pleasant. service. But I noticed that they have gone to a smaller French fry container= less fries. They sprinkled a few in the bag so you will think they wasted out. They can't fool an old French fry eater like me. Now I'm going to have to order an extra fry; that's what it's all about, order more.

This is the best Burger King I've ever been! I went at a slow time and all my food was hot and fresh. I spoke with 3 people there and everyone of them was nicer than the previous person. Burger King's usually have poor service and are filled with people with bad attitudes but not this one on the occasion I came in. Thanks to the Memorial Day Crew of 2016!

This was the worst Burger King that I've ever ordered from, I ordered online for pickup order number, 944. When I got there they informed me that their ice cream machine was down and I couldn't get my sundae or milk shake that was on my order. I asked them if they could put those charges for those two items back onto my Visa card that I paid with and they rudely told me that they substuted those items with two Frozen Cokes which I didn't request and I told them that I didn't want them. Then after that they have me my other things that I ordered and the two frozen Cokes then closed the window when I tried to protest

Whopper's is all I wanted but I have been busy and you right 👉 she's seven years of age now wanting her some nuggets where can I find some good nuggets also with some good cheese 🧀 inside of them. I remember Save A Lot use to. I don't know nowadays what but nuggets

I had the chicken nuggets and they seemed like they werent fresh but I ate them anyways. Music was alittle loud but the service was alright. Made my stomach feel a little better so thank you b.k 😁

Sign on drive They says credit card mqchine down because they are to lazy to switch out the machine. But if you go in it works after waiting 10 minutes for sausage pancakes and hashbrown I asked for another syrup they said they charge for another syrup. REALLY!!!. Sad poor servuce. You can never go to Burger King and either they are out of something or poor service. Usually a combo of both. The owner needs to drop by from time to time and see how the business is ran.

My fries was over cooked the cooked had got some what mad about making sandwich due to the fact my friend couldn't eat mayo. She wanted mustard the meat was still medium rare in the middle plus it was cold..I will not return to that place.

Lefty half my orders off, requested crispy fries as they ALWAYS pull the fries before the alarm goes off and all you have is squishy raw cook greasy fries

I usually like Burger King, but the hours online says 6am and I was in the drive thru ready to order some breakfast just sitting there around 6:45am and one of the staff lady kept looking out the window at me but didn't say anything to me. So I preceded to pull up to the window and sat another 10 mins and she finally came to the window. I asked what time do y'all open..she said 7. I said you could've told me something just looking at me.

Every time I go to this location it takes forever to get one order. I don't know why they stop you and want let you come up to the drive thru window

Went through the drive thru after seeing the oncologist and they completely messed up our order, if we wouldn't have been in a hurry and also about 15 miles down the road, I would've gone back.... Extremely disappointed with the service and lack of caring if the order was right

fries that tasted stale and were cold, I would have been better off eating the paper bag they were served in, the hamburger was cold the bun was dried out the lettuce was soggy and wilted and the tomato was slimy. Did not get a receipt, napkins or condiments overcharged for something I wouldn't dare feed to my dogs.

If this is airline drive location, please go elsewhere. Last experience was awful! Oder taker was extremely rude. Canceled my order and issued refund. She went crazy. All other times went there the food was cold or microwaved. Just all bad location. Never go back to this location.

Have tried several times being close to my work, Horrible service, attitude the whole time, will just hold the bag out and say huh... Never has receipts so you can't do the survey on them but luckily the franchise owner information was found through other sources. Absolutely terrible experience multiple times while hoping it got better. I will not return.

They did me wrong. I ordered two impossible burgers. They didn’t put any whopper sauce just mustard and cheese. No lettuce & tomatoes. It was like pure hate. I won’t eat there ever again.

Absolutely terrible. Customer service is bad. Management is worse. They NEVER have zesty sauce. Sometimes the card machine is broken and other times you HAVE to pay in exact cash! This place is the worst Burger King in town.

The sandwich maker working on Sunday may 21 is a retard who failed to make a simple burger order. Meat mayo and bread only. Even the order ticket reflected the correct order. The lazy ever assuming moron making the burgers should be sterilized and disallowed to interact with other people for fear of spreading thier stupidity. Hold the unwanted cheese next time nimrod. Do not eat at this place, I know an education is not required to work in fast food but I assume most of the people working at this location may need an illustrated guide to wipe thier own ass.

