Siamo stati da I Baccanali ad Arese per una pausa gelato. Abbiamo ordinato due coppe: il gusto era discreto, niente di particolare. Il servizio è stato nella norma, cortese ma senza spiccare. L’ambiente è standard, simile a molti altri locali della zona. Nel complesso, un’esperienza semplice, adatta per una sosta veloce ma che non ci ha lasciato particolari impressioni.

I went there to try the pasta at this restaurant. They had a hard time understanding me, luckily I asked first if there was a "coperto" at the end, even though it's indicated on the menu in lowercase! I had a dish of pasta with a very succulent tomato sauce, but the portion was quite ridiculous, and considering how much it cost, they could have made an effort! I waited 5-10 minutes for it, and a cutlery item was missing (knives weren't provided at the table). At the end, the waiter offered me a coffee, and I asked him if it was chargeable. He replied yes in Italian, since he didn't know how to speak English at all.

Ok hamburgers, the fries don't taste superb but they are ok. Hamburger with bacon was quite good. During noon it was crowded and it felt a bit like you had to rush with food because there was people waiting though. You have a nice view on the shopping centre below there. Was ok and pricing also ok, they did have quite a lot of special hamburgers. I didn't see if there was a vegetarian option or not. The hamburger was better than going to a mcdonalds but more pricey ofcourse.

Ordinato 2 aperitivi , oltre alla splendida beffa dei 3 € di coperto Alle 2 di numero olive di ceriniola, per giunta non buone, la chicca è il prezzo 23€ ....per correttezza ,mia, segnalo che nella foto manca la pinsa " speciale" di mia moglie.... di speciale solo il prezzo . Se vi capita anche no.

Arrivati al "ristorante" neanche un cameriere ci ha accolti come si deve, se non avessimo chiesto noi di poterci sedere saremmo rimasti ad aspettare fino ad adesso. Anche per poter ordinare abbiamo dovuto aspettare almeno 20 minuti, nonostante non ci fosse molta gente (solo circa 5 persone già al tavolo). Una volta ordinato hanno portato le bibite, anche sbagliate (poi hanno corretto l'errore), successivamente abbiamo dovuto aspettare altri 15/20 minuti per il panino, il pane enorme conteneva un hamburgerino minuscolo..faceva quasi ridere..anche se comunque non era male. Avrei voluto chiedere del ketchup per le patatine, quando mi sono accorta che già alcune patatine erano sporche di ketchup (non messo da noi....patatine palesemente riciclate da altri clienti!!!) Una vera vergogna. 20 euro per un hamburger, delle patatine riciclate e due bibite. Un po' esagerato. Non torneremo.

Zero stelle proprio! Da 30 euro x un aperitivo a base di affettati, formaggi che sono molto meglio quelli del supermercato..compresi 2 drink che facevo pietà..e una bottiglietta d' acqua... 36 euro. Ah... c' era il coperto ben di 4,50 euro .... non segnato sul menù dell' aperitivo. Responsabile antipatica quando ci siamo lamentati del prezzo totale. Come fregare le persone. ZERO STELLE !

Provato a cena di giovedì. 1 antipasto e 4 primi ( 2 cacio e pepe, 1 carbonara e 1 pasta al sugo per bimbi 60gr). Antipasto arrivato abbastanza velocemente. Per le 4 paste abbiamo aspettato 40 minuti. La pasta al sugo per bambini non era assolutamente 60gr ma molta di più e immangiabile, senza sale e sugo praticamente insipido e inesistente. Piatto rimandato in cucina. Pasta non inserita nel conto, purtroppo non ci torneremo. Pessima esperienza.

Semplicemente vergognosi! Ci rechiamo come altre volte in passato per il pranzo, prima un cameriere inizia a fare storie per il passeggino, perché per regola del ristorante vicino al tavolo o tengo il passeggino o il seggiolone (sporco) fornito da loro, poi il problema nasce con la cameriera decisamente maleducata che inventa una legge per cui da dopo il covid non è possibile riscaldare in microonde una pappa già pronta acquistata al supermercato in quanto non si sa cosa ci sia dentro( peccato che è tutto scritto in etichetta altrimenti non potrebbe essere venduta) a questo punto con educazione decidiamo di alzarci per andare in altro ristorante viste le due problematiche e la stessa cameriera dice al primo che ci aveva accolto, “che i rompic….i non devono nemmeno sedersi!” Ribadisco vergognosi non solo a livello professionale ma semplicemente a livello di educazione base di una persona!

