started. The young lady repeated the order wrong, when it was correct and I gave her the money to pay she couldn't decide on giving me my change or take the next order. The two vehicles in front of me were able to receive there orders and leave before she gave me my change back. At the second window my order was repeated correctly, but gave me the wrong sandwich. So, choosing the drive-thru trying to social distance myself and avoid going inside, it was a waste of my time and inconvenienced not only the other work staff but most importantly the other customers. This was not written for someone to get in trouble for, but for the management to go over the "back to the basics" of good customer service with less issues.
First of all I ask for a salad and was told they didn't have salads. So I requested a #2 which I thought was a meal. I also order a Hot& Spicy Chicken. I got fries with that and two drinks and McFurry/ Brownie, Carmel. Total $16.13. I didn't get fries with my meal. Question shouldn't I have? Disappointed
"Went in, got some nuggies for the kids and two double cheeseburgers for myself. The soda fountains were down, but they promised me a canned soda—okay, stuff happens. Got the food, and the nuggs were good, but the fries were cold and soggy. I got two bites into a burger and found a sticker between the patties of the first one. I informed them, and they refunded me for that particular burger. I didn’t eat the other, just left, and they forgot my soda. I had to go back to the counter and ask for it."
They always close before 11pm. If the advertised closing time is 11pm why cant i order food at 10:30pm? When i asked the person at the drive thru speak what time they closed they responded with "i don't know but we're closed".
At 4:35pm the food at McDonald's was decent, but the service was disappointing due to the window person's aggressive tone and unfriendly demeanor when repeating our order. The employee at the window could improve her customer service skills by greeting people with a friendly smile and approachable demeanor.

This place sucks. About a quarter of the time the staff is friendly so there's that. But every.single.time. something is wrong. And not a little wrong. Like missing half your order. Every time.
When I go thru the drive thru and order “extra mustard, extra ketchup and extra onions” on all three of my McDoubles, I’d like to actually receive the extras? Especially when it cost almost the price of a whole nother burger. And don’t even get me started on the wait in the drive thru, and the attitude once at the speaker from the employee.
1st got my order incorrect they changed it at the window then had to wait in my car for my order, they brought it out & forgot my Ranch Dip!
worst experience ever. went to the drivethru ordered paid were told to pull into pick up lane 2. waited almost 20 min while others came and went. when food finally came there was only half of it upon discovery walked into store and they told us it was correct. if it was correct we would not have took it back. very rude customer service. a week later gave it another shot and order not right again and fries were cold. they said the cook had just walked out..... will not go back.
Where are my other two posts about this McDonald's? Are they deleting their negative reviews? Cause I have yet to see one positive review. Why isn't there a way to rate zero stars cause this is what this McDonald's needs. Worst fast food place I've ever been to. They have never, not one time gotten my order right. On top of that the food is sometimes undercooked. I just left there ten minutes ago, went through the drive thru and had to park and bring my food in immediately. The fries were so undercooked it was like they dipped them in grease for had for half a minute and pulled them out. My wife's burger was wrong and my spicy chicken sandwich had so much grease on it it almost got up and started its own musical. Save yourself the trouble, do not even attempt this place.
It is extremely rare that I give any establishment a one-star but this in my opinion was pretty close to making that cut I did however give it a two-star. Starting with the long lines the fact that they raised all their menu prices a fairly lengthy wait time 15 minutes in a Drive-Thru it's just plain old too long I understand it's getting hard to find good help these days but I don't know what to say 15 minutes is just too long for a drive-through and the facts that they actually gave me the wrong order the first time but did give me the correct order the second. You know what the more I write and talk about my experience I've decided to downgrade it from a two-star to a one-star. If you're reading this go ahead and put your feedback in let me know what you thought about it. I know everybody's opinion is going to be different but I love reading what other people have to say.
Bread was hard as rock. Had to wait 25 minutes in line. No excuses please, I don't care how short you are on staff that's just taking your damn time . Definitely will NOT be going back here. Should have read the reviews before going, but we have never had an issue at a McDonald's before.
