My favorite Cheeseburger, always great service and friendly staff! Consistently awesome burgers and fries, and the shakes are great too! BLT, lots of Bacon, was Great! Grilled cheese needed more cheese. Definitely worth the price and wait!

Serious, tasty burgers. Lots of free options for extras. The strawberry vanilla malt milkshake was one of the best shakes I've ever had. The staff were sincere, friendly and helpful. A walking complaint came in as we were exiting and demanded they clean the tables and the busy staff handled it a lot better than I would have. (there was one dirty table from some patrons who had only just left and plenty of free tables.)

These guys are a blast! It was 5 min before closing and one of the workers still served me an amazing tasty peanut butter banana milkshake. He was friendly, he smiled and I was so so thankful because eveeeerybody else would have sad: Sorry lady we close in 5 min! Thank you! Amazing guys working there!

So we stopped here to eat and the 2 guys working Dedrick and Gerald were fantastic and super friendly over the family’s dilemma. These are the kind of people that make consumers come back even if you live in Las Vegas.

I got a little hamburger and my husband got a cheeseburger. I love that we specify everything we want in our burger. The beef was super soft and juicy! Fries are always amazing. Perfect amount of soft with crunchy edges. Food was out fairly quick and the service was super friendly. Will definitely be coming back!

And lastly, I wish they had better napkins! Very thin. The food can be rather messy. You're probably going to go through 5 napkins minimum!

So good always fresh. Too pricey to come as a family. Wish they had smaller portions for kid meal options. Really enjoy the peanuts.

The fries are great, the milkshakes are rich, but in the end the meat they use tastes...unflavored. The meat tastes like it has no spices in it. Unseasoned and bland meat is for survival, not recreational dining. I give it three stars because it's still a good place to eat.

Staff doesn’t really seem to know what they are doing. We ordered ahead of time and there was one other person in there and we still waited over 20 minutes for 3 small items. The other person in there brought their burger back with a complaint and the staff were not very helpful making it right. Could use some additional training here.

What a joke this is a regular fry $7.99!!! Not much more than McDonalds medium fry!! Going to bags instead of the cups. Wish I could post a picture!!! SAD

Just h hi it home and missing part of my order. Not impressed - seems like new people working - watched 3 people working on one burger. Two orders ahead of mine and waited 30 minutes. Expensive for an ok burger. Not happy😩