You're in the middle of a busy, well-known shopping mall. It's your only good fortune, because if you were in the middle of the street, no one would come in, and you'd turn off the stove in a month. I still have a stomachache from lunch because of those four single-flavor, used-oil fried dishes we were served: first frozen, sent back, refried, brought back, sent back, remade, but still utter rubbish. How can supplí, crocchè, and mozzarella in carrozza taste the same? Shocked. I'm on my second liter of water for the Gricia (salt, pecorino, maccheroncini, and guanciale, listed in order of appearance on the plate), which is incredibly salty. You boast about Roman cuisine, but you're incapable of preparing a decent dish. Who works in your kitchens? Disgraceful.

A nightmare! The guy who served us couldn't understand our order. The first time, he brought us an unsolicited pinsa. The second time, we asked for a medium-sized platter of cured meats, so he brought us the cheese platter. We later learned that, since they had the pinsa, it cost 25 euros. We tried to explain what had happened, but the only (rude) response we got was that we could send it back instead of eating it, as if we knew what their platters looked like. Not recommended. They're incompetent and rude. Above all, instead of standing outside the restaurant to usher customers in, they should spend the time training the staff and taking a deep breath.

I travel a lot for work (Italian Judiciary) and enjoy Italian cuisine throughout Italy. Today I was here and it was the WORST LUNCH IN YEARS. I ordered a lunch of marinated chicken with vegetables and potatoes and a glass of sparkling white wine. The result: EXTREMELY SALTY chicken and cold potatoes that had been stale for at least three days!!!! A glass of wine from a paper bag, with no soul and no bubbles!!!! Of all the places to eat, this is the one to avoid!!!!! One more thing I want to add: I reported the violation of fire safety regulations, but my invitation was absolutely disregarded!!! All for the modest sum of €38.00.

I've rarely had a worse meal. The waiters outside the restaurant pushing you inside should have already made me suspicious, as in any tourist trap. An insult to Roman cuisine, an insult to Italian cuisine, an insult to the kitchen. Supplì charred on the outside and still frozen on the inside, and the problem wasn't just at our table but also at the tables next to us. The carbonara was literally tasteless and arrived cold, the amatriciana was full and greasy with oil, the gricia was tasteless. The only expensive thing was the bill.

I MUST NOTE THAT I GAVE ONE STAR OUT OF OBLIGATION, BUT IT WOULD BE VALUED ZERO. Embarrassing: €25 per person is a price a restaurant should easily be able to serve a decent pasta dish for! I ordered a mixed fried dish, but it wasn't available, so I asked for a mixed bruschetta, not a single one of which was attributable to Roman cuisine. Supplì were very dark in color, as if they were over-fried, but the mozzarella in the center wasn't even melted. The table next door sent them back. Three first courses: raw cacio e pepe with a pecorino cream that didn't connect with the pasta, as if it were a pre-packaged sauce poured over plain pasta. Amatriciana was overcooked with tomato and onion, but no pecorino and no bacon flavor. Gricia was overcooked, perhaps the glue was firmer. Guanciale was seasoned with a sprinkling of grated pecorino cheese thrown over an unreasonable amount of pepper... In short, an attack on Roman and Italian cuisine as a whole!!!

If I really had to give it one star, I'd give it one... even though it deserves zero! Both for the rudeness of the owner/manager, and for the poor quality of the food (and drinks, which I won't comment on). Plus, there was a cover charge (not listed on the aperitif menu) of a whopping €4.50!!!! How can you rip off people who think it's a good bar/restaurant? DO NOT GO THERE!

Roman Cuisine Revisited: Two "revisited" gricia dishes, both with hair on the plates... too bad this ingredient wasn't listed on the menu. The dishes were returned to the kitchen almost intact, and when offered to remake them, we declined because we were no longer hungry. This was a serious and unacceptable episode from every perspective. The 10% discount applied and indicated by the manager "as per company policy" cannot compensate for such an experience.