I am very disappointed in this McDonald’s in Aransas pass. We normally get breakfast her very often. The service has went down hill. 3 out of 4 times are order is messed up and we order the same thing all the time. We have mentioned it to management and they told us we would have to reorder and then I noticed employees were not wearing there hats or even a hair net no gloves when they made the food. Now here we are we can’t even get are meals complete. Where are the owners? These managers need more training or replace. I will drive to Portland or Rockport. Before I come here to Aransas pass again. P.s I have asked for owners phone number and they refused to give it. I left my number to a lady ( McDonald’s employee) and saw her throw the paper away from the window.
They have this one girl working there and don’t know any kind of English. When u ask her for extra stuff she says don’t speak English. Then why in the hell is she working the window if she can’t speak no English. The place in there is so dirty so nasty. Iam surprised the health department has not came to investigate the place. We need the kitchen cops to come I guarantee they will get a F. They lost my business. For sure.
Fries were soggy and old. Tasted like the grease hadn’t been replaced recently. Hamburger didn’t fill the bun, catsup watered down, 1 tiny pickle slice. Save your money and go somewhere else.
I stopped going to the old one years ago from frustration. I gave the new one a chance and its worse. Why own something that you just let be run poorly. It has sucked for years. It took 22 minutes to get 2 biscuits, after it took ten minutes to get to order. This location sucks. The owner surely knows and does not care how badly his business is run.
Lady at the window seemed frustrated at me because she got the order wrong. I also asked for an upgrade on fries only to receive half a fry order, I told the manager who gave me the same fries in a different bag. I get you are busy but you need to be more educated on customer service.
Ordered with door dash & didn't receive a tea. No straws & missing a hot & spicy! Trying 2 call & no one answers Finally got PRISCILLA to answer with a horriable attitude because they forgot to put items in! & wanted us to go for something we paid 2 be delivered & that was all she can do!
Visited late at night. The drive through was backed up. When I suggested that they not have a brand new guy on the register at such a busy time, a female (manager?) suggested we go to Whataburger! We did just that.
I honestly don't think they care about this location anymore or even the reviews. Only been here twice and service is terrible plus rude managers. Honestly if you do go here just get load and watch how quick they change there attitude
Worst services!! They pick and choose who to service through the drive-thru. Also, they make sure curbside is last to get their order when it was already placed through the app. Their employees are rude and don't care if they make mistakes. No apologies. Curbside shouldn't be waiting 1.5 - 2 hours for food.
Way too slow! The worst experience I've had at McDonald's. I ordered curbside pickup through their app for breakfast. When I arrived I immediately put in my curbside check-in, but still had to wait for six drive-thru customers that ordered after I arrived. Most of them were also pulled aside and had to wait. It would have been far better to use the drive-thru and wait behind a couple of cars than it was to order through the app and be put behind five cars. Very disappointed.
Food is normal but service is TERRIBLE. You'll end up waiting 20 minutes for something that should take 5, they completely neglect the second drive through window. I just drove off after wasting 20 minutes of my life with WITHOUT EVEN HAVING MY ORDER TAKEN. GET IT TOGETHER!
I was there on June 15, arnd 0900 hrs ordered at D-TRU approached the pay window, an incompetent Hispanic female who couldn’t speak English instructed me to go to “number5”, I did and we waited for twenty-five minutes plus. I went inside asked the manager…and wow, the young girl a product of her leadership like her boss—-very incompetent. Don’t understand why she is assisting at the window. Have her run food outside only….She should be good at that only. I have read previous comments and postings —who in Ingleside (Shareholders) at this restaurant will step up to correct and chastise these incompetent employees and the manager—-she was in post pic from a previous patron who posted. That was her, wow! Who is vetting all these comments and does anyone care how this business conducts normalities. I challenge the Leadership at this business to come forward to these comments….the patrons are leaving at YOUR business. It must be embarrassing reading the comments while still enjoying going to work allowing this to continue to linger day after day.
