Probably one of the most disgusting restrooms. I've been in in a restaurant in several years. The log for the bathroom check was weeks old. And hadn't been checked, and who knows how long. And you could tell by the grime, built up on the sink.I didn't even want to wash my hands.I felt that they would they would end up more dirty than if I just didn't wash them after using the restroom. The food was okay, nothing spectacular.I got the onion burger, and I was like three teeny, tiny slivers of crispy onion very disappointing.

Workers were very rude, they took 30 minutes to give me my food, even when asked for it they continued to say it was 10 more minutes for the chicken to cook.

🚨🚨🚨DONT COME HERE 🚨🚨🚨 Was waiting at the drive-through line for somebody To take my order and got no response, drove up to the window to see if they would take my order at the window and it is 9:19 AM and they yelled through the window (didn’t even open it) to say they are closed The lady that was making food, just ignored me, kept turning around and looking at me, but ignoring me, and the man that was cleaning the fry machine didn’t do anything but wave me off and yellled “CLOSED”. I hope this place gets shut down, it’s a dump, always dirty, workers always suck. service is terrible !!

Waited 30 mins in line, food was cold, buns were soggy, we requested light mayo, buns were clobbered with mayo like it had been sitting for awhile, I mean longer than 30 mins. Lettuce or something tastes awful.

If I was able to give negative zero I would but my family literally stood at the front counter waiting on someone to take are order and was completely rude about it the whole time I have been coming it has been just a horrible experience I definitely don't recommend here and when u walk in there's a homeless person sleeping in the restaurant

I always order ahead in the app so I only have to wait in the Drive-Thru line for 40 minutes for my fast food.

Spent $40 and they made sandwiches wrong and completely forgot items. We went back to have them fix it and they refused.

Food sucked, place sucked and if this is possible the service was even worse!!! Waited 30 mins inside and no one cared not even the manager!! That guy needs to be replaced for real. And it stinks really bad outside… close this place down already please, or hire so people who care about their jobs!

I just went 20 min ago to get me and my family food and the cheese is spoiled you can literally taste the first bite yall are nasty serving spoiled food and come on the hard fries really I can’t even brake this dang fire that’s how old and hard they are and by the way I hope yall boss see this because yall boss need to know yall keep telling people to pull up from the window to stop your time and we still have to wait 45 min for old nasty food I come here all the times because Burger King is my favorite and it’s down the street from my house but not no more until this is fixed

Me and my husband went to eat at this location. Restrooms were disgusting. Lobby was not properly cleaned. There were trays and cups everywhere the tables were nasty and on top of that. The customer service was very poor managers seem like they don’t know what they’re doing there because the employees Are serving cold food instead of fresh food and being rude to customers.

Had a bad time at this Burger King got my food a hour later ordered a 8 piece mozzarella fries got a 4. Lady at counter walked off at counter when I was in the middle of ordering. Don’t go here ! Also food was cold did not eat it.

i wait for my order alot. staff was yelling on each other, bad service, i will not recommend this. I odered 5 whoppers every whopper was bad taste, bread was awful🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮.

Food was ok, it was a little cold due to the wait even though there was only one couple at ahead of us and one in the drive through. The staff also seemed unprofessional, jamming out to rap music, which isn't a crime but you are at work. Families are eating, and curse words were heard. Very unprofessional, especially when it was loud. The staff was cleaning the tables off, but failed to see that there was trash flying around the front door entrance. I expect this from resteraunt on the Boulevard but not here.

Traveling the 40e stopped to rest for Thanksgiving in amarillo tx couldn't find turkey dinners anywhere as late as it was so went to burger king behind our hotel. Unbelievable the service we received once questions were asked about not just the wrong items received but the nasty quality of food we were served. Got my 2 yr old nuggets n fries both rock ROCK HARD and cold obviously. There was no care or concern when our food was prepared. Paid the price for the original chicken sandwich filled with globbed mayo and literally rotten mushy discolored lettuce everything had to of been sitting for atleast 4 or more hours. Being a former employee of bk I know that this restaurant would be shutdown if an inspection would have happened. Horrible mngmt and quality control. Thanks Amarillo TX BK not only did my family not have a normal Thanksgiving we paid the little we could spare for food that was thrown away because we were told we didn't order what we ordered and what we got was correct were wrong and they are substituting with hawaiian punch when u order dr pepper to bad if u didn't want it just get gone. Thanks for the cherry on top of our lacking Thanksgiving I hope this place gets some help or shut down before the get people sick or worse. Ps covid-19 means wearing masks while working and around people. I can't express the feelings this experience brought me and I'll never stop anywhere near this place if passing through again
