This place is always packed -- and for a good reason. I can only speak about the chicken fillet sandwich because I'm obsessed with it and only order that (although I will order other things in the future). It is super delicious and packed with flavour. I keep coming back for it! Their fries are always piping hot and on point. The staff and service is great.

They have tasty burgers! Order cheese burger, it was delicious and huge! A budget friendly place as a lot of their customers are millennials. Shout out to the cashier for being so patient despite of language barrier. So far the only restaurant/food chain with a great customer service. PS: I brought my burger in Dubai and it was still delicious!

If you are a vegan looking for veggie burger with great taste n quantity .., then pitstop is the place, i used to prefer my veggie burger from pitstop it tastes delicious and yummy 😋.., and they provide the large size burger with great taste .., You gonna love the ambience too .,For the non vegans.., you have many options here .,so what you guys are waiting ..! Recently i tasted the falafel too it was good

The food is super delicious and fresh as always! 🙌 Tried a lot of the offered options here, both from the Middle Eastern and international variety that are quite affordable. All were great with big portions. The atmosphere is cozy and friendly. The staff members are polite. It is my go-to place when I am in the center of Yerevan and I want to eat tasty food.

I accidentally put a wrong delivery address and called the restaurant last minute to change it. I know it was a huge problem for them, but they didn't let me worry about it and just delivered the food to the new location. Thanks for the service🥰

Excellent! Deserves millions of stars not just five. Fresh and very tasty food with excellent presentation and packaging. Diversified menu with attractive offers and combos, in very affordable prices. Very friendly and helping staff. Hardworking and respectful delivery team. Amazing management!

This used to be my favorite spot years ago, so I was excited to revisit, but unfortunately, I was disappointed. I ordered three chicken wraps (spicy, non-spicy, and one with jalapeños), but they weren’t labeled, none had cheese as requested, and our drinks were forgotten. The only good thing is the food still tastes great, but the service and attention to detail need improvement.

Used to order almost everyday, unfortunately after getting a long plastic string in the shawerma it's really too much 🤢🤮 When I complained, they only offered to send one replacement sandwich. I don't feel comfortable ordering from here anymore. Գրեթե ամեն օր այստեղից էի պատվիրում, բայց ցավոք շաուրմայի մեջ երկար պլաստիկ թել գտնելուց հետո դա արդեն չափազանց է 🤢🤮 Երբ բողոքեցի, միակ առաջարկը մեկ փոխարինող սենդվիչ ուղարկելն էր։ Այլևս հարմարավետ չեմ զգում այստեղից պատվիրել։ كنت أطلب من هذا المكان تقريبًا بشكل يومي، لكن للأسف بعد أن وجدت خيطًا بلاستيكيًا طويلًا داخل الشاورما، أصبح الأمر غير مقبول 🤢🤮 عندما اشتكيت، كان أقصى ما قدموه هو إرسال ساندويش بديل واحد فقط. لم أعد أشعر بالراحة في الطلب من هذا المكان.

I ordered twice, and both times, after waiting about an hour and a half for the food to be delivered, the wrong food was sent to me. The portion size was much smaller than before, and the quality was very poor. I would not recommend this place.

I have been eating here for many years and always ordered all my burgers from this place. But since the staff changed, the restaurant is not good anymore. The new staff are very bad. In my last four orders, all of them were wrong or very late. One time, they even forgot to send my order. Also, the food portions are much smaller than before. I am very disappointed and will not order again.