I’ve been here twice and it freaking sucked. I went the first time and ordered two egg and cheese, Mcgriddles. I requested them to hold the sausage and they ended up putting a sausage on both of them After making Wait in one of the reserve spots because they were taking so long. I tried one more time going back there three weeks later and I just waited nearly 20 minutes for one mocha coffee, and when they brought me it, it was the wrong size. And to make it even worse, the cup wasn’t even completely full.
I will never go to this location ever again. Ordered online for curbside. Waited 20 minutes then finally went inside to see what was goIng on. Was told my order timed because I took too long to get to the curbside spot. How if I ordered from the parking lot. Was told there was nothing they could do since it timed out. So left without food and got charged over 40 dollars for my order. Calling my bank to get the charged reversed. Never coming back.
Kiosk wasn't accepting payments so we had to go to the counter. We waited 20 mins behind 2 other people and no one ever got acknowledged. We ended up just leaving to go somewhere else. :c
Tables are a mess we order are food to eat sitting they gave it to us in to go bags. Yelled for us to come get it instead of doing there job and bringing it to are table nicely. The food was cold and over cooked there was a blue shirt, aka manager was giving us attitude for no reason. Went thru drive thru was overhearing employee tell the kitchen our order and we heard her say EXTRA MAC SAUCE when we ordered NO MAC SAUCE she let the kitchen know and told her burger is already made we said it is not made the way we asked ... Got down to get food and manager is the one that said burger was already made and it wasn't made the way we said ... She was very rude... After arguing the girl taking orders said I'm sorry I put it in wrong ... How are we gonna take a burger that was made wrong!!!! Never will go backto this McDonald's worse ever!!!!
Where should I begin, this Mc. Donalds is pure trash, to begin with we went in to eat one night and ther lobby was so filthy it was disgusting, then last week we went by there for dinner because its my sons favorite place to eat. We go there quiet often and spend alot of money there, last week they tryed to say I didnt pay for my large fries. Then this morning they parked us all I ordered was a sausage biscuit and a hasbrown, my son was late for school because we waited so long, he didnt get to eat we waited there for 25 minutes, so I went back there after I dropped him off and they gave me the food that was just sitting there the hashbrown was falling apart, anf the biscuit was so cold. This place is pure trash.
The employees that are prepping the food are not paying attention. They charged me but never gave me my correct order. I ordered 20 piece nuggets and a Big Mac, all I got was the 10 piece nuggets. No bbq sauce, no Big Mac burger missing my other 10 piece nugget.Come on now how difficult is it really?? If I could give no stars review I would. So consider this review my 0 star rating
I went through the drive-through at this McDonald’s this morning about 12:15 today. The building was completely wrapped with cars going through the drive-through. I ordered a hamburger with extra pickles and a large fry and a large Dr Pepper. After waiting about 10 minutes I recieved my order at the drive-through window. When I took my fries out they were positively cold. So I decided to go inside and get my fries replaced with fresh fries. Due to the quarantine there was no access to the inside. So I had to walk up to the drive-through window in front of other cars and ask for some fresh fries by which I found to be an extremely embarrassing situation. As I walked away I checked my fries, and to my dismay, they were just as limp and cold As the previous ones. Now Ive been forced with the dilemma of having to go back to the window for the third time and face the embarrassment again, I chose to just throw them out. I then started to eat my burger. Guess what, it also was cold and did not have extra pickles on it. The burger was made much earlier and they never even attempted to put pickles on it. This McDonald’s has been consistently getting worse. The last five times we’ve gone there it’s been a problem. You would think that it would matter to cater to the customer especially during these times. I will never go back to this McDonald’s again..NEVER
Went through the drive through last night and placed my order at 10:06 pm. At 10:30 pm I was still 3 cars back from the first window when I finally went in the dining room for a refund. There were 7 people I could see working and not one customer dining in. Manager gave me a refund with no problem, but they give a new meaning to "fast food".
