Un'esperienza unica da ripetere appena possibile. Eccezionale pasta fresca tirata a mano da Alberto con farina Senatore Cappelli, pomodoro a pezzetti con peperoncino, base di vellutata con cime di rapa e prezzemolo colto dalla piantina sul davanzale. Tiramisù con savoiardo tra i migliori mai assaggiati. Nella sua cucina assaggiando caciotta, salame e olive mentre lui lavorava ai fornelli.