They closed at 11:00 p.m. on this particular day I wanted to get food (Monday July 12, 2021) and I got there about 5 minutes after 10:00 p.m. and someone was ahead of me in the drive thru, they ordered there food, payed for it, and received there food right in front of me, so I proceeded to the speaker to order and no one would come over the intercom. After waiting about 7-10 minutes, I went to the window, and they were all in there laughing and acted like I wasn’t even there and like they weren’t at work! I don’t know who runs this place of business but they shouldn’t be aloud to anymore! Absolutely HORRIBLE! I will NEVER return! I now drive 30 minutes away and 30 minutes back home when I want Burger King!

My experience is always bad here. It takes forever to get your food and to order is always wrong. This last time did it for me tho.The last time I was there I placed my order and was waiting for my food on the inside of BK. I noticed a whopper was just sitting to the side (not on warmer but on counter next to the warmer) and the manager handed that burger to the cook to make my double whopper. No ma’am!!! That was so nasty. Then she argued me down that the whopper she handed to the cook was fresh. How was the whopper fresh sitting there?! I usually go thru drive thru but something told me to go in this time. I could manage this BK better. It’s just ridiculous. I will never go there again.

The only drinks available were water and sweet tea and the tea was NOT fresh. We waited at the window for our fries for a good 8 minutes and they were half cooked. Dude on the speaker was belligerent. Not recommended.

Lady who took our order was very rude! She was mad because I asked for different drinks due to our cokes tasting weird. Then proceeded to talk about me to another employee. I will never return to this burger king!

Probably one of the worst BK's I've ever been to. Me being the only customer in the lobby at lunch time should've clued me in. The fries tasted weird, the burger was cold, and the drink? Well I got this cherry flavored frozen thing which tasted like sugar water. I would've gotten a soda, but the machine was out of virtually everything. Only options were sprite and orange fanta. Overall a bad experience. I won't be back.

I went to Burger King today at tge north market location for lunch and had no cash. I remembered that I had 9 dollars left on my bk gift card and tried to use it. They wanted me to swipe it like a regular credit card through the machine, but kept saying card not supported. There were two people behind me, so I just had to pay with my credit card, which I didn’t want to do. Do you only use it once and have to throw it away even though you have a balance on it? I wanted to take it up with the manager but she was busy with the drive thru. I will never eat here again and will take my business to Carl Jr

Very bad experience. Went thur drive thur to order an whopper no one rook my order. Drove up to register seen the employee sitting in the lobby. Hate going here but only one on this side of town

So I went there it was not sanitized big nats was flying around and mosquitoes. I come home and open my drink a bug was in there. The cook didn’t have no gloves on or hair net the other 2 workers didn’t have no gloves on. The lady had an attitude and the man did when we had to do an exchange for our food cause they had the wrong order. The cup was full to the top and the bug drowned

My fiancé came and got us breakfast this morning; there was a hair in my ham breakfast croissant. I'm so disappointed. BK has the best breakfast sandwiches and I find a hair that was under my bread - & it's LONG??? Wear a hair net?? Omg!! Please see pictures below.

Ordered sausage biscuit and breakfast burrito thru drive thru. Only one other car there. Waited 10 minutes and they come out and say they are out of biscuits. Another 5 minutes and finally came. Not again!

Worst Burger King ever. 20 minutes to get a cold sandwich with no toppings or sauce. Out of drinks. Backing people away from window to "fix" numbers. People approaching cars in the drive thru line.

I observed an employee come from outside of the store, using her cell phone and walk to the back and start putting meat on the broiler with her hands without washing them or using gloves, very unsanitary! When I informed the manager what I had observed, I demanded a refund and without any apology from the manager, she handed my refund!

I ordered impossible whopper which comes with plant based patty but he gave me a beef patty. I told him it's beef but he was telling again and again it's impossible whopper only.

For some reason, any time I make a special request or add cheese, they never do what is on the order and you don't get what you pay for. They gave my partners burger away and they left items off my order and did not get it right. The manager was doing everything. The front counter girl could only do one thing at a time and super slow, and the 2 guys in the kitchen were absolutely horrible in didn't know what they were doing. They really need to do better or shut the doors.