McDonald's in Aransas Pass always gets the order wrong. The female night manager was very helpful but the rest of the staff I encountered sucked! And they make the burgers an food very sloppy and messy! Hurts my stomach Everytime! Thank goodness for your one female night manager.
Make sure you check your debit card statement because they charged you twice, and after they told you that they can’t do nothing about it 🤷♀️🤷♀️ then who??? HELLO!!!! I have a lot to complain about. First off they new the sprite machine was out, but still brought out a sprite that was literally all carbonation to my son who is 4. Second off they forgot my sons chicken nuggets in his happy meal and my nuggets in my meal, literally all they gave us was fries. Third off when I went inside to get my missing items they manager hailey on duty literally slammed the bag down on the counter at me and didnt say a single word to me. Not Im sorry or anything. Fourth off I got back to my car and Im missing the sauce to the nuggets I just ordered. So I have to go back in. I am ignored by 4 different staff before I said something like I need help to the staff. Then they gave me one sauce to share with my son. So I go I need more then that and she huffed ar me and said here then. Fifth off I went back in because I will not be treated like that and asked the so called manager on duty for the general managers number and she gave me the assistants number because she doesnt have the GM numbers. All managers should have that number. I work in the restaurant Industry and have never been treated like this before at all. I would love a refund on all my food I received because my chicken nuggets I got werent cooked all the way and my son was messing two nuggets for his 6 piece meal. Also asked for no salt on my sons fries because he cant have it due to the fact he doesnt like salt and they were soo salty he couldnt even eat those.
Signed up in Mobil app. Sent my order in and response told me to go to curbside and respond with number. So I did. App responded order would be delivered in 5 is so minutes. After 2.0 minutes I called the store and gave them my curbside number. They ask what I’d ordered and as I was telling the girl I was put on hold. She then Came back on line and as i was trying to tell her again she hung up on me. I then went into the store and a heavyset Hispanic woman ask it was a Big Mac. I said yes and she threw it on the counter rudely. She then turned to get my drink and she again rudely said have a good day. I didn’t say anything I just walked away. I then went to sit at a table and she again rudely said that I couldn’t be inside only drive through. As I walked out I muttered to myself “ frikin place She was walking behind me and said “ f?;k you” then quickly locked the door. I WILL NOT EVER BE BACK. And I will tell everyone I know. If that’s the kind of store they run they deserve to have no business Very rude person working for you.

This place is an absolute joke with the worst staff I've ever dealt with in my life. We placed our order 20 minutes in advance on the app. Waited in line of the drive-thru for 20 minutes to get to the ordering kiosk. Gave them our order number they told us to pull up to the window which we did. Just to have them tell us oh it's not ready please pull around again. By this time the line was longer than it was when we pulled in their. When I told them I wasn't about to pull around and wait another 20 minutes when they had already had 40 minutes to get her order ready. They threatened to call the cops because I wouldn't pull back around and wait another 20 minutes even though the apps that are food was ready for pickup. The management is an absolute joke there's a reason this place has a 3-star rating. I mean how hard is it to get an order ready in 40 minutes that was already ordered on an app in advance? Instead of just giving us our three kids meals and two adult meals. They figured it would be better to call the cops wait for the cops to come deal with the situation. Instead of just giving us our food so we can go on our way. This places in absolute joke! I never wanted to reach through a window and grab a manager by their throat and beat them in the parking lot so bad my life. There was no need for the way they acted. Especially after us ordering 20 minutes in advance plus sitting in line for 20 minutes. That gave them 40 minutes to get three kids meals and two adult meals ready to go. Especially when a customer was told to pull up to the window after they gave the order number from the app. Whatever you do don't waste your time with this trash location!!!!
Probably one of the worst locations when it comes to time management. Every time I come to this location, I spent 15 to 30 minutes in drive-through I have pulled off twice in drive-through. I would love to speak to a manager because the phone goes straight to voicemail.
