We visited this Carl’s Jr. on 3/27 at noon. The cashier behind the counter was very friendly, polite and provided a great, speedy service! The restaurant, as well as the restrooms with the adjoining gas station were very clean and smelled good! Food was all fantastic! Great stop at a small town Carl’s Jr.!
Being recently relocated to Richfield, we HAD to locate the local fast food places we used to frequent in our old locale, and finding a local Carl's Jr was very welcoming. Even though its not in Richfield, and in Elsinore, its only a five minute drive. Perfect for when you REALLY got to have a Famous Star, Super Star, or Criss-Cut Fries. The menu no longer has a "Super Star", its now a double famous star, and the criss-cut fries are now called waffle fries... So the names have changed, but the food is still the same, and still as memorable as I remember them. Maybe not so "right around the block", but still worth the drive if you want a flame broiled burger. Located just off the Hwy, and situated in the ever popular off-the-highway dual business offerings you find if you ever do any long over-the-road trips. This being more of the less-strange dual options I've seen, as its paired with a Gas Station. Which is great if you need some gas, some nibbles or drink for your travels, and get a burger and fries in a nice sit down locale without being in your car.
Went in for lunch and Rebecca was awesome. She was happy and cheerful, it's fast food and she came to check on us!! She should be in charge I would come in just to have the happy experience she provided.
This is the best Carl’s Jr we have ever been to! Rebecca was very funny, attentive and welcoming. Everything was very clean. We would definitely recommend!

Employees work hard to uphold customer satisfaction with there food and restaurant cleanliness. Management is 1000% better than previously, and although we're picking up from where it once was, the store is on a better track.

I hadn’t had chicken stars in years, and they tasted just like I remembered—such a fun trip down memory lane! The restaurant was clean and well-kept, and I was especially impressed with how tidy the kitchen looked. The service was friendly and efficient, and it’s clear the management and staff are doing a great job maintaining the quality of the place.
Got 2 ghost burgers one was even a 4 patty monster and was lettuce wrapped and prepared to perfection. The girl working the counter provides beyond excellence of service to the customers and the man preparing the food does a amazing job. 7pm on Oct. 2nd 2024

This was a good place just outside of Richfield. The staff was friendly and the food was great as I expect from Carl's Jr.
The fish sandwich and fries were good for fast food. The wall art was cool. I was not a fan of the big screen TV on the wall tuned to some some court show.
Service great, clean... but Carls is my favorite burger. Had a big Carl. Smaller patty than I've had at other stores...and dry ..like was cooked n reheated. Even bun a bit stale.
There was 1 person in front of me in the drive thru and I was there more than an hour waiting for my Chicken BLT. I ordered crispy... NOT BURNED. I was only able to eat half of my $7 sandwich ! AVOID this place if you're in a hurry to get somewhere. I would've still made it to work on time for my 30 minute break if it's just gone to McDonald's in Richfield !
Worst Carl’s Jr I’ve ever been , that had us wait so they could cut tomato and onion or if we wanted it sooner we could take it with out ,the bread east fully cooked as you can see in the picture , also I paid for two super stars meals , course it comes with double meat , well we got one meat on each meal 😂, my “super star was so sloppy that I had it because I’m a trucker and I can’t stop many times and I was hungry but , for sure I will never 👎 stop on this location again , I should mention they had a dog inside the kitchen , it was barking , hopefully the owner takes care of all this cause Carl’s Jr doesn’t deserve to get such a bad reputation for one bad location
I hate this location. Last time I came like ³ years ago, I ordered a guacamole bacon burger and they were out of guacamole or bacon. So I have avoided it and thought I would try them again. We stopped at 6:59 pm on a Friday night. As we were going inside the employee inside grabs the door to pull it closed and said sorry, we've already put everything away. Don't waste your time stopping here. They don't want the business.
The buns on my burgers were cold. The lady in the kitchen was touching her face and armpits all the time. She kept making French fries and didn't wash her hands. She just put on latex gloves and that was it.
Visited Friday 7/26. The store was pretty busy and you could hear employees asking where the manager went….well he was out in the tables watching movies on his phone. The store manager sitting around setting an example it makes sense why this location struggles so much!!! Need new management!!!!! They don’t get it. His employees did their best to pick up his slack!! Place used to be great sad to see it go so bad so often!
