Worst experience at any fast food establishment ever. Ordered via the app, food was supposed to be ready at 2:20 PM. I get the “your order is ready” text at 2:22 PM. Everything was boxed and ready except the steak. I figured 5-10 minutes tops.. no, 23 minutes go by and ask is the steak going to be ready soon if not could I get a refund, the worker told me 1 more minute. So from the time I got the text to when I walked out the door was 25 minutes. I get home to eat (4ish minute drive) all the food is cold because they had it boxed but on the counter not under the heat lamps. And to top all of this off, my plate serving of grilled chicken was equal to what goes in a bowl not a plate and they didn’t give me sauce for my rangoons. No apologies from the staff, just rude, monotone service. Very disappointing.

We made an online order and when we arrived at the time it was supposed to be ready we had to wait another 30 plus minutes before it was finally fulfilled. Terrible management. Many people walked in and ordered and received food well before we did. This has happened before but gave the another chance. It seems to be a recurring issue with this place.

Placed an online order. My account was charged and an order was supposed to be ready by 1 pm. They didn't get it supposedly and now I've been waiting fifteen minutes past my order time. This caused me to be late coming back to work and negatively impacted my employment. Don't bother with online orders here. Spend your money elsewhere

Multiple times I have ordered ahead and gad to wait 30+ minutes past when my order was supposed to be ready. They should better estimate when the order will be done when you place the order so that you aren't waiting around forever when you get to the restaurant more than 10 minutes past the estimated done time. It is literally faster to just walk in and order especially when it's super busy which totally negates the whole reason for ordering ahead.

I work at Amazon and I start at 5 am so I take a lunch by 10 am and you guys never have all the food available by 10 am, shouldn’t you be making sure all the food is done by 10 am regardless how early it is since you know people are coming in pretty early for there lunches? You guys only have 4 things to pick from and today they told me 3 mins I waited for 15 mins at least and finally asked where my food was and a lady is like oh ya it’s right here, I paid ahead of time so why didn’t you guys make sure I got it in 3 mins instead of helping other people!? And my food is cold!! I’m suing you guys if I get food poisoning!!!!! I want compensation

They charge you extra when you pay for the premium items and then they don’t even fill it up half way! Terrible service.

I bare witnessed to a beautiful dance between incompetence and horrible production pipe line design. after our sides were filled in the box by one employee they were put to the side with several other customers while multiple employees walked by our half empty tray, inspected it, and decided it did not need to be filled. This went on for almost 20 mins staffed looked panicked and at one point the manager needed to jump in.

Ridiculously bad service. Submitted an order online then called to verify when it would be ready, was told by the worker that it couldn’t be started until we came in person (which defeats the whole purpose at that point) and reluctantly went in. Waited for over 2 hours here for our order being told “they’re working on it” over 5 times during the whole ordeal. Absolutely for NO REASON will I be coming back here. Ran and managed like they’re elementary kids.

Ordered delivery, got regular orange chicken in a bigger plate and sweet fire in a bowl. The sweet fire was good until we found a hair in it. the orange chicken was so ridiculously spicy I couldn’t even eat it. Usually they’re good so this time surprised me. I also double checked my order to make sure I didn’t accidentally order the spicy orange chicken. I didn’t. I ordered the regular. Very disappointed

This will be my first and last visit to this Panda Express location. Lunchtime here is chaotic, and they barely give you any meat with the two-choice option. I was upcharged for both choices but didn't realize it until after I paid because I wasn't informed beforehand that there was an additional cost. The food lacked any flavor, wasn't that hot in temp and the service was terrible. Literally the worst Panda Express I've ever been to.

Unfortunately after last week’s experience this will be the last time I will ever come here again. I ordered my family meal online on the app with a 45 minute wait time. It was early in the morning 11:30 so I didn’t believe that the wait time was 45 minutes. I came and it didn’t seem like there was many customers. The 45 min wait time was accurate but it didn’t make sense? I waited and the manager seemed like in a bad mood, I asked for 5 chopsticks and was only given 2. What was the most upsetting is the price is so expensive now $60+ for a family meal now? I rather go to an authentic chinese restaurant. This is a final goodbye I am not coming back.

Sub par food and a complete chaotic zoo for picking up an online order. 25 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready, found out my order was already done. Heard the staff talk about how long that order has been done and sitting to each other. It had been completed before the scheduled pickup time but they don't notify you your order is done electronically they just call out names randomly near the register so if it's done early and your not waiting areas of time you get zero notification. After all the waiting to be told they were out of egg rolls and agreed to substitute spring rolls. Then to get home and find they left a bowl out of the order. All and all a very poor experience. Hadn't been to this Panda Express in a couple years because the last time the food was so bad. After this experience with again lousy food and poor service it will be years again at best.