No soap in the bathroom, i walked straight out and ate somewhere else
This place actually deserves zero stars. First time I went about 9 months ago I got severely sick, on the toilet for two days. We actually reported this place for a food Bourne outbreak. I thought it was a fluke, and the next time we went (6 months later) I got a massive headache that lasted for two days… probably the worst headache of my life… and tonight my son begged me for a happy meal so we returned again months later… 50 minute wait time in line, and everything in my order was incorrect once we finally got it. They handed me the bag and said “everything is in there you can go now”, and I told them I was going to check the items. They had given me the wrong order! The person at the counter was so rude I honestly couldn’t believe it. I even witnessed people touching food items and the underside of drink lids with their hands no gloves… I get it, things must be tough with today’s crappy level of work ethic, but at its core you need good customer service. I know this won’t change anything, and I’ve never been so irritated that I had to post a bad review, but this was the final straw. Will never be eating at McDonald’s again. Been a life long fan, but you lost one today.
Writing this in hopes corporate will try to do something here. Place is filthy, hand sink not working in bathroom so employees going back to work without washing hands. Sticky floors with trash all around, tables not being cleaned off. 5 year old threw a fit but I refused to order from there. Ended up Going down the street to whataburger. I’m sure labor is tough in a town like this but either fix it or close it down before you kill someone from unsafe food handling.
I was ignored in the drive thru for 10 minutes while the other lane was continuously greeted and moving. I changed to curbside and then sat for 30+ minutes waiting on a single order of fries. Everyone around me was served and not once was I asked or acknowledged about my order. Absolutely worst MCDs I have ever been to. Terribly run and terrible service. You clearly do not care about your customers at all. Couldnt even rate the food because I never got it but was still charged
Set there for 40 minutes waiting on food...three other people waited as long..people walked in and ordered got there food...but not us..got my money back and took my money to whataburger....
Went to a McDonald's almost after a decade and soon realized I why I stopped eating McDonald's.
We ordered a ten piece meal, a spicy chicken sandwich, medium fry. Not only did they get our order wrong, they had huge attitudes about it. The bigger lady working at the window needs to rethink working with the public if she can’t handle it. The worst experience at any McDonald’s I’ve been to.
I went through the drive thru this morning on my way to work and placed an order, nothing special, a #8. I was asked to pull forward since there weren't hashbrowns. I pulled forward and waited mins, and nothing finally decided to walk in, and they had a mess. Apparently, there was about 5 different customers waiting for their order. The manager(woman with short red hair) was not worried about pushing out correct orders, more worried about having a conversation with another employee. I had to ask her to worry about pushing out orders before conversating about other things not related to the current problem. I arrived at 6:35 am and placed my order and after standing in the restaurant to remind them of my order I left with my order in hand at 7:15 late for work. Not professional at all.
Terrible McDonald's people ignore you now and don't even greet you here. Probably cuz the Uber drivers that deliver their food make more money and actually have communication skills to politely greet someone. Stood there for 30 minutes to be acknowledged
15 minutes for 1 hot and spicy, med fries and drink?? Then still get walked passed in the drive through!!!!?
Every time I come to this location I’m told to leave the drive thru and wait in a curb side spot. It takes 15-20 minutes to get my food and it’s always cold.
Manager refused to give us any monopoly pieces because they were out of the cups.They said other McDonald's give us when they are out of the cubs.They give us something else to compensate.Said like this manager was very disrespectful
Used the App when we were 5 minutes out to order 3 standard meals assuming our order would be put together faster. Still waited in the drive through line and then were directed to pull forward and wait. Took longer than usual and then we got home to find out that one meal is missing. Slow service and not getting what we were charged for. We'll be getting our fast food elsewhere from now on.
I’m usually a very patient person because I had worked fast for but this burger was for my sick son who we had just left the er for I live in Ingleside so for my child to open up the burger and there be no patty is pretty sad I know it’s only about 2 bucks but still and no I didn’t get my receipt I was just there about 20 minutes ago and lines are dead
On the way to SA I stopped to order an iced coffee as my Birthday reward but was told that it was not an eligible item. I spoke with the manager and confirmed location, that item was eligible, and not an online only offer. She stated it was not on their computer, there was nothing she could do and I cancelled my order and left. I stopped in Portland and had no issues in getting my Birthday reward.
