Very friendly barista. This is a franchise so they don’t redeem rewards or do mobile ordering. She still got it perfect even with my three substitutions :) thanks!
I'm from Oregon and there are some flavors that don't exist at this location. The person that took my order was flexible and still made the smoothie, regardless of the fact it wasn't on the menu.

Just a good area to rest and get a smoothie. We didn't have any issues. The service is fine.

Unfortunately there was very very little donuts left and I was unable to eat the maple bar that I had hyped myself up to believe I would get. So other than that, I have no other experience coming here and don't know if this is a one-time thing or the normal.

The employee was friendly but they were out of everything... the clerk said he could only make 4 types of smoothies and 3 of them had dairy in it. Bummer since I was in the mood for a smoothie before I hit the road. Also if you're reading this before you go, this is also a weird franchise location that's basically 3 restaurants inside of 1 building so keep that in mind when you show up, when I first came in the employees were busy in another 'brand' of the restaurant.
Waited in line with out being acknowledged for about 7 minutes, and the the cashier could barely look at me while helping me.. not sure if ill be inclined to come back.

The first time I went to this Jamba the girl at the counter had an attitude. I asked for a couple different drinks and she would say "we're out". So I asked what do u have she said Mango-a-gogo so I ordered one. I asked for a boost she said they were out. The girl at the counter gave me the price so when i was reaching for my wallet she said "Oh and we are only taking cards, no cash". Not sure what was wrong with her but she had an attitude with everyone who came to order. So I took it as maybe I got them on a bad day and gave them another shot a few days later. Thus time the girl at the counter was more friendly but again I asked for an acai bowl but was told they were out of bowls. So I asked what do you have and she said mango-a-gogo, strawberry wild and 3 other drinks but I can't remember what they were. I don't know how they stay in business if it seems like they never have anything. That goes for the whole food court though. Baskin-Robbins, Duncan Doughnuts and the Charlie sandwich shop. None of them had stuff. Won't be returning.
They refuse to take gift cards for Jamba juice

Drinks Pictures on the menu board look so nice and in clear cups, but we got the drinks in paper cups. I ordered a mango morphosis drink, which only had i gues 10% of mango in it. Almost half the cup was just ice. Total lie and cheat. Never going again don't waste your money on this place.

How can a Jamba Juice not except the Jamba Juice app? If you have rewards they do not except so any deals or savings you can get with the app they do mot accept so silly.
Worse customer service, pretty busy took them forever to take our order, when we’re finally being helped I had some questions about the menu lady that took our order was not happy with that, even rolled her eyes at me when I asked if a drink had banana in it. After we were done placing our order she said they were only taking cash ,instead of telling us that In the first place. They did have a sign in the front , that we missed.but she should had mention that first.
Piggybacking on the other user, the environment was not appetizing for my acai needs. The cheese steaks and dunkin flying around really threw off my acai appetite. 13 bucks for a tiny bowl even no toppings even and the banana brown as hell even
Couldn't place an order because the guy told me that "they don't do rewards," so I wasn't able to use my reward card that had been uploaded to my account. He wasn't in full uniform. (No hat, no apron, no nametag) just an Orange shirt and Airpods... Super upsetting won't be back to this location. Monday September 4th, 2023 @ 10:05am ish.
I was here at 3:40pm on President's day and a sign was up that said "Closed for 30 minutes, sorry for the inconvenience". There was an employee working in the back...he came to the front to tell the couple in front of me that it would be a 10-15 minute wait because he was busy closing. Hmmm, that's confusing. They left, and I patiently sat and waited. . .5 mins later, he came to the front, made eye contact with a buddy of his, took his order, then promptly told everyone else behind him in line that that was the last order for the day and they were closing because they had completely run out of stock of everything.
Not an official Jamba Juice! Doesn't accept or give rewards! PB Moo'd doesn't taste anything like normal - no chocolate flavor and PB tastes old. Nasty. Girl who helped me was also not friendly and obviously didn't want to work there.
Only takes cash but has no pennies. Can't accept the app or gift cards. 1 out of 3 smoothies wasn't blended. Didn't have large cups. Worst Jamba location in the country.
We stopped by for an açaí bowl and an orange twist drink. The açaí bowl was all liquid, not even close to being frozen and it was less than half way filled up in the container. The orange twist, which we get from Jamba all the time, didn’t taste anything like oranges. It was obvious that they ran out of fresh oranges so they used store bought bottled orange juice.
Short staffed. Took forever. Staff friendly. Didn't know when orders were ready or not.
Name is jamba juice and look what their machine is broken and they have no juice 😂😂
Jamba smoothies are invariably good. The customer service at this particular location is given 1 star, only because it’s impossible to give zero or fewer stars in the category. The atmosphere gets one star for sharing a lobby with 2 other food vendors and poor access for large vehicles. Also, they do not accept the Jamba app. 🤦🏻♂️
Jamba Juice is great, especially the one in my home town. The super rude girl who applied her makeup with a Home Depot paint roller and taped on her crooked fake eyelashes that treated my family poorly completely sucked. Also ordered sandwiches for my kids. They were both still cold in the middle. I went to the counter to see if we could get them heated up and the girl who helped us went to the back area and wouldn’t come out even though there were at least 5 people in line waiting for someone to take their order. I just left the sandwiches on the counter and reached around the case and took 3 pretzels so we could have some food and get out of there. Everyone in line gave me applause and hi-fives as I walked out. 😂😂😂
Had a medium PB Chocolate Love from this location around 230pm Sun 4/30. It tasted a bit funky, but probably in an effort to stay awake on I-5, I drank about 2/3rd of the drink. I got home around 10pm and have been vomiting for the last 30 mins. Edit: I’m checking in here 6 months later and no management has acknowledged my review. I’m not surprised.
