I love this Tropical Smoothie Cafe location! First it’s super convenient in terms of distance to my job, secondly the food is always of the freshest and most delicious quality. Lastly I truly feel like a valued customer here. Maria, one of the managers was quick to help correct an issue the first time I ordered here and ever since she knows my face when I walk in the door and always greets me with a smile.

I’ve been a regular for quite some time and these lovely ladies know my name and always greet me kindly. Food is made quickly and well! Great chain to stop by

I ordered favorite smoothie twice, the Açai Berry Boost and an Açai bowl.🫐🍓🍇🥤 I am really glad that my delivery order went very smoothly and my bowl tasted great. I had modified it to my liking and it was exactly what I asked for. I am happy that Tropical Smoothie Cafe has pretty good quality Açai.🤌🏼 I am also glad that they’ve added Vital Proteins Collagen powder as a boost option, which I think is fantastic! I will definitely be ordering again and I definitely look forward to visiting this location.✨

We've tried 3 different smoothies from here and they've all been delicious! I loved the watermelon mojito one - so light and refreshing. A lot more reasonably priced than some of the other smoothie spots in the area, especially with how huge the smoothies are. Will have to try the food at some point, but will definitely keep coming back for smoothies.

Good acai smoothie. Sometimes they close early though they don't have a 'we're closed' phone message. So ended up driving for 15 minutes while their phone rang, only to arrive in time to find they closed early. A voicemail would be so much kinder :( but they make a delicious healthy smoothie in the afternoons

My experience was related more towards the delivery. The door dash driver was horrible. She was late , irate when she arrived and slammed my food on the counter in the front lobby of my office building. She told me she kept trying to call and text me and left messages but somehow the phone number given on my order was incorrect. I tried calling the store, no manager was available to help me and the staff did not have the correct answers to respond to my questions. This is the second incident that occurred at this location. I will not be ordering again from this store.

Ordered 2 smoothies and the Thai wrap. I asked for extra peanut sauce and the wrap had NO flavor, I don't see or taste any peanut sauce. Thankfully, the smoothies were delicious because it became my dinner 😕

My last experience here has been AWFUL. I ordered a delivery. They said they never received a delivery and that I can come pick up my own food after I paid a delivery fee and tipped! I am still waiting on a refund and it’s been over 20 days. I’ve called the corporate office and they have put in multiple claims and escalated it, but I have yet to hear anything. This franchise has literally stolen my money.

1st and last time, I know everything is expensive now but I ordered a strawberry smoothie, it literally had like 2 strawberries in it the smoothie was just a little pink, it was a $7.00 cut of shaved ice with a hint of flavor. If you're going to charge $7 at least make it good. But now I understand why the place was empty.

Good luck asking for a modification. Certain fruits are “flavors” from “concentrate”. We got the chia banana boost and it tasted like artificially sweetened juice. Spent $10 per person - definitely not worth it.

The staff here is very slow. But the most important thing is that most of their smoothies/bowls have so much sugar they will give you diabetes. There is a ton of added sugar in all the drinks. Do not consume anything from here if you value your health!

This is the second time this has happened to me; my smoothie had pieces of PLASTIC in it. I kept having to spit the plastic out while drinking the smoothie, I couldn’t even finish it. This tropical smoothie (Virginia Square location) is the only location I’ve had this issue with. The other locations I’ve been to don’t have this issue. I shouldn’t be having pieces of plastic in my smoothie, especially after all the money I’ve spent here. I’m writing this review because I don’t want this to happen to someone else. I won’t be returning to this location for this reason.

I like the smooties and wraps, but this location always acts confused about pickup orders. Literally everytime I come in here they have to have a conversation among themselves to figure it out. This most recent time, I waited almost 20 mins once I got to the store, and watched 5 people who ordered after me get their smoothies. I only ordered one smoothie off the menu. Not sure who runs this place, but they need some help.