Had pick up order, selected curbside, 22 minutes later,no order arrived, this is after seeing 6 cars order through drive thru and leave before me,went inside to cancel,manager unaware of order ,also manager did not know how to cancel order and had to ask co worker,Ridiculous
I ordered $50+ dollars in food I ordered 2 Double Bacon Quarter Pounders With Cheese Large Combos my wifes burger box was completely soggy and the "Large Fry's " where not full not even past the front Arch as well as my Double Quarter Pounders With Cheese Large Combo the only meal that was made right was my childs 6 Piece Chicken Nuggets kids meal and when I called the only thing the manager would say is okay we will remake the fry but there aren't supposed to be full since when I ask because I used to work for McDonald's was my first job and I told her I live in ingleside it my daughters birthday this week I just wanted to eat my meal with my daughter I said I would be going by afterwards she said oh ylso your just gonna eat the food and want me to still remake it sorry I won't be doing that oh okay fine I will be contacting your corporate manager and be speaking with the store manager this is unacceptable this happened at 12/16/2025 at 7:49pm
Very rude employee up front - with backward name tag. Out of carbonated beverages entirely - but the rudest employee let us know about it. Our replacement lemonade was so full of ice, couldn’t get a straw in it. I asked for extra pickles didn’t get extra. I know at least one employee will be happy for 2 less customers to wait on in the future.
I ordered through the app and was given a code which I’ve done so many times. Went to give the code and was told they didn’t have my order. I drove up to the window showed the worker the app and code. Even had a receipt sent to my email and she proceeded to tell me that my payment declined but my card was charged.
I ordered online and they were very busy, but forgot my sausage mcgriddle. 1st they forgot my drink and I wasn't thinking about checking after I left. Make sure you check your order before you leave.
I have waited 20 minutes in this drive-thru, watched 7 people get there food before me and my family. Do better
The workers here talk and act as if they hate their job and life. They all seem miserable and their work ethic shows that. From 45 minute waits for 2 happy meals to workers who visibly walk around with a frown, expect to be disappointed coming here. If only they hired people who didnt act like working at McDonald's is so hard for them lmao
What’s the point of ordering curbside 15 minutes before showing up and then still having to wait over 20 minutes. I still haven’t received my order as I’m typing this up as I’m waiting. All I ordered was a hamburger happy meal. That’s it. Nothing else. Probably going to be late for work now and probably should have gone to sonic.
Thanks again. I ordered curbside and wasn't able to complete the check-in. Went through drive-thru since the app told me to go through the drive-thru or the counter. I was then told to go to curbside and complete check-in for it to be processed, but at that time, it had already processed and took my money, so I couldn't cancel it and i didn't bother picking my food up either since I'dbe standing there explaining the whole process for the 3rd time. Awesome sauce
My son and I came in for a quick bite after fishing. When we entered we went to The cash register and were rudely told we had to go do everything at the Kiosk. It was dirty. We ordered our stuff, paid for it and got our number. It took 13 minutes to get cold hard chicken nuggets and a coke cup... I had to ask for the lady who I talked To before that was super rude to get my cup... When I went to get my Coke the lids were almost empty I had to look for a lid to fit my cup. There was only Five people in the whole place. More employees then customers !!! I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND I WONT EVER GO BACK
I have yet to be served in a timely manner. The staff seems to not care about their job. They spend more time on their phone than anything else it appears. Well I gave our local McDonald's another try on 03/14/2022 It was just as bad as any other time I have tried it. I had a simple egg McMuffin seems easy enough to get right I was sadly mistaken. Egg whites were runny the little sausage was over cooked and was like rubber. So I made a note to self. Never again shall I eat at this establishment.
