Too many people don't understand this place is a "made to order" establishment. They make and cook your wings when you order so it takes between 12 to 30 minutes depending if you order while they are in their lunch/dinner rush. Amazing food, order ahead of time on the app if you are in a hurry.

It was my first time ever at Wing Stop. Luckily, it wasn’t busy at all. The man that took my order was very nice and let me know it takes about 6-7 minutes to make the wings. I was okay with that. I thought it was going to take a longer. I was debating between two flavors and he even gave me an extra tender in the flavor I didn’t get. Everything was so good and I had a great experience. I’ll definitely be back!

Went today with my fiancé for lunch. It was amazing. Hot and fresh . And it only took less than 15 minutes for our food to be ready. They are fast and friendly. I had the Lemon pepper chicken sandwich. Highly recommended
People at this location are very nice and give a really good service, my fiance and i do DoorDash and we are also servers so our expectations on costumer service are very high and this is a location that meets our expectations, I don’t remember their names but I promise you that they are really nice 🥰thank you so much for making us feel welcome during the Super Bowl half time show 🖤🙌🏻

It was my first time ever at Wing Stop. Luckily, it wasn’t busy at all. The man that took my order was very nice and let me know it takes about 6-7 minutes to make the wings. I was okay with that. The food is always incredibly greasy, but sometimes you just want greasy food. The flavors are pretty good. My favorite is the Korean BBQ. It's got a nice sweet and spicy balance.
Great food! Only thing is, there are only 2 people working and they have bags and bags piling up. They need more staff on shifts! The time to get the food is so long though but just as you cant take it anymore it comes out. Good food bad service (solid 3/5)

This is the first time we’ve ordered, so after reading the reviews I was hesitant to place an order. But we ordered online (which was super easy) and everything was ready on time, before we even got there. Parking is easy and the staff friendly. My main complaint is that the boneless wings ARE NOT WINGS!!! They are just battered chunks of white meat with sauce. We ordered the special, (which was reasonably priced) and boneless was the only option. Had I known they were not wings, I’d have ordered something else! Not sure it was good enough to go back and try the actual wings, but I sure wish we could have tried them this time.
Chicken sandwich was ok but upset my stomach . Sweet tea was unbelievably saturated with sugar, it tasted like syrup. Very disappointing.
I ordered 15 pieces mild chicken wings. Got home to find 12 wing tips and three drummettes. I called the phone number that the manager gave me when I told her the phone number online is incorrect. She said she’s been trying to correct that but was told it can’t be corrected. 🤷🏻♀️ I left message on the correct phone number but no one ever called me back. I went into the store and showed the manager the photo of 12 tips and 3 drums order. She said that just how it is because they just scoop up at random. Then she told I could order just the drum parts. That’s when I knew why there’s only tips when you order 15 pieces. The drum part went to special order and they have all the tips left for those of us who order 15 pieces. They should at least let customers know that you will get 12 tip and 3 drums. I will not be going back to Wing Stop and I’ll be letting everyone know of my experience.

Everyone of my wing were RAW!!!!! When calling all I kept getting was a voicemail. How could you not know they needed more time? Will I get sick? Do I have a lawsuit?

