New York Eats Arlington Reviews
I have been anticipating my return to Dallas, just so I could visit New York Eats. Upon entering, I was greeted warmly and asked if I needed any assistance. I decided to order through the self-service kiosk so that I could take my time looking at the different options. The restaurant was clean and everything was in good order. The food arrived promptly and it was delicious. It was well-seasoned and the portions were large. My wife and I arrived hungry after a long day of sightseeing, and we were ecstatic with the food that we were able to partake of. We were extremely happy with the flavor of the food and the large portion sizes. Eating at this restaurant was a pleasant experience that I cannot wait to have again.
I’ve only ever ordered delivery from here so I can’t speak to the atmosphere of the actual restaurant, but the food is incredible. Definitely holds up to delivery! The Bay Ridge BBQ and Hell’s Kitchen platters are my faves. The Hell’s Kitchen is especially good if you are a fan of spice! Can’t wait to actually go in-person to this restaurant one day.
As soon as I walked in I knew it was going to be excellent. I was greeted immediately after walking through the door. It smelled amazing as well! It was my first time visiting so the young lady at the register walked me through the ordering process. I ordered my food and it was ready within a few minutes. Everything tasted fresh and looked, tasted and smelled amazing! I ordered the spice level 2 (out of 3) because I had never eaten here before but next time I will definitely get the spice level 3. It was spicy at 2 but I like it SPICY! Give this place a try. They're great!
Good college food. Lots of quantity and good service and prices aren’t bad. Lots of rice, fries and carbs so something to watch for. Only complaint was the sewage smell which kind of difficult to deal with while eating.
It was amazing! We have ventured out of our way to come have it a second time after randomly finding it after the UIL state football games a couple weeks ago. There is plenty of food to share but we enjoy taking it home to have for leftovers the next day. Would highly suggest giving it a try even if you are new to halal type foods. Might want to be careful though on the spice level if you are sensitive. It doesn't hit you right away but even the medium can pack a really good punch. Service has been very friendly the two times. First time it was very late and within about 30 minutes before they were going to close so we were going to take it to go. Had fast and friendly service even though it was so late as well.
It seems crazy that someone can take something as simple as a burger and just totally redefine what you expect to eat! This is by far the best tasting burger I’ve ever had and it is consistently on point! The staff is wonderfully polite, helpful, and hospitable. Anytime I’m in the DFW area, I WILL make the drive to NY Eats, and I recommend anyone do the same. They also have rice bowls that are out of this world! You cannot go wrong no matter which menu item you select. As a chef myself, I also really appreciate the hard work that goes into a scratch made kitchen! Top notch and a MUST stop! Much love to y’all!
The food was wonderful!! I had the Manhattan Mix Plate and my wonderful son who was treating me for my birthday had the Bay Ridge BBQ plate with side of fries. As you can see he cleaned his plate and I used some self control to not eat all of mine so I could take it home to enjoy on another day. Now on to my birthday desert at local cobbler place. Great way to grow older great food and great company!!
I didn’t realize I was gonna be eating the best burger I’ve had in a really long time when I came in to the restaurant 6/17. The seasoning, the bread, the meat was all so incredible and too good to put down. The garlic and masala fries were fantastic. I can’t wait to come back and try more of the menu.
Great Mediterranean restaurant in DFW area. If you are looking for a great tasting menu with lots of delicious food options then this is the place. From their Gyro’s to Rice platter, falafel and French fries are awesome. It’s popular to UTA students as well. Great indoor dining area. Parking can be difficult because it’s a very busy plaza. We definitely would recommend this restaurant, if you are looking for great Mediterranean food.
Fast food that's fast but not poorly made. Very nice service which was cool because there was a lot of to-go and delivery traffic. UTA is across the street. Whe think that means it will be very bad or very good. Get the gyro. Have tried the entrees too. Everything except the burgers so far and it's all been good to us. Nothing is crazy priced so you can try a few things. Come in the metal trays so reheat it if you want. Chicken isn't dry, the beef and lamb are tender too.
We're a huge fan of the New York Eats brand but the environment wasn't the greatest for this location. The food was good, especially the burger 🍔. Parking was VERY limited. 🅿️ It's directly across the parking lot from the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA). It was busy with takeouts, especially food delivery drivers. 🚗
The food is fine, I personally prefer their burgers over their platters. However, Bay ridge bbq platter and Bronx beef Burger, are my favourite menu options. The curly fries are also good over there. What I don't like is the customer service, the attendant was very rude and I found the seats and tables to be not cleaned properly. But even then it's Recommended. Worth a try!
the food is great. however, there's nobody there and the kiosk asks me for a tip? regardless, everybody there is nice, the food is just a bit overpriced for what it is. a box of regular fries for $7 is crazy. I could forgive all of that if they didn't prioritize mobile orders over normal orders. Myself and another man have been waiting for 30 minutes as 4 mobile orders have come and gone easily. I just don't understand how you can prioritize mobile orders and doordashers over paying customers.