As messed up as this sounds and trust me I know, however why would you put someone at the front counter that doesn't speak a freaking lick of English expect her to take your order and actually get it accurately. It was so ridiculous it took 20 minutes to order the food because she didn't understand what we wanted. I couldn't even communicate with her that I had allergies or ask her what was in it I ended up not getting anything while my husband and daughter ordered for them and she still managed to mess up the order and over charge us. At that point my husband was so fed up he just said whatever I'm done ordering. Obviously if I was uncomfortable and I couldn't communicate she probably felt worse. You really did a spot on job hiring people. Shame on you for the humiliation
This location seemed to be 98% take out. We ordered in and still waited 35 min for our order. But even though our order was to dine in the bagged the order and was placed on a rack instead of calling it out. After we got our order glad we dined in because they forgot some of our items. Also, they are so busy that no one never cleans the dining room. Another note there's was no trash can in thdiningng area to clean the tables yourself. Went back for a second chance. Told me it would be 30 min wait. We wanted for the 30 minutes in the restaurant and had to ask for my order, because they never called me name. Only to find out my order has been sitting on the rack for a very long time. Ask the worker why she never called out my order. She just smiled and laughed and didn't say anything else. This place is horrible.. do not go here. There is better service and wings in town. I would avoid this wing stop...
Would give negative stars. Just waited 25 minutes for some tenders. Asked for a manager and was told theres no manager on duty so she can't do anything to help me. Told me I should order online if Im in a hurry. It's not a hurry it's shouldnt take 25 minutes. Then they were rude on top of it. Asked for refund and they can keep the food, so I can get back to work and said they can't refund me lol. Yerelyn is the worst person I've ever dealed with at a restaurant. She does not care about the customer or the service I will never go back here and I don't recommend anybody to ever come here. Lots of people all in here very upset over the service. Sad part it's not even busy. Shes absolute horrible representation of the company and I'd fire her immediately. Telling the customer there wrong is immediately bad. Also any establishment should have a manager on duty for these reasons. Also proceeded to tell go ahead and leave a review for every bad one I get I get two good ones. Always check your bag at this location!!!!!!!! Asked for a large fried corn got home and got fries. Mind you I got upcharged for Large fried corn.
If I could give this place negative stars, I absolutely would. I've tried to give them multiple chances, but each time, they manage to ruin my love for Wingstop in a new way. When they first opened, I decided to try them out, only to receive undercooked and overly salted food. I chalked it up to growing pains and gave them another chance a few months later. Next time, they botched a delivery order—several sides were missing, and no one answered our calls. While frustrating, we resolved the issue through the app and moved on. However, my most recent experience was the final straw. Half of our delivery order—over $20 worth of food—was missing. Once again, no one answered our calls, forcing us to drive to the restaurant, completely defeating the purpose of delivery. Upon arrival, we asked to speak with a manager, but instead, the cashier called them on the phone. After waiting 20 minutes, we were told we could not speak to them and that our missing wings were simply sitting on the counter. They offered no resolution other than telling us to handle it through the app. At that point, I simply took my food and left, but the experience was beyond unacceptable. I strongly recommend choosing any other restaurant in the area. And if you're set on Wingstop, make the drive to San Luis Obispo or Santa Maria—you'll likely have a far better experience.
To begin, we ordered 4 different flavors- Louisiana hot rub, lemon pepper, mango habanero, hot honey rub-each flavor were 10 pieces. Three out of the four flavors were completely plain, as if they just deep fried the wings without adding a pinch of salt. Since there was no sauce or flavoring, it couldn’t mask the taste of the chicken, which was also foul/rancid. How do you mess up chicken that bad?
Unfortunately, I have had practically nothing but bad experiences with this wingstop stop, and I would caution anyone who is thinking about dining here, especially if you are wanting to place an online order for delivery. Every time I have done so, they forget substantial amounts of my order. This most recent experience was the worst as they forgot nearly half of my order. I tried to call the store multiple times, but I was sent to voicemail on each attempt. I then had no choice but to go to the store which is frustrating enough considering I PAID for delivery…kinda defeats the purpose don’t you think? Once I arrived, there was no manager present to speak to about this matter, and after about 30 minutes of waiting and going back and forth with the cashier, I was left with 2 options. 1) wait another 20-30 minutes for fresh wings to be made while the rest of my food at home continued to get cold or 2) take the now cold wings that were forgotten in the initial delivery. No other form of compensation or refund was offered despite the countless mistakes they made throughout almost every step of this process, and the staff didn’t really seem to care. I wish I could say that lack of caring ended at this specific store alone, but I reached out to their customer service department via the wingstop app to try and rectify this situation…No response. The quality of the food is not worth the headache, and their actions/response to situations appears to make it very clear that they do not value their customers. Truly, it is not worth your money to go to this establishment.
Ordered ahead, waited about 30 minutes in the car until the app said the order was ready. Waited in a line of about 3 people for about 10 minutes, then they started working on our order. Didn't get the food until about 15 minutes after that for a total of about a 50 minute wait. 25 minutes of standing there after placing the order ahead of time and only showing up after they said it was ready for pickup is a little crazy. To top it all off, the hot honey wings we got only had a light dusting of the flavor on the wings for some reason. Kind of disappointing since we live about 30 minutes away and only went because we were excited about the Hot Honey flavor coming back. :(

I love the flavor but then I feel like I'm going to die the next 2 days after I eat it. Had to give it a 1 star for that. Can't eat this anymore

I drove 20 minutes to get some wings I ordered the 20 boneless meal deal and when I got back I opened my bag and saw 6 season less tenders without the ranch and blue cheese I ordered. I wanted to call them back to try to get it worked out but after two missed calls no one answered. That being said I’m never eating here again.
